Well-organized
We did the Mokoro and Bush Walk experience in the Okavango, and overall it was well-organized and enjoyable. The guides were knowledgeable and did an excellent job. However, we found the price to be significantly overpriced, as is the case with many tours offered through agencies. It’s important to know that the guides, who are the ones doing all the work, receive only a small portion of what you pay.
If you have your own vehicle, a good alternative is to drive to the nearby village and arrange the same trip directly with local guides. You’ll likely save a substantial amount, and more importantly, the guides will receive a fairer share of the payment.

Beautiful country, friendly people and accesible wildlife.
Kenya for me was a beautiful experience when it comes to wildlife and scenery. I had a nice safaritrip with my son in may 2025. I have been there before during the high season but to be honest was this trip even better because of the green nature and to see the wildlife in a More natural way. The scenery was incredible due to the climate also. Not to crowded was also a plus. Ove

Great Tour Despite a few Hicoughs
Did a 15 day Safari Madagascar Birding & Wildlife Tour (in reverse from the advertised), which was excellent.
I'd say that the mark of a good tour operator is a getting things right and when they don't, having suitable backup. So when our car gave up, they got another one in to get us to our destination and found alternatives for the couple of days in Ranomafana. The final day though ended up with our first driver and car, which wasn't so great for travelling along Madagascar's poor roads. A good 4x4 would have been a lot better.
The tour itself was superb, great wildlife, stuning scenery, good guides working hard to find the best of the wildlife in the jungle and rain forrest.
Would throughly recommend.

Extraordinary Ethiopia tours were responsive to our needs and requests
Communication with Maereg was great, a wonderful guide for Lalibela and norther regions and great to be around. He was reliable and provided a great personalised service. We really enjoyed our time here and could have stayed longer. Sora Lodge was wonderful. Due to concerns of unrest we had to change part of itinerary and ended up going to Omo Valley as part of tour. We felt this region was at times problematic, tour did not run as smoothly, level of accommodation and service not to as high a standard as provided in the north.

This person listened my requests
The trip was really great, we were able to discover three different parks (Masaï Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseili) each with its own specificities. We really appreciated our guide, who was able to give us lots of explanations about the local flora and fauna, as well as the Masai and other cultures. He was very attentive, kind and welcoming - thank you!
