Excellent trip in a stunning, exciting country
Spent a few days in Johannesburg - a city with an obviously troubled history, but I never felt anything other than welcomed. Tours of the city highlights and Soweto was intruiging and moving in equal measure - but never dull and the people were wonderful.
Five days on safari in Kruger National Park was nothing less than magnificent - animals in abundance and the guides find even the elusive species, even in the rainy season. Need to time it though, as rains flooded some of the park days after I left, so I was lucky. Stayed outside the park in the excellent Kruger Adventure Lodge at Hazyview - game drives from there with excellent guides. Panorama Tour also thrown in, and this was a stunning day touring spectacular coutryside outisde the park.
Then on to Cape Town, which was stunning and friendly, with great beaches (although water is very cold) and a busy, interesting town centre. An excellent day tour of Table Mountain, Boulders Beach and the pengiun colony there, ended at Cape Point and the Cape of Good Hope - the traditional end of Africa, an incredible scenic and historic site which felt like the end of the known world. Simply amazing.
There is much more to see in South Africa than I covered, so don't limit your time there if you want to see it all!

Amazing experience soaking in the sun, Wildlife and Indian Ocean in Kenya
We travelled independently for 3 weeks in Kenya but used Leopard Orchid Safaris for our 5-day safari, which was excellent. We loved the Maasai Mara and Amboseli NPs. Loved going to Elsamere where Joy and George Adamson lived, near Naivasha. Loved weather - though some rain would have been welcome during this severe drought. Great accommodation - high end places for low end prices. Felt much safer than I was expecting - although armed guards were a frequent site. Kenyan people were very gentle, softly-spoken and polite. Maasai culture very interesting. Diani Beach area for 4 nights was very idyllic.

A land of natural beauty and diversity
The most incredible holiday destination. Weather was amazing, there is a wealth of natural beauty and such a variety of things to wonder at from the penguins at Boulders Beach to the stunning peninsula of the cape of Good hope, being chased in our car by the crazy baboons! Our mini safari was so much more than we anticipated and was well worth it, seeing a variety of wildlife for the first time. The sunsets were incredible on signal hill and the Winelands were just stunningly beautiful. Our apartment on the waterfront was incredible and we felt safe throughout our visit. The vibes at the V&A night and day were chilled, amazing food, great value and singing seals. We topped off our trip with a sobering visit to Robben Island which is a must. This was my second visit to Cape Town and I can’t wait to go again

I had the most remarkable tour with Chris Sanyu and Native Africa tours! Not only was everything perfect, but I felt, in every instance, that Chris truly cared about the whole process and did his best to make this trip memorable. For a well-traveled individual, this definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey of my life - something I will remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. Chris was pre-emptive and always went the extra mile to make sure every aspect of the trip was memorable. He even altered the initial paid for plan and included side trips (bearing in mind he had to get me to the airport on time). You fee truly safe with his company and the food quality, hygiene is very good. The hotels organised were amazing. Doing the safari with Salomon and his team were great, we felt safe along the trip, he was very caring with my children, we lacked nothing more, we saw lots of animals.
We slept in very clean and very comfortable accommodation with private shower

I had a time in Masai Mara, James organized everything for us, he is very reliable and precise!
We stayed at Lenchada Tourist Camp, nice food and comfortable tents in a green environment. The safari at the park was amazing, James is very nice, a good dj and most of all an excellent drive, he got us to see bunch of animals and beautiful landscapes. I was very happy to support his young agency, highly recommended =)
