Wonderful safari experience in Tanzania!
Together with a group of friends we had an amazing safari experience organised by J&R Safari Adventures. We have visited Lake Manyara National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Both days were fantastic, we have seen multiple animals, including 4 out of the African Big 5: lions, elephants, rhino and buffalos. Besides, there were many other species: zebras, antelopes, giraffe, hippos, wildebeest and many more.
We experienced an incredible moment, when a giant elephant, followed by a female and a young one went out of the forest just in front of our safari car - just a few meters from us!
J&R Safari organisation was a top notch! Very flexible in their approach regarding details of a trip, which went exactly as agreed!
Thank you for organising such an amazing time for us, just a few days ago!

The best budget safari experience.
I always imagined going on a safari holiday was something you did on your honeymoon or when you retired. I also imagined it to be super expensive so it was never an option for me. Let's fast forward a little bit, I booked some annual leave off work and decided only one week before I was due to fly that I would book a solo budget safari tour and tick it off my bucket list. The idea of 'solo' was daunting but exciting all the same. So a friend recommended Axis africa Safaris and the adventure began! My mind was put at ease when I booked my tour with Lennox, it was all a very straightforward and stress free process with Lennox always happy to answer any queries I had.
For the first part of my tour, my guide was Soloman, a super chilled, friendly and informative guide who did his upmost to ensure we saw as many animals as possible during the night game drive and the full day game drive. He filled our brains with interesting facts about the animals and was always at hand when you needed help with anything at all. My tour Group were all super awesome too and I never felt uncomfortable or awkward on my own.
The Massai Mara and the Massai village were absolutely incredible. An experience and memory that will last a lifetime. The 'Big 5' was ticked off and wow did we get lucky! Thank you Solomon for sharing that experience with us!
I then spent a day with tour guide Denis who took the group to Naukuru National park. Denis was also great and had lots of knowledge for us. He ensured we had lots of time to process and watch the beautiful animals and landscape we had around us. Not to mention being only a few feet away from the white Rhinos!
My final day was spent with guide Daniel. What a humble man and a book of knowledge. We took a drive through Naivasha national park and went on a nice walk. I washed my dusty hands in the hot springs and sat and watched all the herbivores while being able to get out of the car to take pictures (no predators here) then a trip to lake Naivasha for a boat ride to see the hippos and various different birds. Daniel ensured I was comfortable, happy and got to the airport safely for my flight home (very sad).
Bearing in mind that this was a budget safari, I personally couldn't fault anything at all. The accommodation was basic but I always had everything I could possibly need for example a nice hot shower, a bed with a mosquito net, standard but nice and fulfilling food and most importantly great hosts! My favourite accommodation was the Massai Mara Lenchada camp. We stayed in purpose built tents that had their own bathroom Inc a shower. I loved the vibe here!
If you're looking for an amazing experience shared with humble people that's budget friendly, this is the company to book through! If you're open minded and not looking for 5* luxury then you will not be disappointed.
The cost of this tour was very impressive and reasonable.
Thank you team for an experience of a lifetime! I'll be forever grateful.

Great Organizers of Family Volunteering Experiences in Africa
My family and I want to thank you all at Go Volunteer Africa for the most wonderful experience in Kenya. We will recommend your organization to anyone interested in volunteering and will also consider working with you in the future. You did an excellent job in every aspect and my children loved every bit of the experience.
We had some concerns and reservations because of the little children and weren’t sure if they would fit in and love the experience. We really enjoyed working alongside other volunteer families we met. My family will cherish all memories of the people we met and the experiences we had. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for my family.
Kenya was amazing, the culture, landscapes, and great hikes all in one trip, and, on top of that, we made several wonderful friends! The local team is doing some amazing work in Nairobi. Thank you so much Paul, for organizing this family trip. You were very responsive to our many questions and gave us useful information.

Excellent guides make for a top notch experience
From gorilla and chimp trekking in Uganda, to boat cruises and game drives, to urban experiences in Kigali, Rwands, Africa Tours Adventure made our trip a top notch experience. Our driver guides, Patrick, Chris & Bernard, were warm, funny, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the people, culture and wildlife we experienced.
We came as a group of 18 vegans and the company made sure that our dietary needs were met at every stop. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a safe but adventurous trip to these beautiful countries

Could not have been better
Cannot thank Melanie at Pembury tours. Booked a 2 week trip to South Africa with very little knowledge of the country.. the hotels chosen were fabulous and the Safari at lalibella was exactly matched to our needs. We met the staff along the way and all delightful. Even after we were back minor issues were still being sorted. So I cannot recommend them highly enough and will reuse them for our next African adventure

Vegan Uganda Gorillas
Visiting Africa has always been a big question mark for me. We heard about this vegan tour that was being organized and decided to be part of this group of 18 travelers. From the moment we arrived at the airport, to the moment we left, I felt safe, comfortable, and looked after by our guide Bernard. We had 3 cars with 6 people in each car. The three guides (also Patrick & Chris) worked together and stayed together to provide an exciting and memorable experience. The itinerary was excellent, and we stayed in some very lovely lodgings, starting from our arrival in Kigali, Rwanda. The company arranged all of our food options making it super easy, stress-free travel. Rooms and bedding were comfortable and all staff on various parts of the tours were eager to look after us. I was pleased to see that a number of women were working as porters, trekking guides, and rangers. They all did a great job and were very passionate about preserving the wildlife! Bring lots of small bills so it is easy to give tips!!

Took care of everything
I recently went on a trip with Lulu Safari, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the very beginning, Lulu Safari went above and beyond to ensure that my trip was going great. Their communication was excellent, and they took extra effort to make sure everything was perfect throughout the trip.
One thing that stood out to me was how Lulu Safari added an extra day to our itinerary to ensure that I could see the shoe bill stork in the marsh lands. This was an incredible experience that I will never forget, and I am so grateful that Lulu Safari went out of their way to make sure I had this opportunity.
Another highlight of the trip was the birthday dinner that Lulu Safari organized for me in Kampala. It was a fantastic evening, and I felt so special and cared for.
I also have to mention the superb driving of our guide, Samwell. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the journey through Uganda an unforgettable experience. We saw an abundance of birds, monkeys, and animals on our way to see the waterfalls, and Samwell was always ready with interesting facts and information.
One of the things that really impressed me about Lulu Safari was how they customized the trip for me. They made every effort to make sure I was happy and that the trip was tailored to my interests and needs. I felt like I was in excellent hands throughout the entire trip.
Overall, I cannot recommend Lulu Safari enough. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, and personalized service made my trip to Uganda truly unforgettable. Thank you, Samwell and Elvis, for everything!

Amazing Safari experience with super guide Eli!
We bought 1Day fly from Zanzibar to Nyerere (Seoul) park private (for a couple) Safari from Shammah Wonders Safari. Communication from the start was very timely, Justin answered my questions and provided all guidance about the trip. All the process from pick up from hotel early morning till bringing back in the evening was smooth and professional.
At the park we were met by super hero (not joking at all!) our guide for the day - Elihakim. Super knowledgeble, professional, very friendly and caring guide, told a lot about the animals, how they live and survive in the wilde nature. We did not ecpect to se so many of them, so expectations were exceeded. Eli did his best to spot animals and drove us as close as possible to them. It was an amazing experience for us. Highly reccomend to choose this company and have Eli as your guide!

Mmilo Tours went above and beyond for us, providing a magnificent safari experience.
Our group of four booked a 3-day luxury tour in Kruger National Park with Mmilo Tours, working specifically with Norman Lok. Unfortunately, just as we were traveling to Kruger, the weather and massive flooding there resulted in our lodge at Kruger being shut down very quickly (guests at our lodge were being evacuated by helicopter!). Norman persevered in trying to contact us about this situation at Kruger; however, he was unable due to our group not having access to wifi (due to a combination of load shedding and air travel on our part). That didn't stop Norman -- he actually intercepted our group at the airport before we boarded our plane to Kruger. And within just a few hours before he intercepted us, Norman booked an entirely different 3-day luxury safari for us at a different national park (Plenisberg) where weather was not an issue. We had an absolutely amazing experience on our newly booked safari in Plenisberg National Park. The staff, safari guide, and accommodations at Tshukudu Game Lodge were brilliant, providing an incredibly moving and profound experience for us. Our safari was an amazing end to our 2.5-week visit to South Africa, and our safari was everything and more that we were hoping for and needed. I cannot say enough positive things about Mmilo Tours, Norman Lok, and our lodge staff and safari guide. It. Was. Awesome.
