Wonderful safari experience
5/5

We did a 3 days safari in Serengeti/Ngorongoro and it was so nice. The guide was David and he was so nice, he explained us a lot of things during the safari and answered to all our questions. We saw the big 5 very close to us and a lot of animals. The chef was coocking for us every day and it was so good. Emmanuel was also very nice and helpfull and available at all Time. I really recommend to do a safari with Carter explorer. Hope to Come back soon

Amazing Safari trip with beautiful views and numerous wild animal encounters!
5/5

Amazing experience! Beautiful views during the 4x4 drives through the national parks with our experienced driver/guide Vincent. Joined a group tour and met with other enthusiastic solo travelers. We’ve visited lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire.
Camped in the middle of the Serengeti and on the rim of the Ngorongoro crater accompanied by several wild animals (Buffalo, Zebra, Giraffe and some unidentified big bird). Breakfast, lunch and dinner was perfect every day with a lot of variation (from Rice with beef, chicken or fish to pizza and chocolate cake)
As a bonus you can also spot (all the big 5) wild animals during the daily park drives!

Everything you want and a bit more...
5/5

Booked in 2019, changed in 2020 (covid...), changed again in 2021 (covid...) and finally travelled in 2022.
Mandy from Five Stars Tours & Safaris arranged a magnificent itinerary with perfect follow up during the trip. The choice of lodges was excellent, the local activities very well chosen and the guide/driver was top of the notch! If you happen to land on this website, stop searching - you have found what you are looking for

Authentic, positive, knowledgeable and fun!
5/5

You will spend a lot of time with your guide so choose wisely. I'm so glad I did!! Obed and his team were amazing. I was super excited to go on the Safari even before I met them. Communication was super easy via WhatsApp, I was able to pay in advance using Wise (it's super convenient instead of paying cash and it's easy to use). I knew I could trust them because I saw only good reviews about them (I did a very thorough research online before choosing). I also made sure to know what was included before I paid. Obed came to pick us up at our hotel in Dar es Salaam, and he was on time (even in advance). We were introduced to our driver (Alphonse) and started to drive towards Mikumi. It's a 6-7 hours drive, so be ready, of course you can stop anytime if needed, but Obed and Alphonse knew the best spots to stop for bathroom and lunch/snacks. They also told us so much about Tanzania, the culture, their villages, the different tribes and way of life. It was amazing to learn so much. The landscape on the way is so beautiful, I'm so glad I could see all of that (and not only the city and Zanzibar). The mainland's country is definitely the best part of Tanzania. Then we arrived in Mikumi park, and right away from the highway, we were able to see Giraffes, Impalas, Baboons, Wild beasts, Elephants and more! I couldn't believe we were not even in the park yet and could see them!!
Obed and Alphonse are definitely pros, as they could see the animals very fast even from far away! I was very impressed. We then arrived to our lodge, OMG IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!! The food was excellent, the staff super amazing, we had a pool, and it was not crowded at all. It was paradise! We didn't want to go back to the city ever lol we had dinner with Obed, and start talking about our plans for the safari the next day, also chat about life in Tanzania. We woke up early the next day to have breakfast and start our safari trip (game drive). We got on the highway and then BAM!!!!!! A lioness on the highway, hunting an Impala! WOW!! I just couldn't believe it. Then we saw tons of giraffes, and finally arrived to the park gate. We had to fill out some quick form, and started the game drive. It was totally magical. Obed and Alphonse knew exactly where to find the animals, we saw EVERYTHING, and saw them very close! We even saw a young leopard, tons of zebras, elephants (we almost could touch them but of course DONT!), we saw lions 3 times, hippos, monkeys, impalas in the thousands, and so much much much more. I just didn't want to leave, but we were so blessed and we saw everything! After the game drive we went back to the lodge to relax and eat. Then we headed back to Dar es Salaam on day 3. On the way back we stopped a couple of times to drink coconut water, buy some veggies and fruits. It was super cool. We were so sad to leave Obed and Alphonse, but we really hope to see them again very soon as this will not be our last trip with them! Thanks again to Obag African Safari for such an amazing adventure! Thanks Obed!

‘’Amazing Kilimanjaro Trek’’
5/5

My wife and I booked our Kilimanjaro trek through Taste of Kilimanjaro Adventures in April 2021. We hiked the Lemosho Route over the course of 8 days and successfully summited Kilimanjaro before sunrise on the 7th morning. Our porters and crew were excellent as well as professional, our guide was accommodating and when we wanted to do a bit of additional exploration such as a hike up Cathedral and Shira Cave, it was no problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour operator to anyone interested in a Kilimanjaro adventure. They really cemented our Kilimanjaro trek experience as one of the best memories of our Africa trip!

Perfect Private safari
4/5

We contacted many tour operators in Kenya. We were planning for our 3rd anniversary and had no idea where to go. My friend recommended kenamoti tours .
Our communication point was Amos the owner. Very responsive on-time good communication skills.
They gave us several options to choose . They tailored the whole trip for us to enjoy Maasai Mara, amboseli NAT park, Tsavo east and even time spent on the white sands beach of Kenya.
We got some customised Kenyan attire for our anniversary. They went an extra mile to ensure we got the beach ride on the last minute.
Nice time spent would definitely come back again.
Thankyou kenamoti tours
