Excellent experience, Very professional team of Kilimanjaro hiking
First of all, I must to say the team is very professional (Guides, chef, waiter, and porters). I took 5 days Marangu hike and submitted Uhuru Peak successfully. Everything was well arranged and felt great.
Our guides Jackson and Valency are very professional. They care about my health conditions and checked Oxygen saturation/heart rate/feeling every day to insure my safety. Every equipment which they have recommended me to carry were very useful. They did their best to help me to submit Uhuru and avoid mountain sickness. Told me what kind of speed should hike, which equipments should use at different situation, and how much foo/water should have on the mountain. I had great time and also learn a lots from our guides.
The service was very good. Our waiter not only deliver food/water to us but also tried his best to help us feel comfortable in huts. The food was delicious for being on a "5895m" mountain. Of course, coffee, tea, and fruits every day :)
Also, the prices is affordable, especially since I'm just a backpacker.

We travelled with a toddler of 3 yrs. A long travel that could have been too hectic, was finally a very pleasant one thanks to Emile who made my kid feel very comfortable. Everything went smoothly and the car service was excellent. Definitely recommended

In May 2024, our group of four members went on a safari and a Kilimanjaro climb with Isaack from Arrow Trekking. We had an amazing vacation, and the personnel took excellent care of us throughout. The value for the money was outstanding and the service was excellent. There was meticulous attention to detail, and everything was precisely customized to meet our wants and desires. Both the safari and the climb are excellent substitutes for the bigger, more established organizations that are based outside of Tanzania, in my opinion. It was a once-in-a-lifetime vacation, and we are thankful to Isaack and his crew for making it so amazing and unforgettable!

Worth every penny!
We cannot find superlatives enough to describe our experiences and adventures on this amazing holiday organised by The Luxury Safari Company. From the moment go, the expertise and efficiency of Rose and her team was evident, co-ordinating flights and pick-ups to the minute in the most remote places in Tanzania and Kenya. With six internal flights, taking off and landing on dusty airstrips in the middle of nowhere, we expected some delays and hiccups. No such thing. We were able to relax completely, safe in the knowledge that we were being so well cared for. We settled in to enjoy the stunning locations and camps that had been chosen for us by Rose. With her knowledge of Africa, the wildlife and the people, together with a great understanding of our needs and wants, she put together an unforgettable journey and adventure that will stay with us forever.
Not the cheapest but definitely the best we’ve had and worth every penny!

George Mbaula was our guide and also the owner of the tour operator. He has very deep knowledge of Serengeti. He doesn't need any tech toys to guess where we can find certain animals.
I have never seen so many wild animals in my life in one single forest. It is an experience which is difficult to describe in words.
Also, he took extreme care of our food requirements (vegetarian).
I would definitely contact George if I were to return to Serengeti.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional travel/tour company based in Windhoek, Namibia.
From the first contact that I made I knew that this was the tour company which would provide the trip me and my friend had been looking for.
We wanted a bespoke eight day, seven night private guided tour to Damaraland over to Etosha region then eventually winding our way back to Windhoek. The accommodation on route was excellent and surpassed our expectations.
Claire and Greg organised everything including an English speaking guide in Willem, who completed his task with relish. His driving and guiding skills were supurb as was his knowledge of all things geographical, wildlife and flora.
I can only speak very highly of Lark Journeys and sincerely hope to use them again in the future.

We were VERY impressed with the level of customer service Rosemary from Mountain Warriors provided us. She did an incredible job of answering all of our questions and made sure that we felt comfortable with the travel arrangements for our Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti Safari. Godfrey was an OUTSTANDING guide!!! He has done this work for 12+ years and was born near Serengeti and Ngorongoro areas. Very careful to make sure we were both safe and had a great time. Would recommend Mountain Warriors to anyone!!!
