Wonderful and memorable coupled with first class customer service experience
It was my first time to visit Masai Mara Game park and a friend who had a wonderful experience with Leisure escapes Safaris referred us to them. I liked the way we were handled as a family right from enquiries, bookings and the actual trip where our tour guide, Duncan was able to blend so well even with the children. On the travelling day, we were picked from our place of residence. The guide didn't mind being asked un ending questions from the kids who were experiencing Masai Mara road trip for the first time as well. The guide really entertained us with very interesting stories on our way. We had a two nights three days adventurous moments and game drives. The guide, Duncan made sure we didn't miss any opportunity to see the big five wild animals. At the hotel, everything was well and perfectly organised courtesy of Leisure Escapes Safaris. At the end of trip, we were dropped right at the door step of our residence. What a trip! A lasting experience it was.

Unforgettable
An experience I will never forget! I highly recommend Lion King Safaris. Unforgettable moments shared with our amazing tour guide Shafino. Shafino went above and beyond our expectations ensuring we made the most of everyday. His love and knowledge of the animals was evident from day one. His excitement seeing each animal with our group made our experience even more enjoyable! He was always on time and ensured we were looked after during lunch and at each accommodation along the way. We completed the Big 8 and it was truly amazing to witness Shafino’s delight when we got to witness a female rhino and her calf. Not only do I recommend Lion King Safaris but I most definitely recommend that when booking you request Shafino as your tour guide!

Compass Odyssey is fantastic!
Compass Odyssey was highly recommended to me by my cousin. I wanted to take my daughter to Botswana but wasn't sure we could afford it. Darren worked with me over a couple months to find the best safari experiences. His suggestions, and our flexibility with dates, resulted in a trip of a lifetime. The trip went off without a hitch thanks to Darren's attention to detail.
We went to three "Roots & Journeys" camps: Great Tsau Hill, Mopiri and Nokanyana. Each were fantastic with wonderful and knowledgeable staff and great accommodations and food. Because Great Tsau Hill was in the Kalahari Desert, Mopiri was in the flooded area of the Okavango Delta and Nokanyana was near a private game preserve, we saw a variety of wildlife and vegetation. At Great Tsau Hill we spent almost a day and a half with the San (Bushmen) and learned about their culture.
Because of Darren, our guides BT, and Mr X and the Roots & Journeys staff at the camps, we had an incredible, life-changing, educational and fun adventure in Botswana. I highly recommend both Compass Odyssey and Roots & Journeys.

Serious operator that takes care of his customers
Bruno did his best in arranging the itenerary and he made sure that everything was ok with us during the trip. Our driver Jones was a very clever driver that went a long way in order to make our trip as amazing as possible. We have been able to see the big five animals, including the black rhino, which is very rare to find in the wild.
The safari we did Jones and which was arranged by Bruno had been a life experience for my wife and me.

Amazing South African Tour for my Daughter and I!
We booked our South African tour through Go Touch Down Travel at a travel convention my daughter and I attended about a year before we took the trip. We did the 10-day Signature Safari tour, and eventually added the 3-day additional for Victoria Falls. We worked with Lucia for all the planning, and she always made herself available when I called for questions. One of the things I liked about their tours is there is no more than 6 people on the tours and Safari's. On the Signature Tour, my understanding is they own the lodges which my daughter and I found quite charming and quiet. The food at these lodges was mostly included and was very good. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The daily Tours, and Safaris were well planned out and all of our guides were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure our experiences were memorable (Thank-you to Thabo for tours in Mpumalanga and Hoedspruit, Tyler for Safari's in Tshukudu and Kruger, Johnathan for Western Cape, and Mthulisi at Victoria Falls!)
If you have never been to South Africa before, this is a very good trip to get an excellent overall experience of this beautiful country. We experienced the beautiful landscapes and geography in Mpumalunga and Hoedspruit, amazing Safaris in Tshukudu, Kruger and Chobe (Boswana), The seaside, Table Mountain and Gold's African performance in Cape Town and Victoria falls in Zimbabwe.

Amazing Tanzanian Adventure!
From the start, everything was well organised and planned! The places we stayed were fantastic with great facilities and extremely friendly staff members! The food was delicious and there was a good variety.
The safari experience was amazing, truly a life changing trip! A special mention must go to our tour guide, Ernest. He is kind, knowledgeable and will spot any animal at any time! You’ll be in excellent hands!

Overall and excellent experience
My experience with Marurumi Safaris was great! James was very organized and responsive when we were planning out everything and the delivery was just as good. It is evident that James has years of experience as he is knowledgeable, patient, and able to work on the fly if need be. After having James as company on the Safari and working with him on the itinerary, I honestly think the guiding and organization is more important than any animal that you will see! Also, Ol Pejeta is a wonderful little gem (highly recommend the extra white rhino experience).
If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely work with Marurumi Safaris again!

Amazing Experience!
We had an incredible experience with Lion King on safari. Couldn’t fault any aspect, from the booking to the accommodation, food and vehicle. What made our experience was the knowledge and care of our guide Shafino. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable throughout the experience. His passion for made our time on safari that more special and he never failed to inform us of several interesting facts about each animal. We felt safe and well taken care of.
