Fantastic experience with Bush 2 City Adventure!
We were two couples traveling together on the trip, but meeting in Kenya from the US. Unfortunately, due to travel issues (not booked by or related to Bush 2 City), my husband and I barely made it there in time to leave for our safari. We were quite tired and had had an insane experience over the previous several days to get there, and our checked luggage had not arrived when we got there. Once we met with Bush 2 City in the lobby the morning we were leaving on safari, everything got much easier.
Luggage situation - they took a copy of the baggage claim file, and once it arrived in Nairobi, were were in Masai Mara, and they were able to pick up the luggage from the airline, transfer it to a smaller airport, and have it delivered to us at the Masai Mara airstrip. This took very little from me to have to sort out, and I can't tell you what a weight off that was and how much I appreciate all of the things that I'm not aware of that went on behind the scenes to make that happen.
Guides - We had two guides, as you switch guides and vehicles at border crossings. We had Kevin in Kenya and Nickson in Tanzania. I can't say enough good things about both of them! You spend a lot of time every day with your guides as you are all in a confined space of a Land Cruiser for many hours. Both Kevin and Nickson are bright, articulate, and personable. We are very conversational folks and ask a lot of questions. I don't think there was a question that Kevin couldn't answer! You'd be lucky to get either of them as guides on your trip!
Accommodations - We chose the semi-luxury option for our trip. Most of the places were great. A constructive piece of feedback I'd offer is (if possible given availability, etc.) not booking so many nights back to back within the same chain. The food options between them are very similar and become repetitive after so many days/nights.
Overall - We had zero issues working with the company to set up this adventure, had zero issues with them during the trip - only many positive things to say! We would absolutely recommend them to friends and family, and if we return, would 100% work with them again.

Great experience excluding tour guide, Mr.Noely
Yes, I and my wife could see a lot of animals including all Big5 in this tour, it was great for us.
We got satisfied with it.
But our tour guide, Mr.Noely, his attitude to us was terrible, he ruined our experience.
We're really regret choosing this tour ant giving Mr.Noely tips.
The biggest reason why we're thinking so, is that he denied our religion.
In a convesation, we taught him that many people in our country believe in Buddhism.
He said to us,
" I HATE BUDDHA."
.....What ?? Why can he deny the religion others believe in ??
If you dislike other religion, you must not tell others that.
(We didn't say anything about his comment because we already understood his terrible humanity at that time, and of course we were afraid that he could abandon his responsibility to let us see animals tomorrow.)
The second reason is, he perfectly blamed his traffic violation on us.
He committed a traffic violation because we didn't fasten seatbelt on back seat of a car, and he had to pay the fine of it.
Then his attitude to us got terrible, drove dangerously with many tsk, and told us anything in a car.
Yes, it's true that we didin't fasten seatbelt, but that was because it's NOT illegal in our country, besides he NEVER told us "fasten your seatbelt."
Finaly, we decided that we gave him money ..... to save our lives and the rest of our tour.
There're so many other reasons why Mr.Noely 's humanity was terrible, but the margin is too narrow to contain it.
According to him, Mr.Noely have a 3 years-old daughter.
You must be an adult, because your child always see how parents behave, listen to what parents say.

Safe and responsible
I recently took a 11-day trip to Uganda from December 22nd to January 1st and was blown away by the experience. As an Asian, I had the wrong preconceptions about the African continent, but Uganda completely exceeded my expectations. I booked my trip with Mambo Gorilla Safari, and the owner, Didan and driver Moses, ensured my safety and well-being throughout the entire trip. I couldn't be more grateful. The safari experiences were outstanding, I had the opportunity to spot various animals such as Giraffes, Lions, Leopards, Hippos, Uganda Kobs, and more. I highly recommend the Gorilla and Golden Monkey trekking in the mountains. Didan even went above and beyond by inviting me to celebrate New Year's Eve with his friends, who were all incredibly friendly. If you can afford it, I suggest opting for medium or higher range accommodation instead of budget options, for greater comfortability. Overall, it was an amazing trip that I'll never forget.

Fantastic Experience
Fantastic experience visiting the various national parks with our professional and helpful guide. Nothing was too much trouble for Lion King, who were professional throughout. Communication was fantastic from the point of requesting a quote, right through to leaving our safari with them. Thanks for an unforgettable experience.

Everything perfect
I recommand Lenchada Safari. Khalifa has been an amazing driver and guide, we’ve seen all animals and he teached us a lot of things about the animals and the masai life.
He is a very good guide you can trust him 100%.
All accomodations are very good for a budget trip and all food is amazing too.

Experience of a lifetime
What an amazing and unforgettable safari experience, a brilliant service from start to finish. Our driver and guide Ezekiel was really fantastic, a great driver and very knowledgeable and passionate about the areas we visited and the animals, he made us feel really welcome and made the trip really enjoyable.
The accommodation was excellent all round with great food and service and perfect locations, the tented lodges being a real highlight. A real opportunity to be up close and immersed in nature but with the comforts you would expect from a hotel.
The safari drives were more than we could have asked for, with such varied landscapes and an amazing amount of animals with some great information and facts from Ezekiel along the way, seeing leopards on 3 occasions (and a cub!) in the Serengeti was really amazing. Many, many photos were taken!
It was also lovely to meet our fellow safari group members and share such a fantastic experience with a great bunch of people.
All in all a highly recommended company and experience of a lifetime.

Incredible experience!
What an incredible experience! We saw so many animals throughout our trip, more than we ever dreamed of. Seeing all the babies - lion and leopard cubs, elephant, gazelle, zebra, wildebeast and buffalo babies were a particular highlight. We saw such different landscapes and habitats every day and we stayed in some truly unique places. Our tour group came from all over the world and we had such a lovely time together, it was a fantastic experience to share.
A huge thank you to everyone - from the booking team who made planning our trip so easy, the fantastic hotel and lodge staff who were all so welcoming and also provided us with delicious food every day and of course especially to our wonderful driver and guide, Ezekiel. We couldn't have asked for anyone better - so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about each of the parks and animals as well as fantastic company. We really had the most amazing experience!

Friendly, trust worthy, 100% safe at the best affordable budget
After searching vastly for a reliable tour operator that worked within our budget, I was so happy to find Buyaga Safaris. And after interacting with Peter for over the span of two months, I was rest assured that we found an ideal match. But it sounded tooo good to be true!!
