From start to finish, Darren, Kate and the team at Compass Odyssey were fantastic.. We wanted to create trip with our teenage boys that would have adventure, fun and the incredible Safari experience and the guys nailed it . We worked through the plans for the holiday with Darren and he came back with ideas and suggestions which were spot on and within budget. We stayed in the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge for the first couple of nights and then on to The Hide in Hwange National Park. Both locations were amazing and were better than we could have imagined, thanks Darren for the recommendations. The ongoing communication was great with detailed information relevant to our trip.
Once we landed in Victoria Falls, Mortimer and Ruth were there to deal with transport and any other activities. Tours of the Falls on both sides, Bungee jumping for the lads and White Water Rafting for the whole family. When we arrived at The Hide we were treated to incredible service in one of the most amazing locations in the world. The team at The Hide were top class, the Game Drives with Theo were fantastic and we all got to see and enjoy the incredible wildlife. Nothing beats the early morning sounds of Lion roaring. Back at the lodge the food and service was excellent.

Friendly and informative with exceptional service
If you are considering a trip to Africa, I highly recommend Southern Dynasty Safaris for your travel needs. Collins is friendly, informative, welcoming, and provides superb service with attention to detail, ease of transfer, and a dedication to providing amazing experiences. Our team particularly loved the land and boat safaris and camping in the bush! Southern Dynasty Safaris was able to customize different excursions for team members. I’d also highly recommend the four-wheeler ATV course. So much fun! Traveling with Southern Dynasty Safaris really did provide peace of mind as we were so well cared for.

Amazing Honeymoon Experience
This was an exceptional trip. I highly recommend Lion King for a safari in Tanzania. The organization for the months before the trip was made easy and nice. Every question always answered quickly and very helpful. We were provided with all the information we needed such as what to pack. Once we arrived everything from pick up at the airport was effortless. The parks were incredible and our guide David made sure we got to see as many animals as possible ! He also always made sure we had a nice lunch instead of the packed lunches like most people had and there was always a vegetarian option for me which I really appreciated. The accommodations were all incredible with amazing views and very nice staff. Unforgettable experience and highly recommend for a honeymoon :)

Absolutely fantastic! Everything we had hoped for and more.
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Nick could not have done more to make our trip memorable, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous time. He is so kind and welcoming and we felt at ease with him right away. Also he is extremely respectful of the wildlife which was a huge positive for us.
Communication from start to finish was very good and we felt the trip was really good value for money. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Takes care of everything i need for the trip
Just got back from a 6 days voyager of the Mount Kilimanjaro.
Everything was organized by Stephen Mwakimonga (Adventure Makers) and Iddi Hassan (one adventure Africa). It was planed in the best way I've could have hope for.
Iddi and Hassan, Picking me in and out to the Airport was for the best side. And even small problem like not having my gear arriving with me, was solved to the best side.
Iddi was kind to take me in private tours before the hick started to spend some time.
On Hike, Guide were great (Pascal and Hasan), so was the Sheff (Izikiel and Imanuel), and of course the Porters.
I've enjoyed it a lot, and surly will travel with Iddi and Steve again!

I traveled to Namibia and Zambia with a team of 13 people from the US. We coordinated our transportation and safari excursions with Southern Dynasty, and the experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations.
Throughout the planning process, Collins was extremely responsive and quick to answer our questions and reply to emails. We had a lot of questions as we navigated international travel in light of COVID-19, and he was very helpful in planning our trip. He was flexible with us as plans changed throughout the year prior to our trip and helped us at every turn.
Collins knew we were working off a limited budget, and he did a wonderful job of recommending options within our budget while encouraging us to use our budget to maximize our experience. Each person he organized to help us, on both sides of the border, were hospitable, professional, and extremely helpful. They collaborated with each other like a well-oiled machine. It made our travel experience much less stressful knowing we would be guided at every step.
This is our second time using Southern Dynasty, and I sincerely hope we are able to return and use their services again. Collins feels like a friend who we trust and respect. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Collins, for making this trip fun and enjoyable for all of us! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

A wonderful trip organiser
I have spent 12 days with Seven by Fars from Kenya Nairobi to Tanzania Serengeti. It was an unforgettable experience for us to see the great migration and river crossing! Thanks to Sylvester, our trip was well planned. We enjoyed several free upgrades including hotels and hot air ballon! Our tour guide Eric and Cosma took good care of us during the journey. We were lucky to see a lot of animals and cubs. I will definitely recommend seven by fars to you!

Antoinette was great at providing options for different camps and different safari experiences and also giving us great advice on all things needed for our first safari. We felt in good hands throughout the whole experience and had a wonderful holiday .

Amazing experience
We were delighted with our Mount Kenya 5 day package. John’s communication was brilliant from our first contact and he was happy to answer any questions. Our guide Michael and the wonderful team of porters were outstanding-experienced, friendly and professional, tailoring the hike to our needs. The food in particular was spectacular. Overall the excursion of a lifetime and great value too-we would not hesitate to recommend this hike.
