This Was Experience of a Life Time
What an outstanding company to deal with the communications we had prior with the team were one of a kind also how the whole safari plan went through is so welcoming. All the lodges included very comfortable and clean, well looked. The food served was very good and the portions. This was the experience of a lifetime and I really can't say enough words about the Kitau team. As this was our first trip to Tanzania, we wanted to experience a classic safari for 5 days, and 4 nights, the itinerary was flexible right up to the point of travel We did not expect to see so many animals and especially so close. our guide was amazing, so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our agent, Carol, was very responsive and planned the trip to the last detail so that we didn’t have to worry about anything during the trip. She was available at all times and answered our questions immediately. The chosen accommodations and lodges were of high quality and offered a perfect service which made our Safari unforgettable. All lodges were located in a very good spot so that you could start the Safari right away and enjoy the wildlife while being in the area of the lodges. The chosen route for the Safari was a good mixture of different National parks with different landscapes and the option to see all of the big five and more. Especially our stay at the Sand at Chale Island was a perfect finish for our trip because we could relax on a separate island with an amazing view on the sea and very exclusive beach to the hotel.
Our driver, William, was very experienced and friendly. He made our stay very comfortable and always made sure we get the most out of all visited parks during the game drives. Not only was he very service-oriented and fun, but he also had great knowledge about the wildlife and backgrounds of the different areas we visited and explained us everything we wanted to know in detail. Due to him we caught many animals for a perfect picture and saw even rare animals.
We would like to thank Tekko Tours & Travel again for making our Safari experience so enjoyable and can only recommend it to everyone who plans on having the full Safari experience at best quality.

A reliable agency for a professional safari!
We had a great experience with Joky tour. They came and pick us up at home to go early in the morning to the office, pay the safari, and go with our guide Raymond to Masai Mara. We saw all the animals, and Raymond was so performant to find them the first. Sometimes there was a lot of véhicules at animal 's place but we didn' t stay, so it was great. The accommodation in tent near the Mara was basic but correct. The pic nic: so so.... But the buffet good. After 2 days we went to Nakuru lake which is a beautiful place with a lot of trees. More wooden and more quiet. Good to see Rhinoceros, less for the flamingos, they are to far from the path. The accommodation at Nakuru was very good. Then Joky tour arranged a good organization for our personal plans which was to stay on the road, at Naivasha lake. So it was a good time, really good experience with Jocky tour. And thanks to Raymond, he is the best!

A great experience!
To even think there was not much to see or experience in Samburu! This is was a company retreat. Smart Voyage was recommended by one of the staff. They planned our 3 day retreat at the Sarova Shaba Lodge. The lodge nestles along the banks of River Ewaso Nyiro. The rooms offer an incredible view of the river and wildlife. We enjoyed amazing safari drives as well as camel Safaris. This is was a new experience for most of us. The outdoor dining experience was worth a mention. We got to unwind and relax after a morning filled with wildlife viewing in the lodge's wellness Spa. The lodge is only a 45 minute flight from Nairobi. The lodge offers different cuisines giving you a variety of options.On the last day the team assembled at the Chemi Chemi bar where everyone gave their remarks on the trip. I would comment Smart Voyage for great customer service as well as excellent product knowledge. Definitely booking with them again.

An excellent service provided by Pembury Tours resulting in a fantastic trip of a lifetime.
Even though we are UK based and Pembury Tours are based in South Africa, the liaison and interaction between Pembury Tours and ourselves was brilliant from start to finish. We were able to provide an outline scope and budget for the holiday from which Anya (our superb Pembury agent) was able to suggest and create the exact holiday we wanted. Keeping us informed at each stage of the process, we were able to work with Pembury to tailor the itinerary to suit our specific needs. Having just returned from the holiday it more than met our every expectation and could not have run more smoothly throughout. Thank you Anya and Pembury Tours, we couldn’t have asked for more. We would highly recommend their services and hope to travel with them again.

Very well organised
The tour was very well organised. Great communication from Edison about the meeting point in Kampala. The driver and guide, Herbert, was very knowledgeable. Felt safe the whole time. The lodge was comfortable and right in the middle of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall I was really happy with the tour, got to see lions. elephants, hippos and many others. Herbert was a great guide.

We had a wonderful time in Kenya. Our guide Dexter Ule was absolutely amazing and very patient with our questions/needs. he helped get the best viewings and also beautiful angles for taking memorable photos.

A+ Experience from Start to Finish
We travelled from Thailand to Tanzania for a 3-day safari with African Big Cats. From start to finish the team (Justice, Emmanuel and our amazing guide Valence) were attentive, professional, informative and made us feel very taken care of.
We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara national parks and saw unbelieveable sights we'll never forget (including the "African Big 5"!).
The team even assisted in booking our flights to Zanzibar. They stuck with us right up to the departure gate (where our guide negotiated with the local baggage handlers for a cheaper overweight charge =)
Highly recommended!

Great experience
We had a blast during our 5 Day Safari with Suricata! Every single day was special and we were very impressed by the beauty of the landscape and the wildlife in the national parks. Lewis our very friendly tour guide was always able to tell us all about the animals with his experience and knowledge and knew where to find them. The accommodations were always of a high standard for a midrange tour.
All in all I can highly recommend the tour with Suricata!
