The communications to plan the safari were professional, detailed and thorough, including a video call that clarified a number of issues. Our thanks initially to Nickson and then to Anna, who was an absolute star throughout. You would normally say that a trip exceeded our expectations but in fact we had extremely high expectations and they were met. The accommodation, much of it our own choice, was mid-range but all good value and we received a warm welcome everywhere. We are experienced safari hands but this was our first safari in Tanzania. The amount of wildlife is astonishing. Serengeti and Ngorongoro are world beating. Tangarire and Lake Manyara are quieter but excellent in their way. Our Guide Goodluck was extremely knowledgeable and shared our passion for bird-spotting, making sure that we had enough time to confirm sightings and advice on key points of identification. If we had to say anything that was not 100% perfect it would be just that Goodluck's enthusiasm and determination that we would to see everything that could be seen, led to some long game-drive days, on one occasion 9 hours, and fewer toilet stops than this seventy something couple are used to. This trip was to have been part of our fitieth wedding celebrations in 2020 but Covid put paid to that. Knowing this, Lion King organised a bottle of fizzy, a cake, fireworks and a staff conga to celebrate our anniversary in the middle of the Serengeti. It was overwhelmingly kind and thoughtful. It's hard to find the words to fully express our gratitude for this kindness.

SEAMLESS SAFARI
The communication was seamless with Mary, who was our planner of the trip. She responded to my emails in a really quick manner, even on weekends, I really appreciated that. It felt easy to communicate with Mary before and after the trip. She managed to organize a great first safari for us that fit our budget. Gilbert was our guide and he was amazing and super professional. We were picked up from our hotel in Moshi to discover Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Gilbert managed to find the best spots for us to watch the animals. We did see all the Big 5, thanks to him.
The lodges and tented camp were inside the national park – very well located with plenty of animals to watch from the accommodation. We highly recommend Gilmag Safaris to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania

Excellent driver and scenic route
We booked a 7 day safari encompassing Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We were absolutely excited about the friendliness and service of the driver Livingstone, as well as the fantastic scenery and wildlife. The lodgings were -with a few exceptions- of high quality, and food was excellent. Misunderstandings about the hotel booking were dealt with swiftly.

He picked us at Radisson Nairobi and we did a 7 day tour starting with Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru, passed through Mau beautiful Mountains and ended in Masai Mara.
We enjoyed the wildlife at the Mara, Lerai camping and going for safaris around park. We miss, the magical Kenya’s captivating scenic locations, which takes people’s breath away.
We owe our happiness to Ben! He is an asset for this company as he is a living Enciclopedia!
At the end we nearly cried when we departed!

Effective and efficient service as well as comfortable transportation
It was my first time using this service provider. The driver, Reuben is a very good driver., is patient and is a guide with very sharp eyesight. He spotted a lion and his mate in a spot we would have missed. Overall, we had lots of fun and managed to see many animals in the park. Congratulations to Crimson Brooke Safaris. The entire trip was flawless from ideation to execution to being super quick to address any additional requirements/queries we had once we were on the trip itself.
Sarah Morris was on the ball from the moment we reach out to K&D to plan our trip. Respond time to all our emails was very prompt. We even had a group call a few weeks before we traveled to go over all our details, ensure we had all our documents and travel essentials ready. Sarah, Lauren, and Brondwyn also set up a whatsapp chat group to ensure they were always a message away while we were traveling.

Amazing Honeymoon Safari
As a heads up, I got this severely discounted because I worked on content production/marketing with Shiri Adventures, but that being said... I would have paid full price for this no question.
I had an incredible experience with my husband. Shiri helped customize a 7 day safari with us based on what we wanted to do/see, and once that was agreed upon took everything from there. We didn't have to worry about a thing, it was amazing.
Our guide Laurent has to be the best of the best. He was fun, he was SUPER knowledgeable, and he found us so many great spots. I am half certain he's some sort of superhero with super vision based on his animal spotting skills.
But overall, the safari, for what you get, at full price is VERY reasonable in comparison to others I researched. Pretty much everything is included (minus some random upcharges at hotels should you want them), and you'll have the time of your life.
Additionally, Linus the Managing Director, is an actual angel. He helped us with all our questions, helped us solve a pretty big issue right before we were leaving for Tanzania, and I couldn't be more thankful for him!
