From the initial inquiry and right through the booking process Wycliffe was professional and excellent addressing all our inquires and questions regarding our safari. Mike our driver guide met us at the start and end of our Safari he ensured all our journey went as per the itinerary planned. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and made our safari informative and fun, we sighted all the big 5 and several grazers in the plains of Mara not forgetting the Mara River Hippos and crocodiles. Definitely lived up to expectations, superb experience.

Wow! Just Wow!
We had such an easy and comfortable time discussing and planning our trip with Mrs Sona. During our booking process we had made several changes on our planned dates however Mrs Sona was extremely accommodating and gave us the utmost support. While on our journey she frequently checked in to ensure our trip was going well. Overall, we had a great experience and will continue to process our booking through Mrs Soan and Karibu Travel. DUMA EXPLORER THE BEST TOUR COMPANY IN TANZANIA!
In October our family was hesitant about traveling to Tanzania during the pandemic. However, we decided to go and we are so glad we did! Duma Explorer planned a trip of a lifetime. My husband and daughter climbed Kilimanjaro- which was an amazing accomplishment! My younger child and myself did a safari, trekked through the Ngorongoro Highlands an climbed Mt. Lengai. At the end of our adventures we all met up and spent a few relaxing days at the beach. Duma Explorer made the trip smooth and so easy! The staff and guides at Duma are incredible and we left feeling like they are part of our family! Be careful.
I paid USD 300 in August 2019 via wire transfer as a deposit to join the safari tour but I had to cancel because they offered a really high price in last minute before I joined the tour in January. So, I did not agree to join the tour and they agreed that they will refund the full amount of USD 300 to me in January. Since then, I've tried to email them many times to get me refund but they kept saying there are finance issues(even before COVID 19 situation) so they will refund later, however it's been 10 months since they acknowledged and refund has not been done. I will try my best to get me refund of USD 300.

Travel guide Sangwa was Incredible!!
We booked our tour in October 2020 and it was perfect. Trip Quest found us amazing accommodations and set a great itinerary of things to see. With pickup and dropoff from the airport, we didn't have any worries. We saw so many cool sites and animals. Our guide, Sangwa, who we had for 8 days, was really smart and fun. He showed us all the animals, birds and landmarks along the way. He taught us some Swahili and we had great conversations with him. He answered every question we asked and was a great guide for the week. I highly recommend Trip Quest and guide Sangwa.
Will definitely come back again and book with Trip Quest only. :)

Excellent Tour company
Med led us on an excellent safari tour visiting rhino sanctuary and Murchison falls national Park where we saw alot of wildlife animals, we we're very reassured and informative in all maters after having a well knowledgeable tour guide, i must say we enjoyed everything to the fullest.

Almighty Kilimanjaro Company- Amazing!!!!
Last month my family and I walked the lemosho route of Kilimanjaro and we absolutely loved it,Almighty Kilimanjaro suggested this route to us as it is 8 days which minimises your risk of altitude sickness due to more acclimatisation time. At many points we felt as though we were the only people on the mountain due to the lemosho route being a less commonly used one. The Almighty Kilimanjaro Company were faultless from beginning to end, our guides Emanuel and Jack were extremely knowledgeable and motivational, keeping our spirits high at some of the trickier points of the track. The food cooked for us by Ally, the chef, was always delicious and he always ensured we were happy with what was on the menu so we were getting enough food to keep us going. We were all lucky and none of us suffered from altitude sickness, but if at any points we didn’t feel 100% we were well looked after. All the porters that came with us were amazing, always smiling and couldn’t be more helpful. One thing I cannot recommend more is a toilet tent, to have a toilet near the tents that was always clean was such a luxury it made the world of difference. If you are thinking of climbing Kili please look into the Almighty Kilimanjaro Company, they made something very difficult very enjoyable and I can’t say enough good things about all the people we met on the way.

Amazing experience
It was my first safari and I am glad I had that experience. The organization with Mohamed went very well. The guide, Luca, has a very good knowledge of animal and plant life. He was able to show us well hidden animals and explain to us in depth their way of life. The best part, besides seeing many lions and giraffes, was the night camping in Sarengeti. In the middle of nature where I could hear lions during the night.
I can not tell you all the things I liked, but I fully recommend this experience.
