Great campsite, excellent staff, good vibe
We have been on the campsite for only one ight and it was a warm bath from the entrance. Sam, Trinity and Stanza are like a family and took care of us from the beginning (showing us around, making a fire, helping to prep the braai) till the end ( being there from waking up, making a fire again and waving at the exit). It felt like home in the middle of the bush. Keep on going Guys and put your camp song on a global streaming service, it’s lovely to play while in Chobe!

Disappointment
We booked a six-day safari for a family of seven with Bobby Camping based on excellent reviews and what appeared to be strong personal communication. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience so that future travelers can make a more informed decision.
The vehicle provided was in very poor condition — approximately 25 years old (the last of its model series was manufactured in 2007). It was one of the oldest safari vehicles we encountered during our entire trip. The suspension was terrible, making every bump on the rough roads extremely uncomfortable. The rear row was so cramped that adults could not even sit properly with both legs down. There was no air conditioning, which was a major issue in the dusty Serengeti environment. With windows closed to keep out the dust, we were constantly soaked in sweat. Rust from the roof continuously fell onto our heads throughout the journey.
At one point, part of the vehicle’s bodywork broke off and fell onto the road. The driver had to stop and reattach it on the roof. When we contacted Bobby immediately upon seeing the vehicle, he assured us that all his vehicles were in similar condition. We later had the chance to compare it with another safari vehicle on the same route (used for our balloon safari) and the difference in quality and comfort was striking.
While the driver was adequate, he was nothing more than that. However, the most disappointing part of the entire experience occurred on our return to Zanzibar. After the driver dropped us at Arusha Airport and left, we discovered that our Flightlink flight had been transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport and had already departed an hour earlier. All other flights to Zanzibar that day were full. The airline staff showed us an email they had sent to Bobby the previous day informing him of the schedule change — yet no one had notified us.
After an hour of stressful negotiations, we were eventually transferred to the correct airport and flew out in the evening. As a result, the hotel transfer we had paid for was missed entirely. Instead of arriving at our hotel around 3:00 PM, we reached it at 11:00 PM. We had also planned a special anniversary celebration at the hotel that evening, which was completely ruined along with our overall mood.
This experience was far below the standards we expected for a premium safari booking. We received no apology from Bobby or his team for any of the issues. While I dislike leaving negative feedback, this trip fell so short of expectations that I believe it is important to warn others.

An operator that delivers on its promises
I can say that I contacted at least 15 tour operators. I spoke with all of them, asked for quotes, requested changes, compared quotes, and checked what was included.
Lion King ended up offering quality at an acceptable price. And they were always available to change the tour and hotels according to all my requests.
In our case, we did a 5-day safari, and we always had the same driver (Murshid). We were a group of 4 people, and the price was €1334 per person. It ends up being a high price, but it could cost more; we always stayed in good accommodations, and the car is good (everyone uses the same model).
I don't think I would change anything about our safari. We managed to see the Big Five. We didn't have any incidents. Everything went smoothly!
In the end, thank you, Lion King and Murshid, for this adventure!

Amazing tour with an amazing guide
We had an amazing time with this tour operator, especially with our guide Gilbert. He was kind, professional, punctual and had an eagle eye to discover animals that would otherwise be hidden to us. In addition a surprise was held for my birthday and he did an amazing job keeping it secret, making my birthday that much more special. I would highly recommend him and his company for safaris.

Rich experience, and very professional
Our tour guide was extremely professional during our safari in Kenya. He always found the most amazing spots to take perfect photos. We managed to spot all the Big Five and witnessed countless genuine wildlife moments in their natural environment. The most breathtaking sight was the great river crossing of wildebeests and zebras. On our last day, he even brought us to watch the stunning savanna sunrise and sunset.
In addition, he shared extensive knowledge about local animals, ecosystems and Kenyan culture patiently throughout the trip. He prioritized our safety at all times, adjusted our itinerary flexibly according to animal activity, and was attentive to every one of our needs. We are incredibly thankful for his thoughtful, excellent service and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Kenya.

A handsome,patient,experienced,professional guide
The price is better than other safari agent, the guide Johnny is so experienced in finding something amazing. We found not only the 5big, but also a newborn, hunting, making babies moment in the limited time. I feel grateful for the journey this company brings to me.

2 days Safaris, 2 parks, fly from Zanzibar
We booked a 2-day/1-night safari with Kitano Tours, including Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, and we're left with a wonderful memory of it.
The first day at Tarangire National Park gave us superb sightings, including numerous elephants and breathtaking nature. The night spent at the hotel was comfortable and well located to head out early the next day towards the Ngorongoro Crater, an absolutely spectacular site, rich in wildlife and with stunning landscapes.
A professional organization, excellent value for money, and an attentive team: we highly recommend Kitano Tours for discovering Tanzania.
