The communication was great from the beginning till the end. Arnold picked us up from the airport in time and drove us to our AirBnb. He also gave us some blankets and towels, because we didnt have any for the safari. The route for our trip was also well organized, so we didnt have long ways to drive without seeing any animals. We had competent tour guides(first Joseph, then Fred), who could tell us a lot about the animals and nature and someone we felt safe with. Our cook was a nice young guy, who served always fresh and delicious food. I would definitely recommend a safari tour with Major Treks and Safaris, because everything went as promised and with Arnold you have a tour manager who helps and cares where he can. we loved Maramboi tended, a truly magical place
We saw a lot of animals and close by, also thanks to our fantastic guide. We did 3 parks (Tarangire, Manyara and Ngorongoro) over 3 days. We are only disappointed not to have seen any rhinos, we only saw a single lion, and by far, perhaps we should also have done the Serengeti for that.
the tip for the guide is an obligation 50€ per day, it is necessary to count the day of arrival and departure (for us 5 days or 250€)

Amazing experience
Jane was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. The safari was incredible. We saw the big 5 and many animals up close. Our guide, Pascal (who speaks English and French), is a very good driver, he knows everything about the local culture and wildlife and was very kind to us. Thanks again to Pascal!

As a solo traveller i am more than happy that i booked my 3 days safari trip via Hamisi of Colours of Africa.
From the very first beginning contact with him was pleasant. On my day of arrival he came to my hotel to welcome me and gave a briefing. Our guide, Omar, is very passionate about wildlife and gave us an fantastic safari experience as we have seen the best of the best in the 3 Northern nat Parks.

What a special experience and impeccable service!! We decided to travel to Tanzania just a few days before departure. Emmanuel was very helpful from start to finish. We did a 5 day safari and it was excellent. Our transfer picked us up at the airport and drove us to our hotel in Arusha. Emmanuel met us there the following morning where he explained each day again to us about the safari. The accommodation/food was lovely. Our guide was also very nice and answered any questions we had. Emmanuel met us again in our hotel in Arusha once the safari was finished. Overall it was a great experience. Emmanuel is very professional.

Very pleasant and obliging
Very happy with the overall service from Crater Explorers, Emmanuel was very friendly from the beginning and very obliging to all our requests. We chose the 5-day Safari, were met at the airport and brought to a hotel in Arusha overnight. Emmanuel met us himself to go through everything the next morning before heading off on our safari. Our guide was very friendly, and the journey was very comfortable.
We had a small issue with timings on day 3 but that was quickly resolved once we contacted Emmanuel and he more than made up for it.
