Amazing!
5/5

We had such an amazing time on our safari! We were able to see almost all the animals, many of them were very close to us. Our tour guide was great and really did everything he could to help us see as much as possible. Definitely recommend!

Amazing safari trip
5/5

Our group travelled from Kampala to Murchison Falls and the drive to there was very comfortable. In the safari we got to see all the animals that you could see while visiting there. The accommodations were very nice and the food there was amazing. The 3 day trip was just perfect.

An unforgettable experience with the perfect provider! Definitely recommended!
5/5

I would like to say one thing in advance: I would recommend Suricata to friends and family anytime, because our expectations were more than exceeded. We had an indescribable time on our four-day safari to Tarangiere, Ngorongoro and Serengeti (a varied and absolutely worth seeing itinerary), during which we felt super comfortable. Suricata does everything to create a perfect experience for the customer. With all our questions, requests and problems (choosing the right payment methods) we were helped by Mr T and our tour guide Ezekiel (the best! Funny, friendly, very good driving skills even on difficult terrain and super knowledgeable about wildlife) helped us quickly and very customer oriented. Everything went exactly as booked by us in advance. Our tour group was made up of people of the same age, we had a lot of fun together. The accommodations (mid-range) were indescribably beautiful and the food and service were really great. I would book with Suricata again anytime, it was worth every penny and the right organizer for an experience that should be simply unforgettable and was for us - also thanks to Suricata.

Absolutely brilliant!!
5/5

Such a brilliant experience, it was all arranged with James over WhatsApp. He was such a gracious host and guide, from collecting us from the airport, the drive to Mara.

We stayed at the Enkorok Mara Camp which was brilliant, the staff were super friendly and attentive, the food was also excellent.

The actual tour was magical, James knew the pack very well and we got to see a lot of animals, in fact, on the very first day of the tour we saw a pride of lions!! We also got to visit a local Masai village which was very educational and eye opening.

Thank you James for an experience of a life time, the trip was definitely value for money.

the tour operator Frank was very
5/5

my wife and I wanted to travel to Tanzania and explore part of the Serengeti. We planned this trip by researching the different options available to us on the internet. We came upon Serengeti Smile website and Frank the owner communicated with us directly. This company organised a private guide and driver in a well equipped 4 x 4 vehicle, accommodation in the Marera Valley Lodge and the Bougainvillea Safari Lodge. The guide Champion spoke fluent English and was very informative. There were very good reference books appertaining to animals and birds in the vehicle for us to read. A picnic lunch which was very good was also included in the game drives. The hotels that were chosen for us were of an excellent standard. We also requested that we do a coffee tour. This was an amazing experience. Overall, this company organised a high-end tour for us. We will contact Frank again to organise more safaris in the amazing country that Tanzania is.

Even though we book last minute, they catered to all of our requests and we had a great few days of safari. Yasin was very knowledgeable and always make sure we were enjoying our trip. Our highlight was Lake Nakuru.

More than I expected
5/5

The overall experience was great, I was lucky to see the big five. The suggestions of places to visit was really helpful, the rides were excuisit and the drivers were always on time, explaining every single creature in details. I feel more knowledgeable about the wild than I was when I first visited.
Would I use jocky tours again? You bet I will

A day well spent in Moshi!
5/5

In a group of five, after our breakfast, we had booked to visit Materuni Waterfalls and Chemka Hotsprings on a one day excursion. We saw the famous Mount Kilimanjaro and hiked to the Materuni Waterfalls. We also learnt about the chaga tribe, local coffee and local banana beer making factory. If it was cool to see how alcohol can be made from very basic fruits and the taste was really magnificent. We then drove to Chemka Hotsprings for a swim. The booking process was smooth with Lilian and the guide Andrew was so friendly and informative, we learned some few dance moves to some Tanzanian songs
