Traveled to Namibia with Compass Odyssey after my original vendor cancelled the Namibia portion of their trip. I immediately contacted the owner, Darren, when he was recommended by another traveler that had their trip canceled. Darren recreated the trip exactly as I wanted. He was supper responsive, explained everything in detail. When I arrived in Namibia there were no surprises, everything went off without a hitch and was a perfect 8 days. The accommodations were amazing, I would not have changed a thing. We hit all the highlights that you would expect to see. A friend of mine decided to join me and we had our personal guide, Elvis for 8 days. He had a perfect personality for guiding us around his country, he was attentive and always available as his room was always adjacent to ours. I highly recommend Compass Odyssey and wouldn't hesitate to travel with them again. Great value for the service, accommodations, and everything we got to see. This trip was actually the same price for the two of us versus the other vendor which would have had 5+ people. Wonderful forever memories!

It was such a great advanture!
This is my first time travel to Africa. Before safari, I was slightly nervous about the trip. However, I am very lucky to find out and choose Suricata Safaris, since they perfectly meet my expectations and their staffs are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. They reply to my emails very fast which is also a huge bonus!
The Safari car is very comfortable. I didn't feel any travel sickness eventhough some roads are really bad. Our driver is Fredrick, who is super professional in driving at the nature roads in the Nation Parks. He is also very talented at finding animals, can answer well with our questions and helpful in all ways.
During game drives, we saw so many various species, e.g. lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, monkeys, etc. We also had chance to closely view the migration of zebras, which is a truly impressive experience.
The picnic lunches are very delicious, thanks our chef behind the trip! There is always enough food for everyone, and a small cold soda with bananas is my favorite!
I selected lodge option for accommodation, which are very comfortable and have nice locations. I have chance to see beautiful sun rise, and sleeping with the sound from animals nearby is an unforgettable experience!

Simply wonderful
Before we arrived Lion King communicated clearly, answered all our questions, and honored all our preferences! One of us had dietary restrictions and hot prepared lunches took that into consideration with more food then we could possibly eat.
Lion King set up an excellent tour for us. Airport transfers and Zanzibar rides were smooth with friendly drivers who pointed out sights and told us about the area. Lodgings were comfortable and as described. Staff members at the lodges were so friendly, returning a second day was truly like being welcomed home. The best part was the safari portion of the trip. We saw so many breathtaking sights and beautiful animals. We specifically asked for a female guide and Lion King delivered with our wonderful guide, Subira! Fluent in English and French, Subira is a professional! She’s been guiding trips for years and her experience reading the animals and navigating the winding roads showed why she is top-notch. We felt like celebrities as all the other guides know Subira (as one of the few female guides) and many stop to say hi! She made our trip fun and we learned a lot about the wildlife and Tanzania. We also got to meet owner, Anna on safari as she traveling also. I got the impression the Lion King truly cares about their clients! We’re fully satisfied with our trip and wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely would recommend Subira, Lion King, and Tanzania to anyone!

Our experience with Andre from Impala Tours is more than excellent. We are so impressed with the tour that he organised for us that we definitely will go back. The price was very good considering that everything fulfilled our expectations. Andre was always taking care of us and we have learned a lot about the nature and the wild animals due all the explanations that he gave to us. We could say that if is not because of Andre perhaps we wouldn't see all the animals that we saw. We highly recommend to do this kind of tours with someone like Andre, someone who knows every detail of the places that we have visited.

Above and beyond! Five stars are not enough.
Not a bad word to say about these guys. Manager John was beyond helpful, not sure I've ever had dealings with anyone quite as helpful to be honest. Whilst booking replies to emails were prompt, helpful and patient. I arrived a 3 hours earlier at the Nairobi office than I'd booked for, but I was allowed to take the vehicle (a RAV4) for no extra cost, even though I was strictly speaking extending the rental to a new 24-hour period. Then he drove me out to an entrance slip of the expressway to save me the stress of driving in the city, and then met me at a pre-agreed location in the suburbs at the end of the rental to spare me having to try and find the office. The car had developed a transmission problem on the last day, but my deposit was returned in full without any issues. And then to round it all off, he wouldn't leave me until he'd personally found me, and negotiated a price for, a taxi to take me to the friend's house I was staying at that night. Will definitely be going straight to them next time I go to Kenya and would totally recommend anyone else to do likewise.
