A perfect, professional tour that exceeded all expectations in all aspects.
Our tour was tailored perfectly to our specific requirements in terms of what we hoped to see and do. From our first enquiry and contact Vincent always replied very promptly to my many enquiries and even came to meet us at the start and end of our tour.
Peter, our driver and guide was simply exceptional. His knowledge is astounding and he took us the places other drivers would not visit so that we saw animals and scenes only we witnessed. It was clear other drivers looked up him, he rescued 3 of them stuck in mud! His driving was first class and safety conscious.
If there is a better company or tour guide out there they must be really something.

Great Memories
With Suricata we did our one of big dreams!! At first i and my wife are suspicious about the safari system. When you reservated you need to send % 10-20 money as a deposit. This makes me embarressed but when i arrived there, it easily dissappeared! Because they are really professional and trustworthy people! They pick up us from the airport and transferred to our hotel which our room has been already ready! After that we started our safari with a wonderful guide+driver Frederic! He is very good at his job! 3 days safari that we experienced. All the days we satisfied and happy! Becuse all the service are great, also our foods! Youssef who is our chef is also so talented! His foods are tasty!! We are also in a wonderful Toyota jeep. I highly recommend Suricata to all.. Many thanks to Hillary, Frederic and Youssef..

Incredible Safari experience & journey of a lifetime
Summarising our experience directly in the beginning:
We had the best time we could have wished for during our 6 days Safari with Mama Savana.
Already before we arrived in Tanzania, Alex from Mama Savana took great care of us by answering organisational questions within minutes (no matter at what time we texted him) and helping us to transfer the deposit to the correct bank account (which went smoothly and without any „risk“).
Once we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, a driver was waiting for us and brought us to a nearby lodge in Arusha where we spent a night to get rid of the Jetlag and to acclimatise. During the afternoon Alex visited us in person to say hello and tell us more about our upcoming Safari. We highly appreciated this personal warm welcome but the best was yet to come.
The next morning our guide Allen arrived and we started into the journey of our lifetime. Allen is the best guide and wonderful person due to many reasons: he is caring, funny, empathic, a really good driver, omniscient when it comes to wildlife and he treated us like members of his own family.
Our safari took us from Tarangire National Park where we enjoyed lunch surrounded by elephants to Lake Manyara, 2 nights and 3 incredible days in Serengeti (best & at the same time most exciting experience ever with lots of lions, leopards, giraffes, hippos and many more!) and into the impressive Ngorongoro Crater. Serengeti and the Crater have been our highlights of the trip due to the fact that wildlife and landscape are multifaceted and game drive is extremely diversified.
We experienced food, accommodation, safety and hospitality at a very high level and can definitely say: we lost our hearts in Tanzania.

Amazing Safari with the best driver and great organization

We travelled Kenya for our Honeymoon, and had a 7-day tour with the greatest tour guide Alex. He was a real professional! He had the deepest knowledge about each and every animal, he went above and beyond to help us catch all the animals and see them at best angles! Alex could spot and show us amazing scenes of wild life (the cheetah with 2 little ones eating a gazelle, which was the highlight of the trip! )
Our guide was very punctual and helpful, very sociable and fun! He was a very safe driver! He was willing to tell us all about Kenya, local people and traditions, introduced us to local culture and traditions! He helped us with all arrangements apart from game drives and gave us great advice!
We absolutely loved it! Thank you for making our honeymoon so unforgettable!

Booking a safari can be overwhelming. We were SO pleased with our experience with Nab-Hermu tours. The trip to Murchison had variety in landscape and natural features as well as an abundance of wildlife.
We did all of our booking and itinerary with Daniel, he was amazing- responsive, accommodating, and flexible. He helped me customize an itinerary to suit our needs perfectly. And when we needed to make a change just a few days she quickly made inquiries to accommodate and had us set up within hours.
We were in such good hands with our guide, Geoffrey. He was really just the best. We asked a bazillion questions and he was so knowledgeable and excited to share. It was clear he loves the land and the animals, which was so refreshing and inspiring to us as visitors. He listened carefully to what sorts of experiences we most valued and did his best to make it happen. Thank you Nab-Hermu tours, we are definitely coming back another year!!!!

Incredible experience
We just came back from a dream vacation in Tanzania. Our 5 day safari followed by 3 nights in Zanzibar was fully organized by Soul of Tanzania. It has been an incredible experience made only possible by the unique professionalism and competence of this agency. From the moment I first wrote Soul of Tanzania until the day we came back home, I was in contact with Luis who supported us at all times. During the safari, our guide Kennedy was amazing, knowledgeable, and super fun. Overall the organization was spotless and everything went smoothly. The accommodation both during the safari as well as in Zanzibar was way above what we expected. I really can’t recommend soul of Tanzania highly enough.
