Best way to travel at Ethiopia
We found Senait Ethiopia Tours through search on Internet and the recommendations of some friends who travelled there in 2014. We had travelled in many places around the world but for Ethiopia (and I assume more East African countries) you can't just rent a car and make your way. Senait gave us the best price and most important the best experience. Our driver Bekele made all our trip safe, replying all of our questions and always keeping an eye on us. The places we stayed were really nice (some more luxury, other closer to the nature) and even though we travelled a lot, we have the experience.
5* for all the team, as we urgently needed to find a place for some stomach issues we had, then again Bekele was there to drive us everywhere with a patience and a smile. I would suggest them for sure and I wish to travel and learn more about this beautiful country.

Had a great trip in Uganda!
We booked the Kilimanjaro-trekking and an Uganda-trip with Matoke Tours and it exceeded our expectations.
The Kilimanjaro trekking (carried out by Easy Travel) was just incredible. We did the Machame route and everything was extremely well organized. A lot of respect for our guides, chef and most important all the porters. They did an amazing job and really helped us to reach the roof of Africa.
After reaching Uhuru Peak, we travelled to Uganda and we really fell in love with this country. We stayed in Entebbe, Murchison Falls, Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi and Lake Mburo. Some of the journeys were pretty long because of the poor roads, but our driver/guide John always knew something to show us. Everything was well organized.
The lodges we slept in we're mostly basic to mid-range. Sleeping in a safaritent is part of the experience, we really enjoyed it. The food was very good all the time. The most amazing lodge we slept in, was at Lake Mutanda near Bwindi. This lodge is owned by Matoke and the views there are truly amazing. Kibale Forest Camp was also an amazing lodge to stay.
I would recommend Matoke Tours (and Easy Travel) for a trip to Kilimanjaro and Uganda.

Best cultural experience
My friends and I arranged a a day trip for Marangu Cultural Tour with Incredible Africa Adventures and we were very much pleased with the trip. The price was reasonably affordable.
We visited a coffee plantation site, Chagga's rescue tunnel, Water fall and the gate of the Kilimanjaro National Park. The Incredible Africa Adventures provided us a light breakfast and a fresh-made lunch of Tanzania-style food, drinking water with complimentary white wine. The local lunch was so fantastic! We Highly recommend IAA for your tour while in Tanzania!

Best for Safari
This was our first time Africa safari and I would say that it exceeded my expectations. The tour guide Jared was wonderful, very detailed oriented and organized. Thanks Urbema

We made the right choice
There are hundrends of companies out there that offer pretty much the same product or service. It's hard to find the value for money one.
I am more than satisfied with the whole experience that I had with Namayiana safaris. Communication from start to finish was excellent with Mpairo, who was more than helpful and answered all my questions before even making the booking.
Accomodation in Sopa Lodge not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Everyone was professional there and we had a quality stay.
The one though that I would like to specially thank, is our driver Sammy. This guy not only took the extra mile, but he did whatever he could do to keep us happy and spot all the action that was going on Masai Mara park. I could see the other drivers around and I can compare. We definitely had the best driver.
Overall a very positive and well organised experience.

The best memories
We ordered 4 days Safari trip ( manyara, serengeti, ngorongoro). Everything was very good arranged, Nasr was all the time available to answer our questions regarding the trip and helped us with every situation ( e.g. our flight was delayed...). The driver Rocky and the cook were the best. We were very satisfied. I highly recommend!!!

Horrible Car Rental
Rented a car for our Kenya Safari. The rental was outsourced over three people without our knowledge. Wasn't the same car as on website and in terrible condition. Still waiting for the security payment we had to give at the rental beginning. Quick replying over email but at the end not helpful.

The really great safari tour
The best part of our safari was our guide/driver Albert. He was doing more than expected to get to the best places and provide as a possibility to see the animals up close. Always with a positive calm mood, he managed to bring us to the most amazing places and see the lions or cheetahs so close, that I could never imagined.
The place to stay is nice, the staff is very helpful. They also have hot water [what was really appreciated after a long day in Safari] :)

Wow...Wow...WOW! Talk about an EXPIRIENCE of a LIFETIME!!!
Three individuals made my first trip to Africa an experience of a lifetime: Jacob, Mazingira owner, and Solomon and Simon, our guides. Initially I wanted to book with an American owned tour company due to time differences and ability to clearly correspond with English speaking personnel. However, many of those I reached out to could not meet the constraints of my budget or they just simply weren't timely enough in their responses. After I sent a quote request to Mazingira, it was clear to me, that I had been limiting myself by doing the aforementioned. Despite obvious time differences, Jacob's communication with me was absolutely seamless and responsive! He and his guides spoke perfect English so correspondence was super easy over the phone and through messages on WHATSAPP. He utilized his resources and was able to make my dollar stretch (to the most incredibly accommodations might I add) and was extremely patient with my questions; he often stayed overnight in his office to ensure he addressed any concerns I may have had on our working itinerary. Jacob also ensured that we didn't get the typical Serengeti adventure. Everything we took part of was truly the AUTHENTIC version of Tanzania, from our personalized dining experiences and cultural visits, to our inexpensive shopping trips for souvenirs. Although I had done some research, I incorporated a few of Jacob's recommendations for particular locations, and I was extremely happy I did because they were the highlight of my trip! Mazingira also spoiled us with their tour guides. Often we ride by other companies outfitted with one tour guide, but we had TWO, Simon and Solomon; one to look out for game while the other traversed the tough terrain and also looked out for wildlife. This really enhanced our game drive experience because it can be a task alone to maneuver through areas with thick brush and look for wildlife simultaneously. However, for typical safari tours, I think two may be the exception, rather than the rule. Regardless, Solomon and Simon were so skilled, that I know they could do the guide individually, drive with their feet, and still spot wildlife! I was so impressed with the knowledge of animals and culture of Tanzania that they possessed. Both natives of Tanzania, were a walking/ talking National Geographic pair, that really made you feel like you were in the middle of some exciting Serengeti documentary film. They understand the patterns of the animals and spotted them rather easily. Often we were the first to spot wildlife and radio to their other guides to come join us at our location. Simon, our mighty driver can traverse through the toughest terrain there is, and in the wet season, that can keep you from getting stuck countless times throughout your journey. Mazingira is not just a safari guide company, but they are a FAMILY company, meaning they welcome their customers into the fold like they are brothers (caca) and sisters (dada). They have some of the BEST guides you will find in Tanzania (ask for Solomon or Simon if you can!). Once it was time to go, I found myself truly missing the Savana and missing our new Mazingira family. There are a ton of safari guides out there, but if you want a truly personalized, authentic ADVENTURE, look no further; MAZINGIRA is it!!!
