6 day Safari- a memorable trip
Our experience with Soul of Tanzania was seamless from the very first email interaction. Having been recommended Soul of Tanzania from friends, we emailed to enquire about a safari for my husband, our 16 year old son and myself for mid-January 2020. All our questions were promptly answered and we felt very confident to book the trip with the company.
From arrival at Kilimanjaro airport we were well looked after. All our accomodation during the safari was very comfortable and safe.
The highlight was undoubtedly seeing the magnificent animals in their natural habitats. Our driver, Emanuel, was exceptional and enhanced our trip with his knowledge, friendly and professional manner. Photography advice he gave helped us get fantastic photos we will always treasure. Emanuel also created fabulous lunch experiences as we feasted on delicious hot lunches and a glass or two of wine whilst soaking in the ambience of the Tanzanian bushland. At all times we felt completely safe and looked after whilst in Emanuel's care.
We took the additional option to visit a Masai village. The experience was unique and we were glad we did! It was a fabulous memory as well as an opportunity to gain a firsthand insight into a different and interesting way of life.
Two of our accomodation sites were campsites. We slept in luxurious tents and fell asleep to the sound of lions and animals whilst feeling completely at ease and safe- this was a magical experience, especially as the warm, friendly and hospitable staff at each site made us feel so welcomed.
I highly recommend Soul of Tanzania to organise a truly special way to interact with these magnificent African animals and enjoy the wonders of Tanzania

The itinerary, guide, and accommodations were amazing.
Communication before and during the tour was really good. Richard answered all of my questions before the tour and followed up to see that everything was alright after the tour. The itinerary that Richard suggested was really well organized and included everything I wanted to see and the one accommodation change that I wanted to make. All accommodations were nice and well located. During our travels from one location to the next, Richard made some stops at different sites to show me things along the way. He was a very good and enthusiastic guide and I really enjoyed my tour with him.

Amazing
Excellent Safari, a lifetime experience
From day one of booking the communication with jadi Africa Safaris was superb. We were picked up on time from our hotel by a friendly guide/driver John and we drove through the Nairobi city tomorrow the Masai Mara. John was a fantastic guide, he explained everything we came across while on the way and he ensured we had a stop over at the viewpoint for photos. He had a great sense of humor and be sure to have a laugh at his jokes all through the Safari. It was a long journey but the time passes quick as there is so much to look at and a good amp of information to take in.
The accommodation was great, it had everything you could possibly need and was clean and comfortable. The food was good and would cater for both carnivores and vegetarians alike, with a fantastic spread of international food and local delicacies.
The next morning we had a quick breakfast and headed to check in at Masai Mara National Park, before starting the search for wildlife, at the gate we were treated to an abundance of wildlife, including 2 of the “Big 5”. During the game drives we were able to spot a herd of elephants grazing, all of the big 5, giraffes, antelopes, black backed jackals, wild dog, Zebras and different types of birds. Our guide John was in hand to impact knowledge about all the species we spotted, and he was happy to answer all questions we had.
The Air balloon is a must try, one of the best experience I have ever had during the Safari.
To summarize, we had the the experience of a lifetime and we owe a lot to the Jadi Africa Safaris, they helped us have memories that will stay with us for a lifetime ! Thanks Jadi Safaris for the PHENOMENAL SAFARI!!!
We will be back

Unforgettable safari
Absolutely unforgettable safari, meticulously planned, expressed through very personal attention to detail, and executed with a touch of flawless professionalism. Montez made the December holidays unravel in a manner I could only have dreamt of. They knew the terrain, guided the team with precision and added value by throwing in quite a bit of unexpected sights in the itinerary. I can't wait yet again to be a guest of Montez

Excellent Safari
The service and the safari both were excellent. Our stay at Sopa Masai Mara was best in class.

The most informative, entertaining, delightful, and knowledgable guide in the business
We did a lot of research about various safari experiences and picked Bearded Heron because it was rated as one of if not the best in Kruger. Those reviews proved to be very true. The safari exceeded our already high expectations. Neil knocked it out of the ball park with his knowledge, experience, wit and demeanor. He inspired confidence that our safety was in always in good hands, while he opened our eyes to the incredible wildlife, geography, and history, and background of Kruger. We had close encounters that with wildlife that could have been dangerous with an inexperienced guide, but we never had a moment of doubt that Neil was in control of the adventure. I will without hesitation recommend this safari experience as the very best available. In addition to the guiding, we dined at the camps with outstanding food prepared by Neil and Rowen. The culinary treats simply put the frosting on the safari cake. If you want the safari of a lifetime, go with Bearded Heron!

See Africa through George's eyes
We were lucky enough to have George Mbaula for our guide on our 2 week Tanzania photo safari. He is very knowledgeable about his environment and his ability to locate wildlife and then put you in the best place to see them is exceptional. As birdwatchers we were very impressed with his avian knowledge. George, also, has a likability factor that will make you feel very comfortable and at ease in your surroundings. Africa is a must see experience - add George to the mix to maximize it.

Made us a spectacular Safari, but communication was very poor.
The good: East Cape made us a truly spectacular safari and trip to South Africa! It was a dream come true, and for that we are grateful. We were put up in top of the line hotels and tents, with delicious food and wonderful people. Treated like royalty the entire time. We told them what we wanted, and they arranged the entire thing. Originally, we were put up in a different accomodation which seemed stuffy to us, and when I voiced we wanted an upscale tent with about 10 days to go, it was arranged for us (Best thing we ever did!). So, the trip was nothing short of spectacular, everything was absolutely incredible, and I thank East Cape wholeheartedly for memories that will last us a lifetime and beyond.
The bad: Communication with East Cape was on pointe until they received payment. Once that happened, it was like pulling teeth to get answers. At initial contact, the owner Colin actually called us from South Africa, asked us our preferences and budget, then asked if we wanted to pay in Rand or US Dollar. Being naive, we said "US" which turned out to be an expensive mistake. He should have told us to pay in rand, though I understand he needs to make money too. Readers take heed; pay in Rand, your dollar will go exponentially further. Colin was super friendly, and then we were turned over to Denise, who's communication skills were poor. At one point about 3 weeks out of trip, we still didn't have a completed itinerary, and after multiple attempts to get it, I reached back out to Colin, who told me it was the "time difference." We were inside of one week when I finally got the itinerary, which consisted of our flights, and I had to go back to the initial proposal and type the entire thing out myself. I knew airport transfers were arranged for us, but had no idea we had a private driver until he picked us up - which was a pleasant surprise, but a detail we should have known. There were more small details that we didn't get, but that's the jist of it. Overall, I would recommend East Cape Tours, but would ask for somebody other than Denise to help you along.
