Our driver Tyani was excellent. Unfortunately due to a clerical error and miscommunication we were stuck in Hoedspruit for 1 hour waiting for passengers that never arrived. The black no afrika bus is very uncomfortable with tiny seats and leg room. The normal safari link shuttles are much better. Overall Safari link are good

Friendly communication, good organization and reliable implementation
We had a wonderful 8-day safari through the Samburu, Mt. Kenya, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, and Lake Naivasha National Parks. Everything was well-planned and reliably executed. All essentials were included. Communication with the driver/guide and last-minute adjustments to our requests were handled smoothly. Our driver, Lui, was discreet yet friendly, and he was able to explain many animals and their behavior. It was clear he had a great deal of experience, both in the sometimes chaotic traffic and driving in the national parks. The lodges we booked were good and reasonably priced. We received a warm welcome everywhere, and the service was excellent. We were very pleased that, at our request, the driver didn't leave the designated paths in the parks to get closer to the animals. This would be illegal and would stress the animals too much. Some drivers from other companies do this anyway, which we didn't like at all. Overall, we had a very eventful week with many impressive experiences. We highly recommend this tour operator.

Theodore was an amazing operator
From start to finish I had great service. I booked with Precious and she was really amazing! Communication was active and she made me feel very comfortable. I was struggling to get a sales person to call me back from different shuttle services and she was the only one who responded. My operator to Leopard Sands and the one on my return , Theodore also really great! Will definitely use Safarilink again

An Unforgettable Safari Experience
Our guide, Gilbert, was absolutely amazing and truly made this safari unforgettable. He always managed to get us the best spots and seemed to know exactly where to be at the right time. Calm, knowledgeable, and always smiling, he is the definition of Hakuna Matata. Thanks to him, we saw an incredible variety of wildlife from giraffes and elephants to leopards, cheetahs and lions. I couldn’t recommend Gilbert and Ndutu Green explorers more highly. Thank you again for making this trip unforgettable!

Excellent guide
Excellent tour guide!! Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Ethiopia to book some day tours with him. He is very knowledgeable with the history of Ethiopia and has a great rapport with the local museums and restaurants. When I return I'll definitely be booking a Lalibela tour.

We had a wonderful, exciting, adventurous, and impressive safari week in Kenya. Our goal was ambitious: we wanted to hike in Mount Kenya National Park and experience the breathtaking flora and fauna of the Maasai Mara. Starting in Samburu National Park at the wonderful Sopa Lodge, the journey continued to the idyllic Forest Castle Lodge at 2,100 meters in Mount Kenya National Park. Lake Nakuru National Park revealed another fascinating facet of Kenya's natural beauty, before we experienced the vastness of the savannah in the Maasai Mara. A boat trip on Lake Naivasha rounded off the entire tour before we began our journey home.
Louis, our experienced safari driver, picked us up promptly from our hotel in Nairobi. Calmly and confidently, he guided us through the chaotic traffic of Nairobi and along every road and narrow path in all the national parks. Whether it was crossing riverbeds, navigating water or potholes, or encountering herds of cattle – nothing fazed him. We could simply sit back and enjoy the magnificent natural spectacle, either relaxing in the car or standing. He managed everything behind the scenes, ensuring an unforgettable safari experience. Wherever we went, Louis knew the rangers, the lodge staff, and the safari guides; everyone greeted him, and he exchanged a few friendly words with each of them. As a result, we never had any problems.

Amazing wildlife experience
Booking and pickup was very smooth. After meeting our tourguide Francis, we drove from Nairobis city center to Masai Mara. The first afternoon we saw lions, giraffes, zebras and elephants. The second day Francis did a full day tour with us, seeing 2 rhinos, crocodiles and hippos. The group was pretty chilled. Francis clearly is experienced, as we often got to see an animal first before the other cars approached. He also anticipated a lot of animal movement which gave us a perfect view at the rhinos.
