Amazing experience with Jocky Tours. I friend and I decided for 7 days safari including Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. Our guide Josh was really good. Patient all time when we wanted to have photos, good driver, and he could found some animals trails, which allowed us to see all the animals we wanted from really close. And all of that, with good price and a private safari with land cruiser. Eric from the company gave us all support for our questions and the lodges were just excelente. Good food and good stay. I recommend.

It was amazing
Me and my girlfriend who's from Kenya did the big 5 safari.
It was really good, the tour guide was the best and tracked hyenas for me.
I've been to Tanzania before in the nature reserve, saw everything but hyenas there.
So I was really happy with our guide.
The food was good, but the same food every day which was a shame. But the chef was super friendly and funny.
The whole experience was fantastic except for the fact that the masai's called my girlfriend whore in Swahili, just cause she was with me, a white guy. It's truly hurtful that people haven't gotten further that we can see beyond skin color, ethnicity or things we can't control over. I didn't choose to be white, she didn't chose to be brown, but here we are in love trying to have a good time. She definitely didn't deserve that from Francis and he shouldn't be the one showing people around with that behavior and it's also weird that nobody said anything.
I hope this problem has been taken care of and that no one else has to experience the same thing.

Apart from the exotic nature, it was an extraordinary experience to visit the local village and several places "off the beaten track". Due to covid, the plan had to be changed during the stay in Uganda (some attractions were closed by the Ugandan government). However, this did not significantly affect the attractiveness of the trip, because the organization was at the highest level and the organizer quickly rebuilt the places and replaced the previously planned attractions with others. Thus, we did not feel any covid inconveniences. The organizer even planned a coronavirus test for us, which is required by the airlines. She made an appointment with the whole group in advance so as not to waste our time. Extra service - I recommend it!

I booked an extremely last minute one day mokoro trip in Maun. I was worried the reservation didn't go through but Chris contacted me to confirm my reservation within 10 minutes and kept me updated on the details of my outing leading up to the next morning. He arrived to pick me up from my hotel 15 minutes early and arranged his best tour guide to accompany me. It was a lovely day and the tour guide made sure to keep me entertained with botany facts and trinkets such as a necklace and hat that he wove out of lilies he plucked out of the water. The drivers were also committed to make my trip memorable and took a detour on the way back so I could visit a nice riverside bar. I would give this company 10/10 for customer service and professionalism.

Unforgettable kili trek
We were planning this trip for over an year. In fact I had first started contacted Great Lake Expedition in Jan 2020 and they planned everything for and allowed us to change / postpone till we finally made it in March 2021. They patiently walked us through every detail of the climb - route options, acclimatization, gear, hotel stay, flight options. I must have exchanged more than 50 emails and they responded within 24 hours every time.
Finally we made it to Tanzania on 10th March, 2021, flying from US via Doha. Once we reached Moshi everything was taken care of. We had signed up for the private climb option on the 7 day Lemosho route. I was amazed at the quality of everything they provided - transport, tents (their bright Green expedition tents sure draw some envious views!), food options and the crew that went with us was the real treasure. Everyone including our guides Emanuel and Baraka, camp master, chef etc. became friends over the trip and most importantly they care. The porters are obviously super human to do what they do.
We reached Uhuru peak on the 16th March. What an experience. The way back was quick and soon we were at Mweka gate getting on the bus back.
A big shout out to Raphael, our tour manager in Moshi. He was thorough in every briefing and would arrange for things even before we asked for anything. Overall one of the best tour experiences ever.

Incredible tours of Uganda
We spent 5 days with Dauda to visit the gorillas and chimpanzees, and greatly enjoyed Dauda's humor, hospitality, insider knowledge, and incredible driving. Dauda was commmitted to making sure that we had the best experience possible, and was always providing great advice and coordination. Thanks to Dauda we made life-long memories and got to see a new part of the world in a way that we hadn't been able to before. We greatly enjoyed the tour with him, and would highly recommend others to book with him as well.

Great Lake Expedition made this trip unforgettable! We had a 6 day safari with the best Guide ever, and amazing lodges. We really enjoyed every minute of it, so well and good organized. Normally we book everything and so used to think about everything. Witch wasn't the case this time. They really took care of everything. A big thumb for our guide who was so patient with us, the kids asked him so many questions and he always took the time to explain. I can write and write about this experience!!!
