Bad driver did not deliver tour itinerary.
Maybe this experience is idiosyncratic, but our driver was not delivering the booked tour itinerary.
We booked a 3 days Amboseli safari, with a morning game drive on the last day.
The driver refused to deliver the morning game drive even though it was clearly on the itinerary. He also got aggressive ans insulting when we brought up the topic. My conjecture is that the driver wanted to pocket in the entrance fee for the park.
Further, on the way back, driver did not pay toll for expressway in Nairobi, letting us stand in traffic jam for 2 hours and unnecessarily prolonging the journey.
Also the convenience fee they charge on online payments is unreasonable.
Otherwise the service was okay but for the price I would expect differently.
Stay away from this provider.

Amo's the owner was really helpful and quick to respond and our driver Noely was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and overcome any issues on the road like a pro!!! A true professional
This is the second time we've travelled to Southern Africa through Thierry, who runs Biwakwango, and this second trip to Namibia was just as magical as our first to Botswana and Zambia. Although we were a little late in getting started, Thierry was able to organise a fantastic tailor-made trip for us, which enabled us to discover many facets of this incredible country. His excellent local knowledge (of the regions, parks and lodges, as well as the local people and culture) was a huge advantage, enabling him to give us sound advice tailored to our needs. Early this year I was In Uganda for business trip. I also planned to visit Uganda and see its beautiful beaches and enjoy the wildlife in Entebbe town before I exited the country.
I got in contact with Zootopia Game Drives through a friend and they organized for me a short trip to Entebbe town, I was privileged to be served by Ronnie the company director, who acted as my guide as well for the day.
We visited Entebbe botanical gardens for nature walks, birds and primates and then we took a boat trip to Mabamba wetlands to search for the elusive Shoebill stork. The journey was worth it.
We had our lunch at KFC at the famous Victoria shopping mall in entebbe and later I retreated to The airport to fly out to Sudan for my other business engagements.
This was budget trip and I enjoyed every detail of the organization. The knowledge of Ronnie, and his passion for wildlife and conservation was eminent, the communication easy during the planning phase, the worth for money invested. I can mention all.
The vehicle was comfortable and spacious enough for all my luggage.
The highlight for me was the shoebill, but also how down to earth Ronnie was, when he offered to push for me the luggage trolley at the airport towards the departure block.
I would recommend Zootopia Game Drives safari company anytime any day.
