Discover Africa, and Megan W specifically, paved the path for an amazing experience for us!
Megan W (Discover Africa) actively and proactively kept communications flowing with us during the pre-trip planning and leading up to the start of the trip itself. She even reached out during our trip to make sure we received communications from the airlines about changes to our domestic flights. We were very pleased with her attention to customer service and satisfaction. We spent a few days in Cape Town, and we were pleased with our accommodations and our day tours while there, all arranged by Megan and with very good value for the money. Additionally, Megan facilitated our flights to/from and our stay at Rattrays Camp on Mala Mala Game Reserve. What an incredible experience! Mala Mala exceeded our expectations in terms of accommodations, food and drink, staff, customer service, and the overall experience. Very high value for the money. Thank you, Megan and Discover Africa, for an amazing experience! We will definitely recommend you to others, and we will be returning customers when we are ready for our next adventure.

Disorganized and felt unsafe
I would warn against booking with this company. I felt unsafe on this trip, particularly once the safari moved from the portion in Kenya to the portion in Tanzania- to the extent that I ended my trip four days early I was frequently handed off between different guides and drivers without a secure way of confirming who was affiliated with the company and who wasn't, and was sometimes left without a guide or driver at all. At the Namanga border crossing I was left by my driver/guide and a local was paid to see me through the process and onto the shuttle to Arusha, Tanzania. I didn't have service in the area, and if anything had gone wrong had no way to contact anyone. I did not know who I would be meeting in Tanzania or have a way to reach them or know when they would be picking me up. Once I was in Tanzania, my itinerary was changed so that I could be shuffled to join other drivers and tour groups. While I was still slated to visit the same places in the end, changing the order meant that my family and friends at home would not know where I was on a given day, which made me uncomfortable as a young, solo female traveler. Because I was being passed between groups, I also didn't know who my driver would be, where I would be going on a given day, or who might contact me with this information and when. When I contacted the company with concerns they didn't see these issues as valid.
Part of the reason I booked this specific tour was because it is advertised as vegan-friendly. Despite letting the company know in advance that I was vegan I was frequently unable to eat anything besides fruit and juice, and had to re-explain what my diet was over and over again. Two days into the trip I contacted the company about this and never received a response. I think it's dishonest to advertise this tour as vegan-friendly.
The guides and drivers were all friendly and honestly trying to help solve my problems, admitting that the way things were being handled was far from ideal, and I saw many beautiful animals, but I don't feel like this was enough to overcome the company's mismanagement.
Other travelers I was with were in similar situations, with their itineraries being changed last minute and sometimes prices being increased beyond expected while they were already on the tour, or having their lodgings changed to cheaper options after they had already paid.
*I found this tour through TourRadar, and though they asked for my review the review I submitted never appeared on the site.

Easter Amboseli Tour. Our tour operator made the holiday worth every penny.
It was my first time travelling with a tour company and Spoton made me want to book again. It definitely is worth it, from timely response to pick-up, drop-off and game drives....just fantastic!!

Amazing experience with amazing guide
We had an amazing experience with the tour guide Amid which has huge knowledge about the Safari and Tanzania. The tour guide has amazing skills to find all the exotics animals in the safari and guide us with great service. We visited Tanzania in April 2022 with two children (7 and 10 years) and highly recommend this company.

We had an unforgetable and well organised Safari trip to Tarangire National Park with Benson Safari!
Me and my friends did an unforgetable 1-day Safari trip to Tarangire National Park with Benson Safari. We had a meeting for the preperation before and our guide picked us up at our apartement on time. After entering the National Park we had an amazing time and saw many different animals and a beautiful landescape. Our guide told us lots of information about the park and the animals during the trip and we had great (vegan) food, drinks and snacks!
We would highly recommend Benson Safari especially for volunteers!

Ken was incredible, funny, and went above and beyond to give us the best trip possible
Overall experience with right choice safaris was amazing. We had to postpone our trip due to COVID 19 and this was not an issue for George he was super helpful in rescheduling.
From the transport to the accommodation to the food to the tour itself everything was great. Our tour guide was Ken and he made the trip the best for us. We got to see more than we expected and this was down to Ken constantly looking to find us what we wanted to see. He was very informative about the animals and the land as well as being really friendly and easy to get on with. We laughed from start to finish.

Fantastic End-to-End Experience
We booked a five day safari in the Masai Mara for the family with Wayfairer and had a wonderful time. The sales team was knowledgeable and responsive in terms of designing a trip to our specifications, providing helpful expert suggestions along the way. The trip Wayfairer put together was absolutely fantastic in terms of logistics, wildlife, and accommodation, and it was excellent value for money given the overall experience. We also greatly appreciated Wayfairer's concierge service, which provided helpful practical travel/logistics support and advice in the run-up to and during the trip itself. Highly recommended!

A very professional agency, safe, good safaris and hotels
It has been an incredible tour, seeing the animals on safari was something that we will never forget, the closeness with them and nature is something impressive. The hotels (camps) they managed were from another world, they were very nice, comfortable and safe, as was the food.
The contact with George from day 1 was excellent, he always answered me very quickly and very clearly on what they offered, the price is excellent compared to other options, the only thing I would do as a recommendation is that on the tour they offered me 1 day in Nairobi they had put me in my itinerary that we would visit the elephant orphanage and when we were there they told me that there was no place but it was because they did not reserve on time, but well it was not something serious but they should be careful with that.
Overall everything was excellent and I highly recommend it.
Another important thing was our guide Lawi, he was always looking out for us, he fulfilled all the requests we asked him for photos and he made a great effort to find all the animals, thank you very much Lawi greetings from Mexico.
thank you
An excellence operator, with experienced drivers who are very patience especially with kids.
We had the most amaizing time at maasai mara as a family, with a lot of activities involved e.g early morning and evening drive where we were able to see all the big five.
