Great communication, punctual and informative, relaxed vibe with music—highly recommended!
From start to finish, communication was excellent and the team shared a wealth of information about Tanzania and the region; they were always punctual and responsible, and the safari itself had a wonderfully laid-back vibe, with music in the van and lots of laughter—I had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend it.

My worst experience ever, can't recommend anyone to use the same driver, Andrew was terrible!!
The driver, Andrew kept on making unnecessary stops on our way, he spent most of his time on his phone as he drove, everytime he complained about the fuel being insufficient yet we had 110 litres at the time we set off from Kampala, the game drive only lasted for just an hour, and he refused to do another one. We never had a chance to visit the falls since he hoodwinked us into taking a shortcut and headed straight to the Gulu route back to Kampala yet it was part of our to do list, he restricted our movements and made our trip terrible, infact my daughter cried because she never visited the top of the falls. I regret booking with him.

8 days safari, Tangerine, Ngorogoro, Serengeti
From the start Paul and his team were great. They took the time to help us sort out what we wanted to see and what sort of accommodations. Everything was fantastic! The camps, the hotels and food all were perfect.
Of course we saw all of the "Big 5" and several unique ones as well (with the baby Leopard and the Serval Cat being major highlights).
Tanzania Roadside's secret weapon though was our guide, Walter Odemba. Walter seemed to instinctively know where every animal could be found. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife, the culture and history. He was a great conversationalist, who kept longer drives interesting - without being overly chatty. He seemed to know everyone, everywhere! If the Serengeti elected a mayor, Walter would win unanimously!
