With friends to friends - spectacular game drives, walking safaris combined with social projects
This was my third safari with Bushland.
Again we experienced spectacular game drives in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Arusha National Park. An amazing part of this safari we spent in Serengeti among thousands of thousands of migrating Wildebeests.
Our additional program included the ascent of Mt Meru and Olmoti, a multi-day hike from Ngorongoro crater through the Embulbul Depression to the Embakai crater lake and a meeting with Anna Mollel - recipient of the World's Children Award 2012 - in the school she founded for in poverty living children.
Didimus, our guide, was attentive to every detail of oir safari. No one need worry about food or accomodation. Our group found all was perfect.

Selous Game Reserve
We spent, last February, a fantastic 3 days safari on the Selous game reserve. Our driver/guide, Gaston, was very nice and competent. Selice organised it perfectly and we can only recommend the services of the company

We had an amazing experience
We'd booked this tailormade trip a year ahead and had to make some changes due to corona. Karin & Astrid were super helpful in both planning the perfect Honeymoon as well as making the needed changes like moving the dates without any problems. We completely trusted their expertise in the best locations to visit as well as the best accommodations to stay in, and they did not let us down.
We've seen amazing landscapes and animals, met lovely people and ate great food. We were often surprised by sweet messages written in flowers on our bed and were well taken care off by chauffeurs, guides and lodge staff. By the end of our trip it was hard to say goodbye, but we'll take home a lot of great memories.
I would highly recommend Green Hippo Travels, they made our Honeymoon worth every penny. They took care of us from beginning to end and although we did not have any problems they kept in touch the entire trip to make sure we had the best possible time. As they say in Tanzania, Asante sana!

Great experience!
We had a great experience with Sino Africa Safari! We just returned from a week long trip to Kenya organized by them and were very happy! Communication was clear and easy. They had good advice for us, and we trusted their opinion because this was our first safari. Traveling during the pandemic added a level of complication to our trip and right before we arrived, there were further lockdowns announced in Kenya that could have affected our trip. Again, our options were communicated clearly and we made the choice to continue on as planned. The best part about our trip was the driver that was arranged through Sino Africa Safari. He was incredible! He was with us the entire time and made sure we were comfortable. He knew so much about everything and took us to all the best places. As for the places we stayed, we loved two of the three. The second place we stayed was a bit of a disappointment, but not that big of a deal, just not as nice as the other two. One other thing: Sino had arranged for us to get our Covid testing in Nairobi before we left and had included that cost in the price of the safari. Because we didn't want to take the time to drive back to Nairobi, we (with the help of our amazing driver) found a place closer to where we were staying that would get us tested at our own cost. We though that was worth paying extra for just to save the time and were fine paying for it ourselves. When we arrived back in Nairobi before flying home, we were met by a representative of the company who gave us US cash back for the cost of the test! We thought that was so nice and didn't expect that at all! Overall, a great company and a great experience! We couldn't be happier that we used Sino Africa!

Spectacular game drives in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Arusha National Park. Visite of families of Maasai, Datogas, Iraqw and the Hadzabe Bushmen. Ascent almost to the summit of Oldoinyo Lengai, the holy mountain of the Maassi.
The accomodation, especially the tented camp in Serengeti, the friendliness of the staff and the excellent food exceeded all our expectations AND last but not least- our guide Didimus always looked after our well-being like a dear friend.

Amazing experience with top notch organization!!!
I went with Great Lake Expedition to climb the Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route. For me this was one of the best experience while I was in Tanzania and recommend everyone who is into hiking to give it a try.
To start off I have to give a shout out to the Great Lake Expedition crew. They helped me a lot during the reservation and preparation process. All my question were answered quickly and special requests for pick- up and drop-off were arranged without any problems.
First day and night will be in a good hotel (note that lunch and dinner is not included here). Here your gear is checked by the crew. There are rental options if you need some extra gear. The advice they gave me was really helpful.
The guides were great and knew their stuff. You could go to them with any question, request or complaint. They also payed attention to the well-being of every hiker. On top of that they carried out a medical check twice a day.
The porters were really nice, and did our heavy loading. Without them the trekking would much more difficult.
The food was great and there was plenty of it. But be prepared for a lot of carbs.
Because of the professional organization everyone in our group made it to the top (despite the difficult hike to the summit).

Good budget adventure
We had a 3 day trip with Bencia over the easter weekend to Nakuru-Naivasha and Hells gate. We were pleased overall with everything, all the things promised were delivered upon, we had a great game drive in Nakuru, as well as a really nice bike trip in Hells gate. One thing which was disappointing was the boat trip on Naivasha - but this was optional and was not organized by Bencia.
We went with an open top minivan, which wasnt exactly the newest, but was comfortable enough and got us where we needed to go. The accommodation was rudimentary and low on comfort, and there are better and more comfortable places to stay - but for the price we paid I think we got what we expected. To note: accommodations were clean, there was hot water so no issues to report there. The second night stands out at Naivasha as the camping spot had a wonderful view and was amazing.
Our guide/driver and cook were both great and very helpful and friendly. Food was great, we had a nice tour of Kenyan cuisine!
All in all, I would recommend Bencia.

Reliable tour operator
I was looking for a tour operator to go on safari in Masaii Mara and I shortlisted Hyrax Safaris. I spoke with Roselyne who works in Hyrax safaris and I found answers to all my question. It is a reliable tour and you ll get exactly what they sell you. You can trust them without any doubt.
The service was good (accomodation, food, guide, vehicle..) and Roselyne was helpful during my trip in Kenya
