My wife and I did a 3-week Kilimanjaro hike and tour of Tanzania and Kenya national parks and reserves with Perfect Wilderness Tours in September, 2022. We were very happy with the services they provided and recommend them without hesitation. There were a couple of tour disruptions caused by others, mainly a long-delayed arrival flight, which Perfect Wilderness skillfully adjusted to to keep our itinerary intact and as scheduled. Phenomenal Tour Company and Driver (Antony)!
Antony, our driver, and BigMac Africa Safaris were an absolute dream. Antony was super personable, friendly, knowledgeable, fun, funny, educated, and just an all-around great person to be with for multiple hours a day for 6 days. He was so very accommodating and pleasant to be around. We became very close with him over the trip, whereas he felt like family. He is always smiling, and he showed us so many animals, and always let us determine how long we wanted to stay in one spot, or if we wanted to move on. I can't say enough about him and the company he works for. When we go back again, we will specifically book again with Bigmac, and will request Antony for sure. Very happy with and impressed by Zara Tours
My wife and I were guided and pampered up Kilimanjaro by Zara tours in September, 2022. We were extremely impressed by and happy with Zara Tours. Our lead and assistant guides, Saidi and Meddi, were genuinely extraordinary. Based on our experience, and the obvious respect the other guides on the mountain had for Saidi, I think we probably had the most qualified lead guide on the mountain. Wonderful safari experience
Wonderful safari experience with our guide (Siya, BAHATI SAFAIRI'S manager) and his cook (Hamad). Both are great guys, simple and professional. Every day we had nice breakfast, lunch and diners made by Hamad. We had one breakfast and one lunch in the middle of nowhere (we agreed to it, always on safe places). The lodge booked by Siya was align with our expectations. As proposed by Siya, we recommend having only one place to stay. It simplifies logistics for all gives more time for the safari game.Every days Siya found animals to observe, most of the time we were few vehicles at the same place, several times we were alone with lions, cheetahs, zebras or giraffes. It was just unbelievable. We saw a tribe of 100 to 200 elephants, an ongoing line of gnus and zebra migrating to SERENTI, a 7 lions family resting in the middle of nowhere, lots of cheetahs, lots of zebras, gazelles, impalas, buffalos, hyenas and hippopotamus. We also saw a rhinoceros (using binoculars), a wild cat, leopards, flamingos, and lots of different birds.On top of the safari, Siya organize the airport pick-up (at Kilimajaro), the first hotel night, a Massai village visit and a local village visit. In total, we spend 3 days and nights in SERENGETI and one day in NGORONGO crater. For our family (4 people) it was the perfect timing.

Very profesional and facilitated everything I needed
I had the trip I was hoping for my kids. We enjoied every moment and each place we visited. The trip was well organized and covered all the places we were Planning to visit. The tour guide was well informed and managed to give us an amazing experience. We stayed in 5 different hotels, all of them were good except 1 which was acceptable.

SHENGENA ADVENTURE was perfect for the organisation of our 5Days Safari, thanks to James who prepared us a Safari “à la carte” at a good price! we could visit all the parks we wanted and we really enjoyed sleeping in the KonTiki camp at the Serengeti, it was an amazing experience ! And thanks to our expert guide, Safael who knows perfectly the parks we have seen many animals !
I recommend at 100% this tour operator if you want to enjoy a full perfect safari !

We got in touch by email and then via WhatsApp. They answered us very quickly.
They even came to get the money at our campsite, because we couldn't move our van.
We spent a full day in the national park with a very nice and professional guide. He allowed us to see the usual wildlife and even a group of lions, and even 2 leopards! Sure, we have been a lot lucky... But the guide knew a lot of things about the animals and proficient to guess where we could try to meet them.
We had an unforgettable experience!
