You have to choose Nsavi Safaris for your tour in Uganda! They exceed all expectations!
Nsavi Safaris is a recently founded agency, but brings a lot of experience. We went on a 3 day gorilla trekking with them and they really went beyond all expectations! The whole trip was perfectly planned, even the tiniest details had its purpose and aimed to satisfy us and give as much as it was possible during a 3 day trip. Our guide was Jacob, a friendly, smiling guy, who was knowledgeable, never tired of our questions and was also a good driver. The accommodation near Bwindi (Ichumbi Lodge) and at Lake Bunyonyi (Birds Nest Resort) were astonishing, with great people and perfect food. Jacob and the agency owner, Victoria made sure we taste Ugandan specialties, like rolex and baked green bananas. We stopped by an ananas street vendor where we were offered the worlds best, freshly chopped ananas and we also visited a drum manufacturer. Jacob even took care when selecting the group for us for the trekking and he stopped the car whenever we wanted to take pictures. The car was comfortable too. The trip was amazing, all went so smoothly you only could dream of. They even cared about the environment by not distributing small plastic water bottles during the trip, but we received metal bottles as gifts and those were refilled when needed. We even received Ugandan coffee and myself an African-themed cosmetic bag as presents, which was super kind. Victoria was always responsive during our correspondence to plan the trip, tried to help us to get travel insurance. She even visited us in person at the accommodation back in Entebbe. Nsavi Safaris is the agency you have to travel with when in Uganda, as EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN PERFECT and they really DID THEIR BEST to satisfy needs!!! We are really thankful that we could have such an experience in Uganda.

Ask for Richard, who is an excellent guide!
Jocky Tours colleagues were responsive, they answered 60-70% of our questions by the next day, which I would say is OK. We had to pay in USD in cash. From the hotel we were picked up by Daniel, who was the kindest person we met in Kenya. The safari car was an hour late at the meeting point, which for us was still OK. We went on a 4 day safari to Masai mara + Lake Nakuru. We choose the budget safari, but with the jeep. I would suggest you pay this little extra, as those mini vans seemed extremely small for all those many people.
As it turned out the jeep is a melting pot of people coming from various tour agencies. In the 4 days we had people from 6 different agencies in the car, some came for the first 3 days, some for the last day only. Therefore it does not really matter which agency you go with, but the tour guide is who matters.
We were so lucky to have Richard. Richard was very knowledgeable, he knew a lot about the animals, he was willing to share and willing to answer all the many questions we had. He was always on time, planned our day perfectly. He cared about animals, he also paid attention that other cars' tourists can also take pictures. What was unique about Richard was that he respected animals, you could feel he loved them. And also he was determined from the beginning on to show us every single animal that you can see at Masai mara. He did not give up until we saw all the big 5 in one day and showed us so many more species. He was always kind, paid attention to our needs, organized our check-ins and take-away lunches. He knew all the shortcuts, new all the people at the resorts, his personality was super reassuring. He was truly professional. always calm, doing everything for our satisfaction! Try to ASK FOR RICHARD when booking, because he was the one why our trip in Kenya was perfect.

Superb great migration and birding safaris led by knowledgeable TZ drivers.
Flew to remote Mara River camp to see the Great Migration crossover the crocodile invested Mara River into TZ twice. And saw great Rift Valley from air. Driver maneuvered us into unobstructed view of animals not only crossing but coming up the bank. Using radio communicating with other drivers, our TZ driver located many other animals in remote locations, a pride of lions resting on rocks and up/under trees after morning kills; a lone leopard, with extended belly full of very recent kill, within close site of vultures fighting and feeding off carcass. Drove to Oldupai Gorge and to site down in gorge with museum guide to see actual location Leakey’s found many key artifacts. Stayed overnight in authentic camp nestled within many Masai villages. Drove down into Ngorongoro crater to see many animals in natural habitat, including rare black rhinos, completing Big Five on this trip alone. Drove to Tarangire National Park to see baobab trees among elephant herds and many lions. Our TZ driver expert in animals, culture, life, geology and birds. Located over 50 different TZ birds for our Audubon knowledgeable birder. Stayed in Arusha and visited museum and Culture Center, one of best fine African art collections in world (live in Washington, DC) Having lived 3 years in TZ this is our 2nd trip with TZ Choice Safaris. We are planning our 3rd in 2024 with our family and friends.

Passionate about his profession and extremely helpful
We had an amazing experience on the 4 day safari trip with Dullah as our chef and Felix as our guide. The whole team was professional and helpful. Dullah cooks amazing food and Felix is extremely knowledgeable about the parks, the animals and knows how to get to the best spots. They contributed big time to making our safari a trip we will never forget! I could recommend Serengeti Wakanda to everyone!

Great value safari!
We did the 6-day safari through Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. Overall the itinerary was good but a little too long. It involves a lot of driving to get to and back from Amboseli. I’d recommend a shorter tour and prioritize Masai Mara. Although getting to see Mt Kilimanjaro from Amboseli was worth the long drive. We didn’t see as many animals in Lake Nukuru. You couldn’t get as close to the animals as in Masai Mara. I was hoping to see more flamingos but it may not have been the season.
Karibu is a solid tour operator. They offered their home stay apartments for our one night in Nairobi before the safari started. They covered the driving from the airport and to/from the start of the safari. Their communication was fine... I found I had to probe and ask a lot for details. It would have been better if they had an itinerary or set expectations the day before the trip. The planning at times felt rushed or last minute with the camp managers.
The safari driver, Edward, was good as well. He showed us a lot in Masai Mara but I think he got tired as the tour went on.
Since we picked the budget option, the accommodations were as expected. Simple tented camps but unreliable hot water. If you want better accommodations I’d sprint for the pricier tours.
For the money, I think the safari was great value! We saw a lot of animals and felt we got the full safari experience from the trip.

Amazing
We booked a 4 day safari with Serengeti Wakanda. The booking process went very smoothly and Bartho helped us with deciding what fit us best.
We had the pleasure of experiencing both Felix and Andrew as guides and Dullah as the chef. We were impressed about the knowledge Felix and Andrew had and were open to answering any questions! The view was amazing and every park we visited had its own charm. You can also get extremely close to the animals.
The whole experience went flexible and smooth. The only thing you have to do is enjoy your time! I would definitely do the safari over again.

THE TRANQUILITY OF THE TRAVELER DUE TO THE GOOD WORK OF THE OPERATOR.
James's tour suggestion was already enough for an unforgettable experience, my wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the experience was amazing, two days at the Fig Tree in Masai Mara and four days at Baobab in Mombasa. Our compliments to WildLife Sun Safaris.

Amazing
This safari was a special adventure that I can recommend to everyone. I've been amazed in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We had a very sweet guide, Felix, who explained everything to us and brought us as close as possible to the animals. We were given enough time to actually admire the animals and take pictures of them. The cook prepared 3 delicious dishes for us daily, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I never had to worry or feel unsafe. Everything was so well organized, compliments to the whole team. I will never forget this adventure!

Excellent & reliable tour company!
Charles helped us plan our safari. He was helpful in suggesting accomodation options that fitted by our budget & safari desires. On our day of arrival, he met us at Jomo Kenyatta international Airport & introduced us to our driver/guide, Jared before we could start the safari.
We had a 9 day safari in Kenyan popular parks of Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli, Tsavo West & Tsavo east national parks! Jared was very knowledgeable about the parks & the animals. He was also honest & ready to help whenever we needed hi help.
I recommend Salina wild Adventures to people planning to travel to Kenya & even East Africa.
