Amazing experience, support and communication
We normally travel independently and could not have been happier with our experience with Compass Odyssey. Excellent communication from the start - listened to what we wanted, provided advice, and designed a perfect trip. The itinerary was perfect - hotels, travel logistics and experiences. Darren's communication throughout the process was great - even when there was a small mishap it was dealt with immediately before we even asked. Ruth was an amazing host in Victoria Falls and could not have had the experience we did without her. Truly helped make our amazing experience a reality.

Well organized, excellent experience
They took care of everything very professionally and when I had some personal preferences they were very considerate. Everything on the itinerary was fully executed. They also went out of their way to help me get to my next destination which wasn't even part of the tour.
And on the Bwindi gorilla trekking, we saw so many gorillas upclose, it was just once in a lifetime experience.

Best safari ever!
We went on a 4 day safari to Mikumi national park and Udzungwa mountains. Everyone were so nice from beginning to end and no question was left unanswered. Our guide, Godfrey, knew all about the animals, nature and local culture. Both him and our driver William made sure the atmosphere was good at all times, and we had so much fun. If we at any point needed any help, they were there.
We have nothing but great things to say about Kihindo safari, and highly recommend them on any safari adventure you might like. Probably the best safari company you will find in Tanzania: 11/10

Helpful, friendly, fun
I did the 6 day Machame route last week. The guides and team were friendly, welcoming and fun. It was a once in a life time, life changing experience.

Fantastic guide and excellent tour
I made my trip to Bwindi with Darius. And this was simply amazing. Everything was so well organised. The gorilla trip was one of the best thing I have ever done in my life. The lodge was excellent with very friendly staff. Darius made my trip! I would recommend everybody yo travel with him.

One of the best safaris we've done
We made a couple of days ago an amazing trip to Mahale National Parks. Joshua and his team (special mention to James whom we spent 4 days with) were extremely helpful. We arranged the trip very last minute and had special requests (such as coming to Kigoma from Dar by train) and everything seemed very easy. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed every minute, and would definitely do it again.
For travelers reluctant to go all the way to remote Mahale, do not hesitate, it's absolutely worth it. The place is pristine, and chimps tracking (with a great staff in the park) is excellent.

Amazing experience
It was an amazing safari experience!
Maasai Mara and Amboseli were my favorite places with wonderful landscapes and impressive animals.
Andrew our guide, gave us the opportunity to witness incredible wildlife moments. He showed us above of what we could have hoped. Always driving with positive attitude and able to answer all of our questions.
The hotels were lovely, the staff always welcoming and nice.

it was very exciting and I felt safe every second.
you feel like you are in your own safari movie. I didn't feel like just doing the tourist attractions. You really felt part of nature and life in the Serengeti. Our leaders were very experienced, I trusted them 100%. It is an incredibly breathtaking experience it was very exciting and I felt safe every second.
