The Safari exceeded our expectations entirely, great experience!
My friends and I had great time from the first day to the last day. We toured Tarangire and Manyara. We were able to tour Arusha City in between too where we stopped at local food places from tandoori chicken joint, samaki makange (fish with vegetable gravy and some local herbs, spices) to nyama choma spots (grilled meat), appetizing breakfast etc! Excellent hotel services, mouth watering picnic meals, AND PROFESSIONAL TOUR GUIDE. It was an incredible experience. We also stopped on the way a couple of times times to support local vendors! We didn't feel rushed at all, or pressured to see animals. Our guide was fantastic. He drove safely and was knowledgeable, and passionate about his job. He was patient and great with the all of us. Also the vehicle was in great condition. We are planning to go back soon for a longer safari!

Our 3day trip to Maasai Mara was amazing. Everything went super from the pick up at the airport to the game drives with Peter.
He knows those routes well and was always ensuring that everyone was satisfied, despite being a group of different characters and ages…the interaction was a success! Most definitely a trip to remember!

Excellent Excellent!
We did a 4-day tented safari and it was really the experience of a lifetime! We saw all the big 5 and much more. Also a lot of special sightings such as servil cats and a cheetah. Our guide kababa was very good at spotting the animals and also very knowledgeable, always explaining us interesting facts about them. Our chef Dullah was also great and cooked fantastic food for us. We really enjoyed it a lot and especially my friend was very happy about the excellent gluten-free food she received! The tents were huge and very comfortable and it was awesome to hear the animals so close by at night. Shabani was very kind as well, answered all our questions very quickly and patiently during the planning and booking of the safari. We were even able to arrange a short private tour with him to the Materuni Waterfall a few days later when we had a long stopover between two flights. All in all everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend booking with Nchingo safaris!

We have done a 5-day tour staying at campsites (inside and outside the parks). Lake Manyara, Gnogongoro, Serengeti and Tarangere.
They were all impressive, but the Serengeti for me was the most complete.

A+ safari tour guide Maxwell
This was our first safari experience and it exceeded our expectations! We had Maxwell as our tour guide/driver and he has 10 years of experience going through the safari lands, so we were able to see all of the Big 5 and many more animals on the 3 day tour. He was also great with answering questions about the animals, and made sure we were comfortable and safe from the wilderness. We got as close as a few feet from lions, giraffes, and elephants. We also saw zebra, crocodiles, hippos, gazelles, warthog, heartbeats, some types of birds, and others I'm probably leaving out. The 3 day tour was the perfect length of time - first day arrived at the Jambo Mara Lodge and went for a half day game drive. Second day was a 12 hour game drive. Third day was a visit to one of the local Masai tribe villages where we were given a tour of the village by the Masai community. We saw more animals on the way back since you have to pass through the area to get back to Nairobi. The Jambo Mara Lodge was a full hotel within the park, with a pool.
Highly recommend this tour and Maxwell as the guide!

Great trip with a guide who new where to go in Masai Mara
We had a great trip with the guide James. He had knowledge of where to go and what to see. He could have given a little more detailed information while we were drivning in the park.
But a great guide and we highly recommend him.
We did a late request for a safari and we got a quick response. Only information we did not get was to not pay full amount via M-Pesa, the company made us pay 26 usd extra as a M-Pesa fee.

Exceptional 5 days of Safari!!
We did 5days with Raymond's Company and we are delighted. It is also largely thanks to our French-speaking guide Muddy who is a superb driver and a bible of Tanzania. He also has lynx eyes, he found us rock damasks resting on a rock and that was almost 100m away in a dense forest, that says it all. We also made the big five thanks to his eyes

Refund not payed according to homepage! No Money returned
I booked a travel for 8 people before the pandemic, according to the homepage the refund could be payed back without any problems, so I payed full amount of the trip.
Even if I have been in contact with the travel agency (marhabaholidays) and discussed a payback plan since I belive in trusting people, no money have been returned despite it is over 2 years of waiting.
Do not book with this travel agency!
