Perfect Rwanda trip
We had an amazing trip to Rwanda with Lion Safaris. Emile was very responsive to my emails and created a superb trip to include everything that we wanted to see. We were met at the airport and then given a tour of Kigali. We were then taken to Volcanoes National park by Peter who looked after us for the next 4 days, making sure we were on time for all activities as well as sharing knowledge throughout the drives between locations. They arranged activities including Gorilla trekking, Golden Monkey trekking as well as a boat tour on Lake Kivu. Everything was perfect. I will be recommending friends and family to visit Rwanda and to use Lion Safaris.

An unforgettable 4 days safari adventure

Snowcap organised our group of four a private seven-day climb of the Lemosho route in January. We were surprised at the value Snowcap offers compared to other providers, especially as it’s KPAP approved (which was essential for us and should be for any climber), but I can confirm that Snowcap cut no corners when it came to looking after its climbers and crew. We had the experience of a lifetime and are so glad that we booked with Snowcap.
The whole experience was incredible, beyond words. Our guides (Eddie and Issa) were fantastic and really made the experience for us. Not only were they knowledgeable and great fun, but their care for our health and overall experience was exceptional. Climbing Kilimanjaro can be tough, and the whole crew were so supportive and we can’t imagine the experience without them. Eddie and Issa were monitoring our health and energy levels and amended the route as we went to ensure we were acclimatising effectively. They seemed so committed to getting us to the summit whilst keeping us safe.
We were looked after from the moment we landed at Kilimanjaro airport. Snowcap arranged our hotel stay in Moshi before and after the climb and our airport transfers, making the whole thing as stress-free as possible. Eddie met us at the airport, checked us into our hotel, and did a thorough kit check and briefing the day before the climb. He even gave us recommendations on things to do on our pre-hike rest day and showed us some local places.
Hopefully if you’re already reading this review you’ve decided that you want to climb Kilimanjaro, but if you’re on the fence about booking with Snowcap, I can wholeheartedly recommend them and can be sure that you won’t regret it. Unforgettable Safari Experience with Godwin and Beautiful Safari's Uganda
We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Godwin, our incredible guide for an 8-day Ugandan safari with Beautiful Safari's Uganda. From start to finish, Godwin went above and beyond to make our adventure not just spectacular, but truly unforgettable.
Godwin was the perfect tour guide. He struck the perfect balance between keeping us informed and giving us space to enjoy our romantic safari holiday. He always ensured we knew the plan for the day while also respecting our need for quiet moments together to soak in Uganda’s stunning landscapes and incredible wildlife.
But it was his personal touches that really set him apart. When we encountered issues with customs trying to get our drone in and out of Rwanda, Godwin stepped in and handled the situation with such professionalism and care, saving us a ton of stress. He even went out of his way to stop and pick up a bottle of the local hot sauce we fell in love with in Rwanda and made sure we had the chance to try local Ugandan banana spirit. These thoughtful gestures made us feel so valued as travelers and as people.
Despite spending Christmas away from his own family, Godwin gave his all to make us feel like the most important people in the world. His dedication, professionalism, and warm personality made our trip feel not just like a tour, but like an adventure shared with a trusted friend.

Organized and Efficient
Super eagles was a great company for my first safari. They communicated the prices and itinerary for the safari in a clear way and they responded quickly on WhatsApp. The price was excellent for everything that was included (game drives, hotels, food, water)! The tour was amazing. With my safari drivers (James Gichina and John), we were able to get very close to the animals! They were also well connected with other drivers so they quickly took us to animal sightings including lions, cheetahs, and a rhino right next to the road!

Very thorough and each item was delivered as promised
Our travel advisor was Levis. He was a good communicator and set us up with a fantastic itinerary. He came to meet us in Nairobi and provided us documents and guidance. All of the guides were excellent and took perfect care of us. Each location could have been a separate trip by itself. We were exposed to some comforts, some more modest locations and the realties of life in the 4 countries we visited. But most of all, a full measure of real African adventure. The guides worked hard to get us to the animals, and we saw everything, including the big 5. When we had an inquiry, Levis responded and took care of us. Comparing prices with other agencies, and very expensive African trips taken by friends of ours, we were very pleased with the bargain. Our money's worth for sure. We would recommend Hallmark Travel Planners and Levis, and would use their services again. They delivered what they promised, and everything was on time.

I wanted to share my extreme delight with our safari experience-2 day Mikumi. Your company managed all of our needs from pick up to drop off and our tour guide for the actual Safari, Stefano, was amazing, accommodating, knowledgeable, flexible, just a joy. The accommodations were great the staff at the accommodations were great just overall a fantastic experience thank you again. Edgar our driver was great as well.

It is a incredible beautiful country and very friendly people!
We drove from JNB to Hazyview, from there we wanted to see the Panoramic route , however the weather was not helping us . We only saw Bourky's luck potholes. We need to change our plans and spend a whole day in Krugerpark, although it was rainy weather we had a wonderful time. We had booked 3 days in Sabi Sands in Umkumbe Safari Lodge, to go with rangers two times a day on safari and they share all there knowledge is an incredible experience.
After that we flew to Capetown, the city is surrounded by beautiful nature, the food is great. Lovely markets to visit. South Africa has so much to offer!

Good experience, attentive staff
My safari experience to Maasai Mara was well-organized and enjoyable. The staff was attentive, responsive, and always made an effort to ensure our needs were met, which made the trip comfortable and smooth.
The drive from Nairobi to Maasai Mara is long, but the scenic views of the Kenyan landscape made it an adventure of its own. The staff ensured we were comfortable throughout the journey, which helped make the ride pleasant.
The tour guides and drivers were incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. They were dedicated to helping us spot wildlife and shared detailed insights about the animals and their environment, making the game drives both exciting and informative. Their professionalism, patience, kindnesd and effort were evident at every turn.
Overall, the safari was a memorable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone planning to visit Maasai Mara. The team’s competence and attentiveness made it worthwhile.
