Mpho Thulo was responsive via email (within same day or within 3 working days) and answered all my queries well. I was presented with good options that catered to a wide range of budgets and needs.
We really enjoyed the service and the safari at Bottlierskop Private Reserve! Got up SUPER close to lions, elephants, rhinos, impalas, elands, and many more. The guides were humorous and extremely knowlegeable. Food was excellent. The lodging was gorgeous.
Only room for improvement would be to have gotten confirmation of the driver pick up timings and contact earlier. We had to call the company for it the day before when we didn't hear anything. That said, the driver was EXCELLENT.

A Try wonderful experience
We had the most amazing time climbing up Kilimanjaro. It was five days in which we covered 29 hours of walking, seeing the most amazing views and passing through different terrain. Muntari & Frankie were both very professional and fun guides who helped us through our journey up the mountain. Nicolas was a great host and waiter, attending to all of our needs throughout the time at camp. The chef put on some great meals, especially considering that we reached up to base camp of around 4,000 metres high. I would highly recommend anyone getting a shower and a toilet whilst booking this trip, both home comforts that made the camping nicer. It was an amazing trip and we feel very blessed that we had the opportunity to do it with such a fabulous company, we wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Muntari and the team. Thank you very much.

An amazing holiday.
From the start, Henry was flexible and accomodating. I asked for 3 quotes from different companies and Awuor gave us the best price by far.
We had been planning this trip for about a year, and the communication from the company was excellent.
The value for money on a 6 day safari and 5 day beach holiday was good. We swapped our beach resort from Mombasa to Diani and Henry was happy to sort that.
4 out of 5 of our hotels were excellent 1 was good.
Victor our tour guide was second to none. He was brilliant at being patient in finding the animals.
We would advise Awuor to reconsider it's route. Driving from park to park is part of a safari but we drove north to south an vice versa 3 times which felt unnecessary when we looked at a map of Kenya. This meant 3 days of 6 hours + drives before even going on a Game Drive.
Irregardles, as a honeymoon we couldn't have asked for better. It was truly an amazing holiday.

Perfect organization
Hallo,I am a solo traveller and was afraid going alone to uganda.the only thing I can say it was a life experience and I never felt unsafe.you see mostly all animals so close so even with a smartphone I have perfect pictures.hotels were well choosen and one was living a dream.peter was always available whenever you needed him.comparing to other Tour operators he has the best price ,his car was even better than from others,I can highly recommend him,thank you

Great services
Was introduced to Bison Safaris by a friend and on reaching out to Margaret, I just connected with her, she quickly understands your needs and budge and creates a package for you. our planned trip was to Masai Mara during a peak season and she was able to get us good quotes and we settled for a hotel. When the terms of the hotel changed she immediately alerted me and we settled for another property. We eventually had our vacation and enjoyed our stay at the hotel, since this was a self drive Margaret gave a reference a tour van and guide by the name Lenana, a very honest jovial guy who is very conversant with the masai mara and were able to spot almost all the big five apart including watching a Lion family get their catch of the day.
Bison Safaris is very responsive on phone and whatsup for any clarification, information and changes that you need for your safaris. She is very pleasant and very conversant with the destination of visit. Will definately use Bison Safaris for my future trips.

Amazing safari trip
We loved the 3-day Masai Mara game drive with Jorado Safaris. The game drive was fun and the up-close encounters with the animals were awe-inspiring.
