I worked with Mwanje at Image Travel Limited to plan a trip to Uganda with a tight timeline. He coordinated everything to include all luxury accommodations and meals, transportation with a tour guide 24/7, a river boat cruise, a safari, chimpanzee trekking, gorilla trekking, and more! Mwanje was very responsive and helpful and the trip was better than we could have ever imagined!

We could not be happier about selecting Compass Odyssey for our safari vacation with our grandson.
Darren and Kate were absolutely outstanding. In spite of all the crazy goings-on with COVID, and the constant changes in governmental regulations, testing requirements, border closures and other related obstacles, our trip went off without a problem. Having never traveled to Africa before, such a trip can be fairly daunting, but Darren was always available to answer all the questions we had, no matter how small or insignificant. Every concern or problem we had was immediately addressed and resolved, and the trip was magnificent. While in Zambia, we asked our grandson what he thought of the trip so far, and his response summed up our overall impression of the trip as a whole: "Best day ever!" My wife and I would both highly recommend Compass Odyssey and would not hesitate to use them again for our next trip to Africa.

Outstanding customer service and planning
Just returned from a 12 day trip to Kenya, three adults and three kids. The trip was all paid for and set up for April, and then two days before we were supposed to go Kenya suddenly changed their travel restrictions and the whole trip fell apart. We had internal flights and reservations at four different lodges and hotels. I was sick thinking about all the money we would lose given the various cancellation policies for the flights and hotels. We could have been totally out of luck but Ben and his team at E-Trip immediately went to work for us. They ended up negotiating a later trip for us in June, and lobbied with each provider on our behalf. In the end we got to take the whole trip and didn't end up losing any money at all. And there was outstanding communication the entire time, from the planning process and through all the changes we had to make as flights continued to get cancelled and changed, even when we were on the trip. First class customer service, with the customer put first, which was really refreshing.
The tour was well set up, the drivers and guides were super, we had lots of connections with internal flights, etc and every one of them was seamless. I had total confidence in the arrangements, and also knew we would be taken care of if something were to go wrong. I would definitely book a trip again with E-Trip Africa.

Our tour operator was amazing with exceptional planning skills.
I had an opportunity to travel with Bovid Africa Safaris on 12th June 2021.We visited Ngong hills where we were taken through various touring activivities such as hiking, zip lining and photograph sessions.These sessions were Amazing and I was so happy to be involved. The hospitality of Ngong hills guards and tour guides was welcoming and I really appreciate them. We drove to Olergasaille where we started our camp.This site which lies within the Great Rift valley, has the highest concentration of Handaxes compared to any other sites in the world which is used for cutting, digging and chopping. Our camp starting very well with raising of tents and taking delicious cuisine and some juicy fruits and beverages as well. We had a very cheerful team consisting of super chef, experienced driver and my fellow tourists. We also managed to see some bird species and some animals like antelopes and Buffaloes. We then traveled to Lake Magadi and we were able to have a look at Flamingos and water hotsprings. I was fortunate enough to spend time to live lke a king in our camp site. My time in Magadi proved to be a great experience for my soul during this time.
I would like to thank Bovid Africa safaris for this amazing tour and I would like to recommend to everyone this exceptional company. It was the best travel experience in my life.

Excellent , thoughtful , and Hospitable!
In preparation for my trip to Victoria Falls, I wanted to book a Safari to Hwange National park. After reading countless reviews I choose to reach out to Cultural Vibes. My tour organizer was Tongesai , and he was amazing. He followed up with me very quickly , and managed to arrange a solo full day safari. Tongesai was prompt picking me up the morning of the safari .
When we arrived to Hwange , my safari driver was Munyaradzi from Sable Sands tours. He was beyond amazing. So funny , knowledgeable , and warm. The safari was very educational , beautiful , peaceful, and magical. I'm vegan and the vegan dishes they prepared for lunch were delicious.
I highly recommend cultural vibes if you're in Victoria Falls and want a memorable adventure planned for you. Many thanks for creating a wonderful , unforgettable experience for me.

Freddy was excellent, knowledgeable, patient and makes the experience fun.
Great price, great communication from the beginning which really put us at ease. And questions were answered promptly and any problems we had were resolved and talked through. We would do another trip again through Jacob as he made the whole process great and Freddy was an excellent driver and guide.

Excelent Service and amazing guide
The organization of the trip including the communication upfront was excellent and the team was super helpful.
Our tour guide was Musa and he made our trip unforgettable. Ask for him as your guide. He speaks German and English. He has a super good knowledge about the places, animals and everthing around and it is fun to go with him.
We visited 5 national parks in 6 days and Musa made all days amazing and tried to find with his experiance all the animals we wanted to see.
Serengeti including a night or 2 there is a must.
We enjoyed every minute and also the recommended hotels from lion king (mid priced) were all clean with friendly personal and good food. Highly recommended. Not loud beside the wilderness animals...and that's why you book a accommodation in serengeti

Jacob and Freddy have been terrific! From the beginning Jacob was prompt in accommodating and developing an itinerary that worked for our group. He went above and beyond to schedule our COVID19 testing with a local doctor before our departure.
Freddy was our safari guide and driver and was with us during the entire stay. He understood what animals we wished to see and worked hard to spot them. He was great company and very knowledgeable about the culture, animals, plants and may other questions we asked during our trip together.
We highly recommend using Njoo to travels travel and would use them again.
