A reliable company for safari adventures
We had two tours (Gorilla trecking and Akagera np), and a big thank you to the company for the good organization. Communication was very fast (answered all my many questions), helping to deal with isolation. Our guide Ronald was a punctual, good driver (careful and patient), telling interesting things about animals. I can confidently recommend this company, thank you to them for a great adventure.

Very organized, professional and accommodating
The highlight was seeing a mother elephant and the community trying to protect the young as we watched from the 4X4. I really appreciate Perminus and team for organising our pickup at Mombasa to Diani beach.

Lilian is absolutely ADORABLE. We contacted several agencies but no one was up to Zohar Safari. Lilian is attentive, accommodating and takes her time (we exchanged in writing on WhatsApp and even several times by phone before establishing our final itinerary)
5 days of Safari (arriving from Arusha), we did Tarangire / Serengeti via Ndutu / Serengeti / Ngorongoro / Manyara region with our guide ADAM ! Very humble and very kind, he made us live the safari with passion thanks to his knowledge of animals and places. We even saw a lion attacking a wildebeest !!
The accommodations were excellent (especially Embakali Camp where you really feel surrounded by nature with a very family atmosphere) and we loved the lunches in the middle of nature

Great service, super guide, unforgettable time
It was unforgettable trip. We were in Masai-Mara, Amboseli, Naivasha. With our professional super guide Kikitu we found everything. We saw the big five, hundreds of elephants, crocodiles, buffalos, hypos and leopard! Kikitu made our tour very interesting, help us in everything we ask him, and he like the encyclopaedia about wildlife. Now we knew a lot about it.
The hotels we great and only one sad we have, that we have not enough time. We will be back certainly.

My husband and I did a 7-day safari with Lion King Adventures as part of our honeymoon. We have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience. I did a lot of research before choosing a safari company (since there are many to choose from) and went with Lion King Adventures due to all the amazing reviews that I read.
Communications with head office (mainly with Pendo) was professional and thorough. We were given different options to stay within our budget and be able to get the experience we wanted. We chose a 7-day midrange safari (and we happily found that the accommodations while on safari were above a usual midrange). Day 1 and 7 are airport drop-off/pick-up days so we had a full five days ok safari which was perfect. :) We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti National Park. While on safari, we stayed at 1 night at Eileen’s Treehouse, 2 nights at Embalakai Camps, and 1 night at Rhino Lodge. All these places went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special.
We had Immanuel as our guide and we were extremely pleased with his level of service and professionalism. He was very friendly and easy to chat with and was extremely knowledge about all the animals and plants while on safari. We saw everything that we wanted to see and more! We saw VERY many lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, antelopes, wildebeests, zebras, baboons, buffaloes, hyenas, and vervet monkeys. We also saw 5 cheetahs, a leopard, a hyrax, a serval, banded mongooses, and 2 black rhinos! We were very pleased to see the Big Five as well as all the other amazing animals! We also saw very many birds and lizards. There are too many things to name—we saw them all!
We found that our safari stood out compared to others. Instead of boxed lunches, we had warm fresh lunches while on safari every day. The tables were always nicely set and we really appreciated the luxurious touch of eating with real crockery and silverware. The food was always tasty and plentiful. We also really appreciated that Lion King Adventures made an effort to make our honeymoon special. Not only did they inform the accommodations about our honeymoon, but we were also greeted by Immanuel with a beautiful welcome present. We also had bottles of red and white wine for our lunches with a sticker wishing us a great honeymoon. I found that they did a great job to make sure that our trip was specialized. The vehicle was comfortable and always very clean. We had lots of drinks—water, sofas, beers, and wine.
I think that Lion King Adventures really stands out by its level of service. Everything was service-minder and done to ensure that we had a great trip.
We really enjoyed all the information that Immanuel gave us about the biodiversity within the national parks and also about Tanzania. He was extremely knowledgeable about a lot! :) We also liked learning about his family and the Pare tribe.
I’m so glad that I read so many amazing reviews beforehand and made a good decision to book this company. We are extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism by head office as well as our guide Immanuel.

Excellent Trip!
Great tour from start to finish!! Interested in an Ugandan Safari including Chimpanzee and Gorilla treking, I reached out to many companies. Sander was one of the first to reply and he put together a comprehensive package that was very detailed and easy to follow. After a few messages I booked a two week fully guided trip.
Sander set me up with David Otto who was an excellent guide. David has been a guide for some time, he is easy to talk to and has extensive knowledge about Uganda. David has great contacts throughout the country to make sure you get that little bit extra from each experience have a great trip.
The accommodations and service provided at the lodges organized was top notch, I could not have asked for more. The food was fantastic. If you are planning a trip to Uganda this is the company to go with!!

Experience of a Lifetime, thanks to Soul of Tanzania!
My wife and I decided to go to Tanzania after almost 2 years of no travel due to COVID. I had never been on a safari (or even to Africa) before, but my wife had gone on 3 shorter safaris so I was excited for us to do this together. I did a lot of research and found Soul of Tanzania to be a top contender. I am SO glad I went with them and while the 5 day, 4 night tour seemed like it might be a lot- each day brought us something new, exciting, and breathtaking.
1) Our Guide- Our guide, Mr. Wilson, was hands down one of the best tour operators I've ever had the pleasure of working with and was definitively a key reason our experience was as amazing as it was. He was knowledgable to no end (wildlife yes of course, but also politics, history, economy, etc). His ability to spot wildlife from near and far then put is in a position to best view it time after time was truly one of the factors that made our trip spectacular. He was beyond patient, we were never an inconvenience to him and he knew how to cater to our needs, wishes, and preferences. Lastly, his laugh, positive spirit, endless energy, and genuinely warm heart could be felt by all we encountered. His Landcruiser was clean, well stocked, and comfortable.
2) The food- Your food at the hotel will of course be reflective of the options you pick, but the lunch served with SoT was beyond anything I would have expected for a "picnic lunch". We ate at similar sights as other tour groups and you could see everyone jealous of our 4 course hot meal, served with wine and coffee, on real plates.
3) Overall service- SoT was extremely communicative, answered my numerous questions prior to booking, and continued communications up til the time of pick up.
You may see (mostly) the same animals and landscape regardless of the tour operator you go with, but I genuinely think our experience was better than others because we booked with Soul of Tanzania. The 5 day, 4 night tour is just enough to spend time in the Serengeti while also seeing another park (we saw Lake Manyara because of the time of year) and the Ngorongoro Crater. We saw 40-50 different species of animals and birds EACH DAY (total of nearly 100 unique species) and literally saw thousands of animal.
It's been 3 months and I still can't stop raving about this to friends and family. Do yourself a favor and book a safari with Soul of Tanzania!!

Excellent! In the midst of all this Covid chaos, My family and I felt very safe at the hands of Noel and team making our safari very wonderful. We enjoyed easy and close experience with animals on game drive at the Maasai Mara.
