We were so, so happy with the personal and sincere attention. Anyone would have their work cut out trying to find a better experience of Uganda. The managers, Kevin, Brett and Bex were so attentive to every detail and really listened to you when you wanted to talk. Nothing during the whole of our 10 day holiday was disappointing. The food was scrumptious and the rooms spotless and cheerful.

Christmas in Kenya - Safari & Chale Island
During the 2019 Christmas holiday, our family of 4 (kids ages 8&9) spent 12 nights on a Kenya safari and Chale island holiday. We traveled with another family with kids similar ages. We all made memories to last a lifetime!
We stayed at 3 very different camps (Sweetwater's, Mbweha and Mara Safari Club) and ended our trip relaxing in the pools and beach on Chale Island. The Fairmont Mara Safari Club was our favorite camp. We saw ALL of the animals - leopard, cheetahs, lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, zebras, giraffes, hyenas, and so much more. I recommend the hot air balloon ride in Masai Mara!
Maurice helped with every detail of our trip. He met with us in Nairobi at the start of the holiday and stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well throughout the trip. He was always easy to reach by phone and quick to respond.

Excellent Tour Guide for Once in a lifetime experience.
Our tour guide was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He helped us spot a panther that would have been easy to miss. We was an excellent driver and also an excellent companion and we enjoyed his company through out the trip. I would recommend Zumbe Safaris

I found Maasai Mara Train company here in safaribookings and choosed, because Wilson comunnication I liked the best. We agreed on everything through whatsapp and e-mail. He listened my 'special needs' and thousand questions with very big patience and gave detailed answers. Wilson is flexibe in every way.
At the end me and my husband had private tour designed specially for us. At first we met Wilson and his brother Peter. Peter stayed with us as a driver and helped in every question. He was also great mate for conversations, and learned lot to us about Kenya. We went together to Naivasha lake, stayed there 3 nights in our tent, took a bike ride in Hells gate park, hiked mounyain Longolot. Then we said goodbye to Peter and joined some group to have not so expensive 3 day tour to Maasai Mara and Nakuru, and then we met Joseph - Wilsons cousin who was our guide to mountain Kenya and we had a lot of interesting conversations about politics, history, business and comparing our countries. Wilson also bought for us train tickets to and from Mombasa -Nairobi and everything went smooth.
We were happy that we chosed Wilsons company, everything was as planned, and something even changed as we wanted on the way. If we will go to Kenya with our children when they will be bigger some day, we will definetely contact Wilson and his family!

it was excellent , adventure and courage trip and outstanding feature of animal crossing river.
It has been guided very friendly & professional manner, we thank special to Mr. Martin Kamau, the one guide took us well and full-filled our entire day on entire trip with much patience and he has explained well about each and everything during safari.

we suggest everyone has to visit Kenya safari to get something difference wild experience which we wont get anywhere in this world and we are always guest in safari (for Animals) , as we should not spoil / disturb / pollute their Kingdom at any cost at any time.
there is no replacement for Wild-life & it is very wonder/ surprise to see that still people are living with their own traditional life style !

Best experience of my life!
GAbi(owner) and Edwin (guide) were the reason this was the best vacation for our lives. It Started with the many questions I had about traveling to Africa; she answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. She also helped my kids out of a situation (missed flight in Nairobi) that was not of her making; but she fixed it. The hotels, were all safe,clean, hospitable and amazing. The logistics of this trip would have overwhelmed many travel agents but she has experienced them herself so is able to comprehend our needs and communicated with us in a way that we needed.
Safari; where do I begin? Edwin is now family. Starting with the minute he picked up us JRO airport until he took us to Arusha airport eight days later. He was attentive and kind and as I said; now family. We were so impressed with his knowledge of the animals, the terrain and the indigenous people we encountered. He studied wildlife and tourism at the university and he was exactly what we wanted. He did not
stop until all of our requests were met. We saw the big five literally the first day yet everyday was better than the day before, if you can imagine.
We ended our trip with a four day Zanzibar vacation on the most wonderful beach. Again the people and service were fantastic. my only advice would be Let Urth make ALL of your arrangements flights, climbing, safari, beach all of it!!! Do not piece meal through different agents like we did. Gabi ended up having to fix things that were not of her doing. Yet She did it gladly and efficiently.
We loved URTH expedition and will do it again!!
