Beyond our Expectations--Trip of a Lifetime
5/5

Wanting to add additional experiences to an underlying South Africa trip for a friend's wedding, we worked with Adelle initially to review options. Her experience and knowledge was evident from the beginning as she provided several different options based on the price range we provided. As we settled on an initial itinerary, the pandemic arrived and we had to delay everything. Adelle adeptly handled all adjustments, delays, cancellations, and rebookings over the next 2 years.

Finally able to travel, we were provided well in advance very useful, detailed, and pertinent information about our accommodations, locations, preparatory considerations (e.g., vaccines, in-country customs, tipping, etc.), and itinerary. Our trip included personally-arranged stops within agent-arranged trip and Adelle expertly arranged for all pick-up and shuttle services so we only needed to take care of getting on and off the planes for each leg of our trip.

Our all-inclusive safari lodges were described as "luxury," but we had no idea...until we arrived. One of them has become our favorite, though both are easily classified as luxury. Each lodge had its own approach and atmosphere, but both provided great meals and services. Our favorite had more-than-welcoming staff, continually-customized meals to meet dietary needs, special touches for meal locations and room service, a air of romance hidden through many small and large acts by the staff, and game drives and bush walks, which all combined to give us experiences over the several days we were there that we couldn't even have imagined--even after reading all the information ahead of time.

Simply put, we have found our travel agent for southern Africa, will be coming back in the future, and will not hesitate to trust Adelle's thoughts and planning on any future trip.

Good budget tour
5/5

It was a good trip. I really enjoyed climbing Mt Kilimanjaro. I felt nervous booking this trip because they are a small newer company but fortunately I didn't have to worry about anything. Communication was good, and even though I didn't have all the gear, my guide was able to work with me on getting what I need, and not try and upsell me on stuff I didn't. Over all it was a great trip, and I would recommend them for anybody who wants to climb Mt Kilimanjaro.

Knowledgeable
5/5

I did camping safari for two nights and three days and it was one of the most cherished experiences of my life. King Solomon safaris provided an affordable package that was also inclusive from pickup to drop off. After payment, the process and experience was seamless and organized and Tanzanian safaris are breathtaking and unforgettable. My tour guide King Solomon has a real passion for his work and is extremely knowledgeable about the landscape and wildlife in the Serengeti. I learned so much during my trip and I hope to return soon. I had a wonderful time and it’s all thanks to beautiful Tanzanian and King Solomon safaris

We had a great time at Nakuru national park, Crimson brooke made it simple, by planning and ensuring we enjoy the whole experience.
Kudos to their driver who knew where to spot all the animals.
Quite reliable and I would definitely use them for our next trip.

Breathtaking experience to remember
5/5

Summary: It was truely an amazing experience. I can only recommend it!

Our tour guides Alex and Gaesper showed us amazing parts of their country, explaining culture, wildlife and nature to us.
We travelled as a German family of 8 people, dividing into two Landcruisers in December 2022.

We went to see the Tarangire national park (1 day), the Ngorongoro crater (1 day) and the Serengeti (2 days). On our last day, we also visited a waterfall and visited a coffee producer which was super interesting.

The national parks are full of the most spectacular animals (including the big 5) and our tour guides did everything to make us see the animals so close and natural as possible. We ended uo seeing so many different species, such as the famous ones known from the Lion King but also animals I have never heard of before.

I will never forget this experience. If you want to see different national parks you only need to know that you will drive a lot (also over bumpy roads) but this is part of the Safari experience!

We stayed in three different hotels, especially the "Serengeti Heritage luxury tented Camp" directly located inside of the national park was a breathtaking experience. You could see (and hear) all the wild animals directly from your tent.
The cook from there made amazing food and you were really inside of the wild (with Wifi of course).

The other venues we stayed at were the "Ilboru Safari Lodge" which was a bit spartanic so we would choose another hotel the next time and the "Farm of Dream Lodge" where we also spent Christmas. The staff from there were super friendly, cooked a Christmas dinner for us and the whole hotel was so beautiful.
The food was always good and the cooks at the venues also tried to adapt to different diets such as vegetarian food.

Our guides were at first a bit more quit but from time to time they became very open to us, made jokes, tought us a bit of Suaheli and answered all of our 1000 questions. I can really recommend them :)! I am very thankful that they shared all of their knowledge to us.

Also the price that we paid was very good and a real value for money. The company was really considering our wishes and adapted the itenerary to our needs.

I can only recommend the Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club to everyone. Except for the one hotel, we would not have changed anything if we would need to rebook the Safari.

Thank you again Alex and Gaesper! You made our Christmas the most special experience.

Wonderful experience from first contact until the end
5/5

My family and I wanted to experience a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Tanzania. Being eight people of different age, we naturally had various opinions and needs regarding the itinerary of our 6-day safari. All the more we appreciated the uncomplicated and friendly communication with KASC from the first contact.

The initial offer was worked out quickly and clearly and could be adapted several times based on our ideas. Aenea, the owner of the company, was always helpful and even available by phone for preliminary questions. We also found KASC to be very fair in terms of the price for the entire (high-standard) program compared to other organizers.

Due to the size of our group, we were divided into two jeeps of four people each and thus accompanied by two guides. The last-mentioned guys, Alex and Gaesper, were simply outstanding! They gave us a safe feeling at all times, answered all our questions (and there were surely many) with great friendliness, managed to introduce us to all the Big-5, and never refused a wish despite sometimes long and tiring driving distances. Their knowledge about Tanzania, culture, people, flora and fauna is impressive. They even taught us some words and phrases in Swahili (Asante sana marafiki!) and ended up being a major factor in the success of our wonderful time.

Our tour consisted of airport transfers, a day in Tarangiri National Park, two days in the Serengeti, a few-hour stop in the Ngorongoro Crater, and a cultural tour at the end. The respective accommodations were Ilboru Lodge in Arusha, Farm of Dreams in Karatu and Serengeti Heritage. Especially the stays at the Farm of Dreams and the Serengeti Heritage exceeded our expectations and were very special and unique. Only for the nights in Arusha we would rather choose another hotel in the future due to substandard food, lack of wifi and rather rudimentary room facilities.

Regarding the parks, we liked the days in Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater the best. Tarangire Park was nice as a start, but is the one I would most likely skip if we were short on time.

As for the cultural social program, we visited a Maasai village on the way to the Serengeti and a coffee farm at the Meru tribe the day before we continued our journey to Zanzibar. Both experiences were very special and absolutely recommendable. The owner and guide during the coffee tour Clemens was extremely nice and showed us from the bean to the hot cup how coffee is made - just great! Only for the optional subsequent walk to the nearby waterfall visitors should pay attention to a good physical condition, suitable footwear and dry weather. We were unfortunately not optimally prepared here, haha.

All in all, Alex, Gaesper and the team of Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club managed to give us a unique and unforgettable experience in the Northern Circuit of Tanzania. I would unconditionally recommend the guys and the organization to anyone and can only say THANK YOU.

A brilliant experience
5/5

It was a pleasure to travel with Mufasa Tours for our Amboseli Safari. There was an ease of quick and smooth communication at every point of the process from discussing tour options to booking and arranging specific plans with Polly. The tour itself was organised and we felt informed and consulted throughout the experience. Nelson our game driver was a pleasure to work with, a great conversationalist and knowledgeable whist always ensuring we felt safe at every stage of our journey. Our accommodation at Kibo Camp was clean, comfortable and well organised. Overall a fantastic Safari experience and we look forward to many more tours with Mufasa.
