Very easy to organize and book our amazing adventure!
First the best...Lenchada were very easy to book with and Alex was always accommodating with communication, making plans, customizing and even helping to book our train tickets. He and his team were very easy to work with. The price was very competitive and we were all happy with our budget accommodations. The various booking agents seem to subcontract to different drivers that coordinate to transport clients that are staying at a variety of locations and have booked with different agents. This would be fine as we knew this was not a private booking but our only complaint would be that the advertised vehicle was not our transport and we were very crowded with 8 passengers rather than the 7 maximum. We spent many hours in the jeep and unfortunately it was very old and uncomfortable with inadequate suspension and no padding on the seats. I had a variety of bruises from being banged around in a crowded vehicle. This wouldn't have been an issue if all of the vehicles were in such poor condition but there were many jeeps that looked much more comfortable. Our driver/guide was wonderful and tried his best to make sure we had some amazing experiences and juggle the needs and wants of a very mixed group of passengers. The co-ordination of drop-offs, pick-ups, and trying to please everyone led to some stress but in the end Dickson tried his best to make everyone happy. We had an amazing time and are now laughing about the hiccups. If you are realistic about your expectations for a budget safari than I would recommend Lenchada.

Unforgettable experience
Many thanks to Jocky Tours and Safaris and our amazing guide Jimmy for a wonderful 4 days private safari in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Jimmy was very respectful and professional and showed us a lot of wildlife. He took really good care of us and went beyond of our expectations. If your are planning to do a safari, I recommend Jocky Tour and ask for Jimmy to be your guide without any doubts. Thanks to Minneh too who helped me to organized this amazing adventure! Tip: If you can afford it go for a private safari, is the best!

Responsive tour operator, paying special attention to details
For our honeymoon we decided to hire the services of See Endless Adventures, specifically for a four-day Safari Trip and a four-day trip to Gombe. I am incredibly happy for the quality of service we received from See Endless, from the beginning I could see Hamis paid special attention to details, trying to understand the type of trip we were looking for, taking into consideration our budget, the type of lodging we were interested in, and providing recommendations, making sure our itinerary was as efficient as possible. Hamis was extremely responsive with my inquiries, which made me feel comfortable about the quality of the service and the trip in general.
Regarding the Safari Trip, our guide Benjamin had an amazing eye for spotting wild animals, not only this but he was extremely kind and nice, answering all of our questions to the best of his knowledge and considering our various requests regarding places to go, animals of interest and time of travel. One detail that I really enjoyed was the fact that See Endless Adventures provides a hot lunch, with freshly cooked food, take this into consideration when making your decision, as many tour operators only offer lunch boxes.
Finally, in the case of Gombe, and after some research and comparison, I can safely say that See Endless Adventures is the best operator out there. While many tour operator focus only on spotting chimpanzees, See Endless Adventures incorporates an educational component, hiring the best park rangers, and making sure we learn about the history of the park, the different animals that live there and the research that is currently going on through the Jane Goodall Institute.
See Endless Adventures is a reliable company with local expertise, Hamis was really nice and thoughtful, and in the process of preparing a trip he made a sincere effort in understanding what we were looking for, in order to provide us with the best experience possible.

Wonderful Trip!
We spent 5 days on safari in Kenya with James as our guide. We traveled to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha. The trip was our first time to Africa and the experience of a lifetime! Every single day exceeded our expectations and was better than we could have hoped. Our group included 4 adults and 2 children (8 and 11 years old).
James was very well organized and responsive to all our requests. He facilitated an excellent itinerary and was flexible anytime we had new requests. He is an excellent driver and we felt safe and secure trailblazing across Kenya with him.
He has expertise in finding and spotting animals and helped us see more than we hoped. We saw lions (2 prides), leopards (2), black (2) and white (8) rhinos, and countless elephants , water buffalo, wildebeests, hippos, giraffes, zebras, flamingos, monkeys, baboons, and many more. My children especially loved the many baby animals we saw. I personally love birds and James was able to spot and identify many birds for me which was a personal highlight (Fish Eagle, Helmeted Guineafowl, African Spoonbill, Peid Kingfisher, Sacred Ibis, Fish Eagle, Gray Crowned Crane, and more).
James was incredibly informative and answered all the questions we had. We greatly enjoyed our time spent with him and learned a lot about Kenya, animals, culture, and history. We started the trip as strangers and left feeling like James was a life long friend.
I would highly recommend this company and can confidently say you can expect a wonderful experience.

An experience to remember!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The lodge was amazing. Everything went well, the drivers were 5 stars and I would like to leave a special word to employee Lavender, who booked my trip. She always replied to my emails on a timely manner and was always super kind.

Beyond expectations
Me and my friend are 100% satisfied. We would book a guided tour with this company again. They were really helpful with everything we needed! My friend's luggage was lost at the airport and they did what they could to assist, they even drove in the middle of the night to bring it back to us. Our guide, Aron, was amazing. He knew everything about wild animals and landscape, his eyes could spot a black rhino from unbelievable distance. Colours Africa was really a great surprise. 100% recommended!

Passionate new tour operator who delivers on promises!!
Let me breakdown the review in 4 sections for my 11 days trip in February’2023:
1. Pre-Trip
I had contacted atleast 15 different tour operator with my itinerary for quotes and negotiations. Out of all the responses I had selected Serengeti Smile as they were better in – proposal, responsiveness, flexibility in accommodating plans, price point(though not the cheapest quote) and finally comfort that I felt in dealing / speaking with Frank over video & audio calls. Also, the negotiations and prepayment procedures and acknowledgement of receipts where smooth and on time – hence providing much needed assurance and peace of mind.
2. First 6 days
The first six days (spent 3 each at Ndutu and Seronera) where fantastic and extremely high on energy. Both the guides who accompanied us were fantastic (Peter – extremely knowledgeable on Birds & Champion – great eyes for spotting animals). I am extremely happy that I had them as guide.
3. Next 5 days
For this part – I came back again to Ndutu. The energy of the guides for this part of the trip declined from the level they had set in the first 6 days. Ofcourse I have to mention here that I was doing game drive everyday from 06:30 in the morning till atleast 18:00 and could see that it is taking a physical toll on the guides. As result on few instances, it lead to spending of time on activities that I would have rather spent otherwise.
4. After-Trip
At the end of the trip a session was arranged to take our feedback about the experience – and this was done without the guides being present. I had mentioned the above points to Frank and have suggested some changes which he can incorporate to make the experience even better. Frank was very open to constructive feedback.
To conclude –
- Did Serengeti smile met my expectation – yes
- Waere the promises made during pre-trip fulfilled – yes – exceeded in some occasions
- Would I recommend Serengeti Smile – absolutely YES. It is a relatively new company and wish them best wishes
