One day wonder!
I was only available for one day to take a safari starting from Dar es Salaam, and the Tanzania Mwangaza Safari team were able to deliver an amazing experience at short notice!
The day spent in Nyerere Park (Selous) was fabulous. My ranger Bugusa mbalinga was extremely knowledgeable and was able to show me every animal I could have hoped for thanks to his dedication to give me the best experience possible - even a lionness and three cubs!
The team were friendly and easy to deal with in all aspects from booking to travel to and from the park. I highly recommend the team for anyone visiting Dar

Amazing Safari
My Friends and I had an amazing 3 Days Safari in Tsavo West and Tsavo East. Our Locations were cool and good organised (Salt lick and VOI Wildlife). Animals could trink water and relax themself about 5m far from us. During the day we crossed the different Parks and saw a lot of animals (lions, Zebras, Giraffe, ecc) and once we made a night Tour...Simply amazing! We saw lions haunting and eating in Front of us.
Dicky was Always helpful and punctal by picking us up. A good and kind person. Thank you for everything.

Obag African Safaris is the best of tour Company I saw in Tanzania .
I really never see the Company like this.
The Guide (Ngunda) is very good , enough experience and full of explainations about the bush .He is strong , chaming and caring person .
Also he did what he promised before safari ,
Am sure I payed less than I get .
I saw all I wished to see , a lot of animals like Big group of Elephant and Lion as I wished.
I will not finish to explain about Obag but for sure this is my best Company and favourate in Tanzania .

2 safaris: Ruaha (August), Mikumi (September); Reliable, great knowhow of - and respest for nature
My wife, our 2 kids (1y and 4y old) and I went on a 2-days safari with Max in Ruaha national park (August 2022) and a 1-day safari with my little family and my parents in Mikumi national park (September 2022)
Max has good communication skills so the arrangement and prepartion of both trips went very smooth, on top of that he was punctual and reliable.
Max was very kind and shares his knowledge about the parks and the animals with pleasure.
Our oldest son is quite talkative and active but that didn't seem to bother Max, on the contrary, he put our son on the front seat and gave him twice an amazing safari experience.
Best proof that we like(d) the Double G Safaris experience is propably that we booked a second time (Mikumi September) and we will book a 3rd time in the nearby future as well.
Tip; Max and his crew have several cars, I think you're free to request/discuss which kind of car you prefer the most (closed or open ..)

Raylenne has organized post-mission tours for our medical team for over 20 decades. We have done safaris in Tanzania, Kenya, and most recently, a gorilla trek in Uganda. It was flawless. We had a team of diverse ages and abilities, and recognizing this, our wonderful guides Tom and James, negotiated the optimal trek route in Bwindi for us, and every team member had a great gorilla experience. Many team members did additional birding and cultural hikes afterward as well. Our accommodations, Mahogany Spring Lodge, were fantastic as well. Post-trek massages recommended. Excellent Tour with Local Company
Amazing safari experience. Pickup to dropoff well organized. We did a budget trip and the hotel/camping was spartan but clean. Saw all of the big 5 animals during our trip to Tarangire, the Serengeti, ngongoro crater, and lake manyara. Had a vehicle breakdown (axle break) in the Serengeti but the vehicle was repaired same day and we were ready to go the next morning. During that time we relaxed at camp. You’ll also have some cultural experiences during this trip which enhanced the experience. Also, the company is locally owned and run which isn’t the case for a lot of the bigger companies so you’re supporting local with them. Great food, but lots of beef so be prepared!

Locally run company that you shouldn’t hesitate to book with!
This was a great experience for the value we paid. We did a 7 day safari and were taken through 4 different parks across Tanzania. Our guide, James, was extremely knowledgeable and could answer any question we had about Tanzania culture or wildlife. The camp sites were comfortable. Each had a washroom facility and a closed area for eating meals (typically lit). The food was prepared fresh and was always delicious. This is a great, locally run company. Don’t hesitate to book with them!

Soul of Tanzania is an excellent tour operator.
My experience with Soul of Tanzania was wonderful! I went to Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, and had a day trip to Kilimanjaro. Sandy was so helpful planning my holiday and answering all of my questions. My safari was amazing! I saw so many amazing things, more than I could have expected, I was so fortunate. My guide Gabriel was the best guide. He has been a guide for 16 years and you can tell. He knew about all of the animals, big and small from the lions to the birds. He also know about other things from the trees to the termite mounds and he taught me a lot. He got me in the best spots for photos and stopped every time I wanted to take a picture which was a lot! Also, he was a lot of fun to be with. I am planning another trip to Tanzania and I will be using Soul of Tanzania and I will be having Gabriel as my guide! Thank you so much!!

Seamless trip from start to finish
Susan couldn’t have been more helpful when planning my trip, coming up with different ideas and itineraries to fit my budget and expectations. Communication was excellent, and when I came down with Covid just 2 days before departure, she swiftly moved to find dates for later in the year. From getting picked up at Victoria Falls airport, to all the tours, transfers, and accommodation in both Zimbabwe and Botswana, things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Travelling to Botswana is expensive, but worth every penny.
