An experience of a lifetime
We can truly recommend this company, in so many ways. In advance, we were a little bit skeptical due to the weather - it was going rain quite a lot. But the company were so kind and let us change the day for our tour. The communication and service providing has been excellent.
We felt the tour was basically tailor made for how we imagine the perfect Africa experience would be: Experience the perfect combination of wilderness and beautiful culture. The Safari was incredible (we got to see lions, which was so surreal), the camping was great, and visiting the Maasai-people the next day was the perfect ending to a perfect tour. Our driver were also so kind to film and send it to us after.
Considering the driving took 6 hours one way, all meals were included, safari for about 8 hours, accommodation, visiting the Maasai-people, and then another 6 hours drive back to the hotel, the money is well spent! The guiding felt so personal, and the experiences overall are defintely memories for life! And therefore, the value for money was high.

Adventure and emotions in Tanzania
We spent a week with Suma, from Savannah Explorer, who accompanied us to the most famous parks in Tanzania: Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Manyara, and the famous Serengeti. Every day was a discovery, nature, smiling people, the boundless prairies, the muddy streets of the villages, the Maasai tribes and above all the animals, from the funniest to the most elegant, those always seen only on TV, caught in their home , so real and majestic. A unique experience. We found the organization excellent and our guide Suma, friendly and helpful, relaxed even on the most impassable roads, gave us great peace of mind. We felt pampered and always safe. We left Tanzania with tears in our eyes

Initial correspondence was via email and everyone of them was replied promptly.
We were picked up at the airport by Francis.
He was well presented, courteous, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.
We were taken to our hotel (rainbow falls, which was lovely), where we were greeted by Oscar, the Zambesi expedition tour manager.
We exchanged phone numbers and was told that Francis was available to take us wherever we wanted to go. Our trip was very well planned, from start to finish including a Zambesi boat trip (alcohol and snacks included) and Victoria falls. We asked Oscar to arrange for a helicopter ride over the falls which he arranged straight after our walk. (amazing views and highly recommend).
The transport to Botswana, also included a safari and a boat trip on the Chobe River.
The hotel was lovely, overlooking the Chobe river. (complete with baboons).
From there we went back to Zimbabwe to the Hwange game reserve. Another amazing hotel overlooking a waterhole.
Another safari where we saw Lions and Crocodiles, as well as other animals.
Back to Victoria falls for our last day before being picked up by Francis and taken back to the airport.
All staff were so friendly and welcoming.
All guides were included so no hidden costs there.
Would definitely recommend this company. Would definitely use them again.
