We went on a budget safari with Beast Spoor in September and I have already recommended the company to all my friends! I went on the four day budget safari to Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru. We saw pretty much there is to see, and on the third day heading towards Nakuru, we stopped for a fun boat tour of Lake Naivasha (extra cost Ksh1500). You get your money's worth from the budget camps and hotels - very clean with hot water and comfortable beds. Couldn't have asked for anything more at the price I was paying during peak season.
My guide Alpha was very experienced and incredibly knowledgable. Alpha knows everything there is to know about game and did everything he could to bring us to see the Big 5. We saw tons of lions, elephants, rhinos, and a cheetah. He worked hard, solved minor logistical problems that came up, and managed our time effectively. Most importantly he was a safe driver over the long distances. Ask for him if you go on a safari with Beast Spoor!
Finally, the service from the Beast Spoor Safaris office in Nairobi was excellent. I had already been in Nairobi before booking, but full transportation was provided to and from my hotel, and I was even offered transportation back to the airport at no extra cost. I have to personally thank Grace at the office for dealing with everything that i asked for and making my booking process so smooth! I recommend the company to anyone looking for a safari in Kenya.

The tour was worth for the value for money. Brandon and his team was great, and even accommodate us and provide us different options when we need to lower down our budget. The alternative provided was beyond satisfactory. They were very friendly, and handled us in a very thoughtful manner when one of our activity got postponed due to the place itself. We were picked up slightly later than scheduled time for our first day, but the guide accommodated us by providing us extra time at the end. We also had trouble with change of plans as one of us had to do a detour and Brandon had patiently waited for one of our friends to arrive at the airport and transfer him safely and in timely manner to Umbkumbe. Please do the panoramic tour with them, cause their guides aren't just insightful on the safari, but also others and we truly enjoyed it! We ended up spending additional day with Elephant and Herd Tours. We couldn't have asked for better.

Serengeti Smile provides excellent service and communication, and I would choose them again
We spent nearly a month communicating with multiple travel agencies, and in the end, we chose Serengeti Smile based on our time, budget, and itinerary requirements. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. Prior to our departure, despite a five-hour time difference, Albert was always prompt in responding to our emails, adjusting our itinerary to our needs, ultimately crafting a perfect plan for us within our limited timeframe. This plan included a well-thought-out safari route and accommodations that met our expectations.
Our safari guide and driver, Kisali, were exceptional. His extensive knowledge of the savannah, wildlife, and Maasai culture left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, his driving skills, enthusiasm, punctuality, and overall demeanor were nothing short of praiseworthy. In summary, Serengeti Smile is a highly recommendable travel agency. Despite being a recently established small company, their service stands out and competes with any other travel agency out there.

We just returned from a 15-day Uganda Safari with 2 x Gorilla trekking,1 x Chimp Habituation and 1 x Golden Monkey trekking. (Bwindi Forest)
Ngoni Safari was a great company to deal with from start to finish. Sedrick was quick to reply to emails and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their services for your next safari in Uganda. We had James as our driver/guide and he was fantastic! James took the time for our special requests and delivered. Including some great coffee to bring back home with us. The Gorilla and Golden Monkey trekking was difficult and took us approximately 5-6 hours to complete each one. Proper trekking shoes and clothing are recommended. Thank you, James and Ngoni Safaris for making this a memorable experience that we will cherish!

It was a great experience. I truly enjoyed my time; our guide was amazing! Will do again during a season where all the animals come out. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the tour and group.

Great attention to detail and amazing customised experiences
We had the most incredible safari experience in Tanzania with Viatu. It was our first time in Africa, and now we can't wait to travel there again! Our wildlife encounters were incredible and we learnt so much from the guides. We also had unique cultural experiences and learnt some Kiswahili.

Great Experience!!
As a traveler that is used to plan trips alone, I was skeptical about using a tour operator, but I can say it was worth the investment. Allison was INCREDIBLE and really helped me find the best options for our preferences. We spoke for weeks before the trip, she adapted the itinerary to what we wanted to do and the period we were staying. They helped us in getting a SIM card and in making last minute changes due to a delayed flight. I can’t recommend them enough! thank you for everything, Allison, and Lili.

We would definitely recommend booking with Wildlife Safaris. Our guide Hoppy was great. Very knowledgeable and great to talk to. We liked supporting a small family run company too. Was good value for money. Mid range i.e. we didn't want to stay in 5 star resorts, but didn't want to take the fully budget cost cutting option either. We will definitely choose Safari Adventures when we come back again! We did 5 day tour with one of the nights in a private lodge, however if we would recommend spending the whole time staying in Kruger instead. Private lodge is nice with a pool etc. but not as authentic. If you stay in Kruger you don't have to enter the park each morning, and you see more of the park.

Magnificent Safari Experience
There are not enough words to describe how phenomenal our safari experience was! From the beginning of planning to the safari itself, Lion King was professional and helpful. The trip consultant who helped me select the itinerary was thorough and timely with responses. Rose took over once I selected the itinerary and moved forward with planning. She was patient and answered every question right up until our departure. The driver who picked us up at Kilimanjaro was friendly and gave us basic information for the start of our safari the next day. Then, that is where the real magic happened.
Richard, our guide, was everything we could have hoped for and more. His passion for the parks and the animals was evident during the entire safari. He was just as excited to find animals as we were. He was so patient with our many questions (it was like we became kids again with our many, random questions about the animals and their habits lol) and he was extremely knowledgeable. Richard knew key locations to find hard to spot wildlife. We saw a leopard, 12+ cheetahs (including babies!), and more lions than I can recall (including two sightings eith with recent kills). Richard was the ultimate host and guide and constantly had our best interest in mind. His personality was kind, amiable, and fun. I honestly think that the safari guide can make or break the entire experience, and Richard made our experience unforgettable while setting a high standard for our expectations on future safaris. We will absolutely request him again if/when we return.

Very friendly, knowledgable and attentive
I rely enjoyed my tour of uganda, what beautiful place it is .
My tour was simplified due to the fact my tour aids was very friendly, they spoke good English and were knowledgeable of the history of the tourists attractions we were taken to.
I would definitely visit uganada again and use the same tour guide service
