I had a safari experience of a lifetime thanks to Diana at Sun summit. She was quick to respond and communication was great. We wanted to upgrade our stay to JW Marriott and she made it happen within a day. Thanks to the staff and John our guide at Masai Mara.

Caring and attentive
I went for a 3-day Gorilla Hiking experience and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The whole process was very straightforward, Ruth was there the whole time to present me the quotes and answer my questions promptly. I was picked up on time in Kigali by Ronnie, the driver who helped a lot in answering all the questions I had along the way.
They respected the quote 100%, so you really pay for what are being offered. Everything is so well organized, beginning with the crossing from Rwanda to Uganda, to the Batwa experience, to the Golden Monkey trekking and of course to the Gorilla trekking. I could not be any happier for having made my journey around Rwanda and Uganda with them.
I recommend East Africa Jungle Safari 100%. Don’t have a negative comment or even a suggestion to make. They sticked to their word and I really appreciate it. So thank you very much to all the EAJS team members, you allowed me to have a once in a lifetime experience I will never forget.

Derek was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I highly recommend this tour company. The accommodations were excellent. We had so many wonderful experiences seeing the wildlife. Our guide, Derek, was great at finding various animals. We were able to see some that are very hard to find. I would definitely book with this company again.

An amazing Safari experience
We had an amazing safari
arranged by Mr.Gerlad from Kitonga Tours. He was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Our guide Paul and Abakuki was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He knew where the animals were going before the animals did. Wherever he took us we were followed by other guides as they knew Paul & Abakuki knew what he was doing. We saw the Big-4 and so much more. Thank you Kitonga Tours, Mr.Gerlad, Paul and Abakuki for providing unforgettable memories!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Kitonga Tours
We booked a 5- day safari, Mikumi & Ruaha National Park. First of all: we loved this experience, also thanks to John and Paul, our Tourguides. The places we spent the night were fabulous, the landscapes magnificent and of course we loved to see all those animals. We felt very safe with them and would recommend this company anytime

Knowledgeable, accomodating, respectful, fun
From the moment we sent out an enquiry, the communication was prompt and effective. Steven was proactive in giving us a package designed for our budget and needs. We loved how we didn’t have to worry about the logistics and could sit back and relax on our vacation. Even as we went along Stephen and Mr Tom (our operator) would regularly check in to ensure we’re okay. They were also flexible in the itenary which was great for us as we were on our honeymoon
The tour was expensive but we also got a trip of a lifetime! You definitely get a lot from your money with quality of accommodation , meals and experiences.
From the start every accommodation had a unique charm and we’re impressed by the quality of service.
If we had to point out one thing it would be our accommodation in masai Mara (sarova game camp) didn’t blow us away as some of the others did (Kibo, the cliff, sopa- all of these were very charming in their own way). This could be because the bar was set so high throughout our trip that maybe we expected the peak our experience at the end. Sarova Mara is still a good accommodation, but we felt it was more catered to the masses while we expected the level of service and amenities as others offered to make our honeymoon special.
The safari itself was exhilarating. Tom was well familiar with the ways of the game and gather intel on spotting the animals. Everyday we were amazed with what we saw. Tom went above and beyond to give us a great experience.
The journey was smooth, well organised, well on time, flexible, and exciting! Thanks for a great time Tom.-We felt well taken care of! We were truly sad when the trip ended. And thanks for organising a spectacular trip Steven
