The whole overland travel schedule was punctual , efficient and very friendly. Only had to ask if you needed anything else! We started in Arusha in Tansania and booked the 5 day Safari view mounth earlier from germany.
The communication was very good. All questions were answered.
Our ranger Izag and our cook Cherlas meets us in the hotel. Althought the manager named Amos. He explained us whats going on the next days.
We have different game drives and we could decide sometimes what we want to do. The food was allways very delicious. Our first day was at Manyara Lake in a Lodge.
Than we were camping 2 nights in Serengeti Nationalpark in the Pimbi campside. It was realy exiting and organisation was good.
Our tent was good for the windy weather in Ngorongoro Krater were we slept the last night.
Our ranger explained all animals and all about the country and the nature. It was realy interessting and a big adventur for us.

Ben (our tour guide) was a well behaved, responsible and knowledgeable man which added more excitement to our experience. Awesome experience!
We were two girls travelling alone to the camp and we had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. We felt safe all the time. Also the food and the service was perfect, we felt completely welcomed all the time. There is also a swimming pool where you can relax after the safari.
Our safari guide Rajabu was a nice guy who made the safari an unforgettable experience!

It was an amazing experience. Food was great, accomodations were very nice and comfortable. When we needed something, help was provided promptly. Some of our personalized requests regarding were taken into consideration and accomodated in the tour plan in a great way. Our Safari driver (Ben) has been amazing and very courteous. He has helped us with everything we needed. There is no hidden cost in this tour. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Communications were always fast and on point. The service was excellent, especially Innocent, the driver, that did an amazing job to get us beautiful safari pictures and moments. The lodge was not what we booked and communication of change arrived when we already paid the advance payment, we stayed in two different camps, maybe due to the late booking. The money value of the tour was there thanks to the driver skills. The tour was full of drives and wild interesting encounters.

All of the crew-guides, porters, cook worked so hard to to ensure we had a fabulous and memorable trip. They carried so much gear, the cook made us fresh, hot meals. Charles our dedicated driver and host, picked us up from our hotel near the airport His hospitality knew no bounds, particularly when it came to ensuring our children had a remarkable time. He went above and beyond to accommodate their needs, even allowing them to enjoy the panoramic view from the top of the 4x4 land cruiser—an experience they adored.
Opting for the 4x4 land cruiser was a brilliant choice. It provided ample room for the little ones to bounce around and explore, offering them unobstructed views from the windows when they chose to sit down. And, of course, they could gaze out from the top for a superior vantage point to spot animals or enjoy a peaceful nap during the longer drives between parks.
Our safari adventure unfolded over two days in three different parks, masai mara, naivasha and Amboseli national park. and the wildlife encounters exceeded our wildest expectations. We marveled at entire prides of lions, watched herds of majestic elephants, and witnessed the intricate dance of nature unfold before our eyes.
Throughout our journey, the Sopa hotels provided excellent hospitality, and Charles our driver and wildlife expert, proved to be the best host imaginable.
Regarding payment, we opted for the added security of credit card transactions, and Phinorah seamlessly facilitated this process by sending us Pesapal links via email. We paid 50% upfront and the remaining 50% just before our arrival, and we encountered no issues whatsoever.
