Great Agency. Everything worked out easy and well organized from the booking to the tour itself and the drop off. Definitely recommended! Our tour guide Isaac had a lot of knowledge about the different national parks, the animals and the plants. It was a really unforgettable week for us, thanks to Isaac and Savannah Tours. We loved the Landrover and the Safari feeling!

Awesome experience with professional people
Such a great experience with Suricata Safari. It was 4 amazing days. We went to Tarangire, Serengeti and the Ngorongoro crater. Thanks to our great guide Floridi, we completed the big five and much more. He was always the first seeing animals and made us live a dream experience. And the cherry on the top, we had a cook during our Safari, Tito made us some meals better than in a restaurant!

We booked very last minute and communication was easy and fast. Our guide Fredy showed all the best sights of Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park and Ngorogoro crater. They picked beautiful hotels for us as well as a very authentic tented camp in Serengeti
I would recommend Luitours and Safaris to anyone considering a safari to Tanzania. In fact, we didn't stop smiling.

Communicative, knowledgable and friendly!
I recently went on a 7 day safari with William and had an incredible experience and would highly recommend him to anyone! Similar to the other reviewers, I do not understand the 1 star review and it could be a case of dealing with a difficult customer.
We booked a safari with William early in 2021 for a safari in October. Because we booked early, we were very worried about how COVID 19 would impact the experience. Luckily for us, William was extremely communicative during the entire process and would respond to emails and WhatsApp messages almost instantly! He said that he only sleeps a few hours a night because customer service is a huge priority for him and I believe him. When we arrived at the airport he had a sign with our names on it (he sent us a photo of the sign so we knew what to look for). He picked us up in our safari vehicle and off we went!
We visited Tarangire, Ngorogoro, Serengeti and Myanara, and saw all of the animals we wanted to see and had some incredible experiences. William was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions, and even took us back to the airport for an early 7am flight.
If you’re like me, I had never been on safari before and wanted to make sure the experience was unforgettable. William made sure that it was and I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a once in a lifetime adventure.

I couldn’t be more pleased with our safari experience with William.
From the very beginning he was so responsive and answered all the questions and concerns via WhatsApp right away! I swear the guy never sleeps! He is extremely organized and knows how to put together the best itinerary based on your specific/individual needs. Not only did he plan the trip from afar but was also our tour guide.
His energetic and kind spirit made each day even more exciting! With him we saw all the big 5 animals and much more. He was very knowledgeable on animal behavior and I really valued and appreciated learning about all the species we saw.
Overall, I highly recommend going with William as we couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience! We can’t wait to come back :)

DREAM SAFARIS
Everything was a dream! The trip was flawless in every way with the staff, the guide, the choice of lodges and even the chefs. We couldn't have asked for a better trip! We were also amazed by the service and support before departure and during the trip. We saw so many animals every day, even the puppies...a combination that made our stay really special. Not to mention the private dinner in our tent...a truly magical night that we will remember for a lifetime!
I highly recommend this operator! Our next times in Africa will be with them for sure!

great expérience for a short game drive in Nairobi National park
Good communication and organisation. James was right on time to pick me up towards Nairobi National Park. Thanks to James i had the opportunity to observe lions very closely among all others species that wander in the savannah there. very good expérience!
