The best and fastest response with fab deals.
5/5

I was replied to my inquiry within the day and found them very interactive and willing to wok on my schedule. They gave me amazing options and I had a very smooth stay and trip. Right from the minute we met over the internet to the time we actually met in Nairobi and then the further arrangements for travel around Kenya; they organised everything for us. It is one integrated service provider so I did not have o run around - Nairobi pick up and transfer to Hotel, Safari transfers, boarding lodging everywhere, park fees.... Everything was done. There were no hiccups and the service was second to none. In short :-
1. Their communication with me was prompt and perfect
2. I was very happy with the service I received
3. The tour was fantastic.
4. It was worth every penny spent
I would highly recommend this company anytime.

Wonderful safari in a private vehicle at good price
5/5

I did the safari when I known little about Kenya. But I only needed to give expectation and timing then they shorly designed the great program. Knowlege about conservation and nature protection is advantage of the tour operator as I you really learn about the wild life. Up to now, it was one of my most memorable trips

This trip was excellent and surpassed our expectations.
5/5

The attention provided by Isaac - our guide - was excellent at any time, he was very clear in his way of communicating and answered all our questions. The Lenchada camp was very good to, very good services provided by the staff. The hotel at the lake Nakuru was also great.

The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was that at the lake Nakuru, there were hardly any animals, except for a few rhinos, it is advertised as a bird paradise and there were none. If this was due to the season it would be a good idea to let people who book then know what is to be expected. Between going there and back we spent 8 hours driving and saw practically nothing.

The highlight was definitely Masai Mara.

A good experience. But would not do it again.
3/5

The service was very good. The hotels were great and the guide had enough knowledge about the nature and the animals of the parks, despite of been too serious. But I expected more. I thought it was going inside an savage reserve but it was a park, with demarked paths. And we saw many animals but not too many species. We didn't see leopards and Cheetahs, for example, neither any hunting. Wouldn't do it again.

Wonderful whirlwind week
5/5

My husband and I booked a week with Afro Honeyguides, and set our own hectic itinerary. A mixture of lodges and private accommodations (we had friends in Zimbabwe), and Afro Honeyguides made it all work seamlessly.

Accommodations arranged by Afro were perfect for us, with luxury lodges, a Gwange bush camp, and personal acquaintances providing variety, and comfort all the way. Rhino trekking in Matopos was definitely a highlite!

Andrew arranged a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls at the last minute that was breathtaking. (Pass on purchasing the video from the helicopter company - they don't play.)

Pick ups were punctual, vehicles were clean, our guide (Andrew) was personable, knowledgeable and a safe driver. I would use Afro Honey Guide again!

Thank you

Perfect service
5/5

We decided to go safari 3 days before we leave Zanzibar. it was like a last minute decision. They replied my request from safaribookings in minutes with a perfectly detailed offer. After chatting with Abdallah on whatsapp we decided to take the offer. We paid via credid card. Then the dream started. There is a plane from Zanzibar to Selous. They take yoy from plane and you directly go car safari. So i reccomend you just to take back packs. We had trouble to carry our luggage. We ve seen Lion , Elephant , Croc , Hyppo , Giraffe , Hyenna and even African wild dogs. The camp we stayed was perfect. The other day tge river boat tour was also amazing. I strongly reccomend Uhuru tours.

Exceptional
5/5

We were welcomed by the Travelers Link Africa by 'Angel' as she is called and indeed we had a heavenly experience with Travelers Link. The trip was well planned and Angel kept us updated about all changes. There were free refreshments on the journey which was very kind and thoughtful due to the hot weather. The tour guide was very well informed about the different animals and habits so we also learnt a lot on our Queen Elizabeth trip and we highly recommend Travelers Link to any one looking for a personal touch.

Ramarkable Experience
5/5

William & Original Tanzania were fantastic. William was personable and enjoyable to be with for 12hrs a day/5 days in a row. He knew the best places to look for each animal and was able to spot well-hidden animals that we would have overlooked. Our highlights include:
• Leopard w/ a baby giraffe in a tree
• Family of giraffes right outside our tented camp
• Pride of lions in a tree
• Following 3 juvenile cheetahs while they played and hunted
• Sunrise in the ngorongoro crater
It was a truly remarkable experience

An unforgettable Safari organised by a superb team
5/5

Hard to fault anything about this trip. Naiman was super communicative and was very flexible when we had to change our dates. The airport pick up went seamlessly. The accomodation recommended and booked was good and very comfortable. We stayed a night at Mount Meru in Arusha at the start of our trip which had a lovely pool and gardens. That evening Hajid our guide came to meet us to introduce himself and discuss our safari. A nice touch. He arrived punctually the next morning and was a safe driver who was very good company answering lots of questions along the way. We visited Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and the Serengeti. The Ngorongoro Farm Lodge was sublime. Beautiful big rooms, fantastic food and beautiful well kept grounds and pool with a wonderful welcome. Angata Tented Camp was an unforgettable experience with good food, attentive staff and listening to the animals at night in the surrounding wilds from a super comfortable bed. Impressively we even had a proper flushing ensuite toilet and hot shower!

The real hero of the trip has to be our guide Hajid. He went over and above our expectations. He found everything we wanted to see and more. He took us to great spots to view the great migration and in our comparatively short trip he found us around 25 lions, 3 cheetahs, rhinos, a wildebeest giving birth, lions mating, hippos, hyenas making short work of a carcass, jackals, bat eared foxes and any number of birds. Even before we even entered any of the parks he found great herds of giraffes and it was not just the animals. When I expressed some curiosity about the metal discs at the end of tree trunks being transported by a lorry, he stopped to ask why they did this (prevents termites). He told us so much about local life and also took us to visit a Masai Village which was interesting though a bit expensive - bargain heavily if you buy anything. The beaded item I bought for US$4.00 started out at US$30!
On our last day we were taken to the Coffee Lodge in Arusha for lunch. It was a very good meal and a nice way to end our trip. Naiman's brother came to get feedback which I thought showed how good this company is and how much they care that their clients are fully satisfied.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Quest. Their quote came in as the cheapest quote on Safaribookings.com but in no way was this reflected in the quality of service, standards of accommodation and it was really great value for money.
