Fantastic safari
5/5

We booked our Safari holiday with Ozon Light Tours. They were fantastic from our first enquiring of what we would like to do while we were in Tanzanian.
The communication was first class from all the team.
We did a 5 day safari and our Guild for them 5 days was a lovely man called Innocent. He was Friendly, polite and very informative. He went above and beyond for us to see the top 5 animals plus seeing so much more with his knowledge.
We couldn't thank him enough.
We stayed in some incredible lodges while on safari, which were clean and the food was amazing, with some breath taking views too.
Would definitely recommend this company for your safari

Fantastic, well organized adventure
5/5

Our wonderful 10 day adventure was put together and expertly managed by Rodah. Everything from our pick up in Nairobi to Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire and Amboseli was fantastic, all the better for having our engaging and knowledgable guides taking special care of us, Thank you to Samuel, Edgar and Steve. Our safari experiences were all we could have hoped for and more with safety, care and fun.

5/5

Big thanks to Kilian Tours & Travel.
The ride to Masai mara and back was smooth courtesy of our guide Yasin, who was a good time keeper. He was very skilled in terms of navigating the vast Mara ,we got to see quite a number of animals Including the big five. I would highly recommend him.
The accommodation was superb, the staff were friendly and the meals were good. Kudos Kilian Tours & Travel

Excellent communication and service.
5/5

We booked a safari with Gems of Africa. The team's communication was excellent (all via email), we received quotes for several options, all very detailed, and we got all our questions answered. Everything we planned through them was well organized and good value for money. We would definitely use this tour operator again, would we be back in South Africa.

About reservation: the whole process of communication between itinerary and expenses is very smoothly。Muasya Silas Is a very responsible and efficient staff.
About the itinerary: Thanks to Simon. Is a very good guide. He is very experienced in driving and his eyes are very sharp when looking for animals.I always joke that Simon's eyes can see anything beyond 100 kilometers. Thanks to Simon, we saw big five.

Kruger National Park Safari
5/5

Lambs was a great tour guide. He was friendly and basically knew all the other tour guides and staff which made finding out what others had seen and where way easier. He also did a great job spotting different animals from as large as elephants and giraffes to even the small creatures many overlook like the mongoose and chameleon crossing the road. He's also a good driver so you can sit back and enjoy the safari!

An unforgettable experience
5/5

We did a four-day safari, my brother and I. We had a great time with Leopard and Willy (our Italian guide) they are fantastic people that we will always carry in our hearts! We visited two parks and they were far above our expectations.. we saw a lot of animals even very close! We recommend it to everyone, for us it was an unforgettable experience with a very good quality/price ratio!

Invaluable experience!!
5/5

I had only not one but two Safaris hired with Gatelinks and I have nothing to say rather than I am very glad to have chosen them as our providor.
Both drivers (Last and Phillip) were very diligent, funny and guided us into the parks providing useful insights which made us enjoying more our experience.
This, with all the comfort of the jeeps and the treatment and support by Rose and company made us to have two amazing journeys that we will never forget.

I highly recommend Gatelinks to any ride you are planning to do.

A get what you pay for Safari…
3/5

We just finished the six day Masai Mara, Nakuru, Amboseli tour. We booked the budget tour with upgraded accommodation. The views and the animals were incredible, and we saw so much even though it was the off-season! Animals were our focus and this was achieved. However, the “custom Safari minivan“ was terrible! It had no suspension, no four-wheel-drive, no air conditioning, and no power. We spent hours on teeth rattling, bone jarring, hot bumpy dusty roads! This is not the option to choose if you have neck back or hip problems, or any breathing issues. Our guide provided facemasks at the beginning of the journey to protect somewhat from the dust. We got stuck a total of four times on our game drives, and had to help push the van. The last time we were stuck, it was approximately two hours before we were finally able to be towed out! The drives from Lodge to lodge took hours longer than other companies. Partly due to multiple stops picking people up or dropping people off and partly because the minivan just couldn’t keep up. Part of a reason for upgrading the accommodation was to have some relaxation and pool time. The first day we did not arrive at Jambo Mara until 245pm and they stopped serving lunch at three. The two nights at AAmboseli, we were originally dropped off at the camp instead of the lodge And it took some time to sort that out, not arriving at the correct lodge until 8:45 PM. The second night was also late because of the van getting stuck. Our luggage had to ride in the backseat because the back door of the van wouldn’t latch. We spent an hour prior to the game drive one morning while the locals repaired that. The roof top barely opened and closed that by the end of the trip we weren’t sure we would be able to get it up and then weren’t sure we would able to put it down.
We intermittently traveled with three other people that booked through this company. Each of them had their tour altered in someway mid tour. Thankfully that did not happen to us. So many things, but overall we did see a lot of amazing animals, but I would not book this trip again because of the minivan. The ride was just to rough, hot, bumpy, dusty, and miserable..
