The tour operator was knowledgeable, flexible and fun-loving
The tour was organized by Kerry Wyatt who was fantastic in her ability to respond to our requests and needs, recommend the best and value-for-money tours and accommodation, to match our expectations with what her tour company had to offer! She was also a great advisor on all things South African, on organizing travel itinerary even outside the Safari program and generally provided the most useful gateway for the first-time tourists to Africa. Her company, Indigo Safari, should be proud of having Kerry on its staff.
Indigo Safari operates in the vicinity of Hoedspruit on private game reserves and also on Kruger National Park. The personnel is very friendly, responsive to some extra requests and willing to help - with accommodation and other needs. The rangers are knowledgeable and fun, take all actions to show the tourists as much of nature incl animals as they possibly can while providing advice and guidance on safety. This is their common attitude adopted uniformly on the lodge and out on tours. I recommend Indigo Safaris for a great African experience to anyone.

Kenya is filled with very welcoming people and beautiful nature
The people of Kenya are very welcoming to tourists. I found that getting around is very easy if you speak English. Kenya lacks many of the modern day amenities of developed western countries, so be prepared for a culture shock if it is your first time. You should be pretty safe if you stay in the more tourist-y parts of the major cities. The safari was an experience of a lifetime, so the beauty of the natural world can really be experienced in Kenya.

Thieves
Wecam is a bad company that scams its customers. We trusted Wecam for a 15-day safari, but Mercy, the director of Wecam, stole from us. She gave us a bad SUV that broke down. We paid for a French guide we never had and unacceptable accommodations worthy of squatters!!! Mercy was supposed to pay us back for an abusive night in Nairobi and finally, she kept all of the money back for the hotel.
Mercy is a thief and the company is an unreliable and thieving company. FLEE Wecam Safari. Thieves.

A friendly and professional, they go the extra mile.
We wanted to do something special for our tenth wedding anniversary. So I decided to take an adventurous trip somewhere exotic and started my research on African safari experiences. I initially thought of going to South Africa. But after seeing greatly positive reviews about Martin (Owner) and the Earthwings. I thought this was it.
This was our first-ever safari to Kenya. It was truly incredible, thanks to Earthwings! On the first day, Martin and Johnson (safari guide) arrived in a proper safari Land Cruiser ahead of time at the hotel we stayed near the JK airport. We headed to Lake Nakuru.
Our safari was tailor-made for us. On our way to Lake Nakuru, we stopped at Lake Naivasha for a boat trip. A beautiful lake and we saw lots of birds, especially eagles. Also, a bunch of angry hippos.
It was overcast and drizzly when we arrived at Lake Nakuru late afternoon. So we thought we couldn't have a chance to see any wildlife. But Johnson knew the area well and set off for the afternoon game drive around the lake, where we were lucky to spot rich wildlife, including rhinos, giraffes and pink flamingoes. On the way back to the lodge, Johnson made a detour as he got a message about a lion spotting. Bingo, it was just a few minutes away from the lodge where we spotted a majestic male lion.
The following day we went to the incredible Masai Mara. It was a long journey, but the Land Cruiser showed its true capability on those rugged roads. Even after a long drive, Johnson took us for the afternoon game drive; it was just a taste of the Masai Mara.
The next day was a full-day game drive. It was great; we spotted a leopard with a fresh kill; leopards are the hardest to spot. We then drove through endless beautiful savannahs seeing all sorts of flora and fauna. Johnson made all the efforts to bring us the best no-rush experience of a safari. Highlights were spotting the Big Five and a family of lions and elephants. We went to the Tanzanian border and crossed the Mara river, where the famous great migration occurs.
Before the safari's end, we visited a Masai village, which was a unique experience.
Martin is a friendly, professional and practical organiser. Johnson was an efficient, friendly and knowledgeable guide. We felt safe and cared for throughout the trip. After returning to Nairobi, we all even went for a drink. It was the icing on the cake.
Thank you very much for the magical experience. Highly recommended!

He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable
We did a Soweto Town and Apartheid Museum tour with lunch. As 60 somethings, this is perhaps the best tour we have ever done, a very emotional tour at times, with so much to see and take in; reliving the bad old days we remember from not so long ago; seeing the little kids at the kindergarten and the joy at receiving a few little gifts and the way we were accepted by our Local Soweto Guide was heart warming. Pick-up and drop-off from our hotel was just a breeze.
IF YOU EVER DO AN ORGANISED TOUR IN YOUR LIFE, THIS IS THE ONE TO DO

Karibu Safaris In Kenya the best choice ever!!!
We spent 2 wonderful days with Karibu Safaris in Kenya.
Castro, our “crazy driver” apart from being polite and helpful, was the best guide. Thanks to his determination and great animal tracking skills we saw every animal we wanted to. We would definitely recommend Karibu Safaris in Kenya especially with Castro as your guide.
Thank you for the amazing experience!

5 day safari, aberdares, Lake nakuru and maasai mara
Our safari with tazama was great. The communication during booking was very good and informative although occasionally needed to wait a day or two for response.
The arrangements all worked well and were punctual.
The driver/guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. He also was willing to make a couple of extra stops on request.
The accommodation booked was great. The national parks visited were very good except the ark in the aberdares where few animals graced us with their presence.
