The most professional and excellent service received
The communication from the beginning was excellent, will all details from flights, to transfers to shuttles clearly communicated. The service was exceptional where they went above and beyond to ensure smooth travels. They were always available on call at any point even after hours and facilitated changes on request, promptly if I may add.

The favorite part of the experience with Premiere Safari was our tour through the Mara. Our guide communicated throughput and he was determined that we saw the big five. He was also very, very warm and quick witted. We also did a tour of Nairobi and had another well informed guide. Getting around and access to the sites were easy. We didn’t have to do anything other then show up and be open to the experience. The entire week was well planned down to the small details of gifts, food, and water throughout the tours. I would recommend premier safari over and over again. On a personal note, my son was not feeling well and given that they knew that, they checked on us even after we had completed both tours.

We just returned from a 2weeks trip in Ethiopia. It was (again) a well organized trip by Simien Eco Tours. The trip was perfectly managed by our tourguide Yirga and the various drivers and other people we had with us. Our wishes regarding destinations were taken into account and there was still room for spontaneous things.
But not tnly this, we have been supported by stuff from SET already before we started the trip (Thank you again Zewditu!) and the guys were even reliable with unforeseen requests (thank you again Marco!)

Ticked all the boxes we sought in a Botswana holiday
Brett organised a bespoke tour for our family based on a few requests to see diverse locations, learn about the local culture and to have an adventure that engaged the family . The tour fulfilled all our requests and exceeded our expectations. The camps were exactly what we sought, being small personable and unique and well situated in the game areas. The days allocated to each was great and we didn’t feel we missed out anywhere. Unbelievable wildlife including lions, zebra migrating, leopard, elephants and hippos. Each destination on the tour gave us opportunities to see different ecological zones and life. We didn’t have any hitches with transfers despite moving between several locations by land air and boat. Great value and reliable service. We would highly recommend sunsafaris to others and already are looking to book another holiday!
