Fantastic!
This safari was absolutely fantastic! We were promptly picked up at Tambo International airport and driven to Kruger Park outskirts. We went on a safari drive the day we arrived and the following day. We were able to see 4 out of the big 5! The tour guides were very knowledgeable and super nice. The lodge that we stayed at was perfect for us. Great value for your money if you only have a few days to go on Safari.

The animal viewing was incredible. We saw all of the big 5 in one day, and almost in one single game drive. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and worked hard to help us see the animals we were interested in.
The lion activity and pride dynamics were incredible to see, and it can also be confirmed that Elephant Plains lodge is one of the best places to stay if you're interested in seeing Leopards.
We would absolutely stay there again.

We have just got home from the most amazing experiences in our lives. I booked an 8 day safari and 5 day at the beach tour with Tekko Tours. From the beginning Carol was extremely helpful and explained everything, the communication was excellent, answering any questions that I had. We believe that the cost of the tour was very good and worth every penny. All the accommodation was lovely and the food excellent, we will be on a diet now! Our guide for the tour was called William and we will be forever grateful to him for making our tour so unforgettable. He was so knowledgeable and helped us to view all the animals we wanted to see. We will never forget this holiday and we have Carol, William and Tekko Tours to thank for that.

5 day epic bush camping
Shipungo were able to accomodate our last minute plan to visit Botswana and designed a 5 day camping trip to perfectly suit our interests and the locations we were interested in. The three person field team were exceptional - our guide Carlos was terrifically experienced with local knowledge of all the areas visited. Simon, the camp chef prepared a perfect pitch of food and with the field assistant provided a great camp set up every time. Thanks to all for sharing so much and making our trip so memorable.

Outstanding service from all Moafrika Tours.
I contacted Moafrika Tour Operators shortly before arriving in South Africa, and from the beginnig everyone I dealt was so helpful. We booked a 2 day 1 night stay at the Pilansberg Game Park. Sunny and Keith were our drivers and they went above and beyond. Excellent service. We had loads of game drives and saw heaps of animals including the illusive leopard. The game rangers were excellent and wanted to make sure we saw as many animals as possible. Our accommodation was good, and suited our budget. Overall we had a great stay and the service 5-star!!! Soured our hard earned vacation
Fred and Eddie have managed to sour our hard earned trip to Rwanda and Uganda.
I booked the 5 day mid-range itinerary with Frena. I sent our tickets to Fred as soon as i booked it (a month ahead of our trip), he ignored our flight time and added chimp tracking, which we only got to know, was never possible after meeting Eddie, the tour guide. He refunded the money but was so vague and indirect and not sorry about this and rudely told me to research pricing of the chim tracking.
The car was a very uncomfortable van, making the long drives uncomfortable and unsafe! the front seat snapped back multiple times on my husband’s feet. Eddie never apologized, never did anything about it. Even the roof that was propped up for the game safari, came slamming down and thankfully we werent standing at that time, all because he forgot to engage the safety lock and again, never apologized.
Eddie had no interest in communicating the plan of the day, change in plans, any delays etc, we just had to figure it out. Day 2, i asked him about lunch enroute and he told me we will have late lunch at the lodge, we reached at 5pm, and due to his communication mishap, they had not prepared lunch. All he said was “why dont you have an early dinner by 6?” No apologies again.
The last day, he made us leave our lodge at 6:30 for a 6 hour drive, reaching the airport 5 hours before our flight (im sure he knew they dont even let you in) under the pretense that we may get traffic, when he actually wanted to get to Kampala sooner.

The Absolute Best
I had a wonderful experience with this company. Everything was perfect. Top notch. All the guides were hard working and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible. Trekking gorillas in the forest was the highlight but this tour company also takes the time to give you a local community experience. Would recommend Uganda Family Tours to anyone!!!
