Our trip was beyond our expectations and everything was very well organized and feel that we have had the best holiday with this company. We do travel a lot but this one was exceptional. We were given excellent services everywhere even when our tour was budget, which we felt that we were given the best services.
The guide, Mr Jim was well informed, professional and experienced.
We saw a lot of animals and ticked off all the big five!

Amazing experience with Suricata Safaris!
Our experience with Suricata was amazing! Our guide and driver, Damian, was exceptional. He is very knowledgable, positive, fun and was good with keeping us safe! The chef, Salim, was outstanding. We had three very complete and delicious meals every day. He was also very kind and helpful. We also appreciated that we were picked up as soon as we arrived to Arusha and brought to our hotel. Daniel and Ali came to brief us before we started the trip, which was very nice as well. Overall, we really recommend Suricata. Their service is great and their crew will give you an unforgettable experience! Ps: Damian brings a lot of luck to your game drives. We got to see the big five and lots of other animals, all of which Damian knew a lot about!

Richard organized an amazing, custom made safari for us. The planning went smoothly via WhatsApp and email and Richsrd catered to all our wishes. Our guide Alfred was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent the most amazing 12 days we could have ever imagined.

The driver was courteous and efficient and the journey went without a hitch. The roads after full of potholes but the driver deftly negotiated them.

Simple the BEST.
Rafa, owner/operator, of Mawe African Adventures is simple the best. His attention to details, whether it’s the safari drive, the best photo opportunities or lunch in the bush, puts Rafa on top. His experience of the Serengeti and the Maasai is a history lesson you will won’t soon forget leaving you with a thirst for more.
When you tour with Rafa you become part of a team. “Team Rafa” doesn’t follow the crowds but ventures out exploring and seeing the unusual activities of game movement and predators. Many times we were able to get close to lions and cheetah when staying put and letting the game move naturally rather than chase all the other vehicles for a look and photo.
I look forward to returning to the Serengeti in 2025 to experience the calving season with Team Rafa.

Fantastic tour company
Our guide and driver Evans was fantastic always punctual, made the journey from Nairobi to amboseli really smoothly. We stayed at Kibo for 2 nights which was amazing, the staff, the food, the views and the accomodation. Our game drives were all incredible, Evans was always able to spot and find the animals and had a lot information about them. He also knew a lot about the different species of birds. We had such an incredible time and hope to be back.
