Very Experienced and Knowledgeable
Our safari guide was Lawi, who has been doing safaris for 30 years, if I recall correctly. He was very knowledgeable about how and where to see all the different animals and it was just a totally fun experience! Communication with the staff leading up to the safari was very smooth and prompt. My only criticism is that they need to fix the seat belts in the vehicle (they kept unbuckling on the big bumps lol), but I never felt like it was unsafe at any point. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Right Choice Tours & Safaris based on my experience with them!

Great!
Had a great four day safari with Mandela as our guide and Puis as chef. Food was amazing. Safari was amazing. Chose the camping option which was fun. Facilities were basic but better than expected. Food was great every meal and there was so much of it. Your guide was so kind and gave great info.

We regret trusting the owner with our money
We feel that we have been scammed and we regret that we trusted the owner with our money.
We booked a safari back in mid-June and had paid for the whole safari (totaling GBP 2,110) in advance. In the days leading up to the safari we heard nothing from them and were getting concerned. Then, two days before the safari was due to start, we were told it was cancelled as the company was going into insolvency.
We were told at the time that the owner of Capture Tanzania Adventure had had an accident 3 weeks ago - we believe this is a lie as a review from 4 weeks before that mentions the same story.
Nothing had been booked for us so we would like to understand where our money went, but he has refused to provide an explanation which added further to our suspicions.
Due to the poor communications, lack of a reasonable explanation, and amount of people this has happened to we feel that we have been scammed by the owner and we suspect that he has zero intention of returning our money.
We’re going to have to pursue legal recourse. The Tanzanian police and tourist office have been useless at responding to our emails but thankfully there are other options.

Amazing safari experience!
We really enjoyed our Safari with DK tours!
Our stay at Robins camp was amazing, with great service, loads of game drives and delicious food. This place made the trip feel exclusive and everything was arranged for us. Our time in Chobe was also great! Beautiful area with animals all around. We had game drives both with car and boat. Here we got really close on the animals which was perfect. The hotel and service in Chobe was not as great as Robins, but the staff at Travelodge was very helpful and service minded.
Thank you Webster, Simon and everyone that made our experience something to remember for life!

A beautiful, educational, and never to forget trip!
We went on a 5-day private safari tour with James and could not have wished for a better tour guide. He always has a smile on his face and made us feel very comfortable at all times.
He knows all the parks we visited very well and took as much time we wanted to see even the smallest bird. He educated us on animal behaviour and the different species in each park and showed us the most beautiful spots. The highlight was the leopard he spotted himself.
He is flexible when it comes to scheduling the drives and asks his clients constantly for input.
Highly recommended!

Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful 6 days thanks to the whole team at Cubs Expeditions!
Humphrey, the manager, is very attentive, available and responsive. The welcome in the hotel in Arusha was great and we’ve been placed in a quiet hotel with a lovely staff, green surroundings and a swimming pool. We had a small preparatory meeting before our safari trip with Humphrey who answered all our questions and even organised us a small tour around Arusha as a bonus prior to our safari trip.
With our guide Fedelis we travelled around Arusha and did an additional trip to Materuni waterfalls and coffee plantation. Fedelis was very kind, humble and friendly and gave us Swahili lessons to familiarise us with Tanzanian customs. He was always on time and going an extra mile to show us the additional points of interests along the way.
As a main part of our safari trip we covered 4 beautiful national parks: Tangarire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti National Park and Lake Manyara. The experience of the crew allowed us to discover the best of each park while seeing almost every animal in a Big Five and many others! The guide explained us a lot of things about the fauna and flora and the cook prepared a hot, delicious meal for us every day at lunchtime and every evening (unlike other operators who were providing some lunch boxes). The breakfasts were enormous and all meals were done in a beautiful settings of nature.
There is the possibility to charge the phones in the jeep and a wifi is also available in some campsites, although the camps are rather spartan but the essentials are present. The magic of these camps is to sleep in the middle of the parks and animals just passing by your tents. It is necessary to bring a torch for the camps and warm clothes for the crater but all the material for the camping is provided. The hint is also to bring your binocluars to have the best visibility during the safari.
You can pay for the trip in USD or TZS via bank transfer without any commmission fees which was a great solution for us as we didn’t have the option to withdraw so much cash in both currencies.
In addition, the transfer from/to Kilimanjaro or Arusha airports are included as well as hotel accommodation and breakfast in Arusha so there are no last minute surprises and everything is on time.
Our stay was truly exceptional and will be remembered for a long time. Thank you again / Asante sana and we recommend the entire team of Cubs Expeditions!

Gems was communicative, flexible, and helpful.
Visiting Kruger National Park was a must for our South Africa vacation. The logistics, however, were not easy. After significant research, we contacted Gems and within hours had secured ground transportation from Jo'burg, a stay at the Mdluli Lodge, and ground transportation back via the Panorama Route with stops along the way. Our driver was very timely and accommodating. The Lodge was wonderful and thanks to Gems, we secured the full board plan which allowed us to enjoy the magnificent location without worrying about meal plans. I highly recommend Gems for any foreign travelers wanting convenient and safe transportation and lodging.

Journey of a Lifetime
I had been wanting to book my first Africa trip for a long time. My consultant at Jenman took care of everything and advised me of what to expect. Every part of the trip went smoothly and the tour was well organized. The vehicle was nice and comfortable and the food was good quality with more variety than I expected. Our Guide was phenomenal, super friendly and knowledgeable and showed a real respect and love for Africa. Seeing the birds and wildlife was an unforgettable experience, one to cherish for a lifetime

Better experience than we ever could imagined
For many years we have longed for a Safari journey. After we have been recommended to choose Easy Travel by friends, this tour operator fulfilled our dreams from all aspects. Everything worked perfect. We have seen a lot of animals and got much closer to them than we ever have dreamed off.
Our amazing and skilled safari driver & guide, Ombeni, taught us a lot about the animals and answered all our questions. He also told us about the Tanzanian society and now we know so much more about Tanzania than before.
Norah at the office gave us a great customer experience. From start to end we felt so well taken care of, and we definitively want to recommend Easy Travel as a fantastic tour operator.
