Good but needs some improvements
We did with Kiliholidays a 6 days ascent to Kilimanjaro and a 4 days Safari. In total we were 3 people.
The ascent of Kilimanjaro to Kiliholidays actually sub-contracts to another company that does just that. Despite the friendliness of the main guides, we felt that they lacked a bit of sensitivity to communicate the difficulties of the climb, why we had to do certain things like drink plenty of water or go slowly. They need much more organization and professionalism.
On the third day one of us started having vomiting, headaches and the oxygen level was low and we ended up giving up on the climb.
Even though we only did 3 days instead of 6, we tipped 300 dollars and at that moment the friendliness of the guides ended, being offended. We know that their work is not easy, especially for those who carry the material, but we already paid enough for the climb and so the 300 dollar tip would be more than enough for even more having worked half the days.
This tipping situation shouldn't even exist, it seems like an obligation that later causes people to falsely like it.
After Kilimanjaro we asked Mack to book us a few more days in a hotel and everything went well, Mack was even kind enough to offer us a guided tour of the Mt Meru Waterfall which was very good.
On Safari we visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Ngorongoro Crater park, our guide God's Son was excellent, spoke very good English, had a lot of experience and knowledge of the animals and the whole region. He knew perfectly where the animals could be, he was super calm and sensitive enough to understand what tourists want.
The jeep, despite being old, not having the most modern comforts or panoramic windows, did not break down or have any problems, which turns out to be the most important thing. Anyway, if in the future they manage to have better cars, they will be able to provide a better experience.
Before booking the trip with this agency I exchanged several emails with Mack and he always gave quick answers, compared to others I only noticed that he could make suggestions based on our briefing. The payment method, fees, tips and documentation should have been clearer and simpler even though everything went well.

Great Safari with one of the best guides in Tanzania.
We had a wonderful time in Tanzania and even saw the Big Five as well as the migration on our Safari. We spent the whole time with our Guide Ozzie who led us to all the important spots on the right time and did everything so that we could enjoy our journey. We felt very safe and welcomed all the way up to the North of Serengeti. Special thanks to Ozzie for his excellent guidance.

wonderful trip in Tanzania with Gundua
I used safaribookings.com to find a local agency to organize our trip. Several agencies answered and I chose Gundua because the quality/proce level was good and they were very professional answering my questions, quick and with details showing they know their business. It has been the right choice: everything went perfect, excellent service. very nice and efficient driver, staying at very good camps for a fair price (I would not say cheap because Tanzania is not cheap but for the same price than other companies Gundua was offering a higher level of camps and hotels. Do not hesitate to travel with them. Our route was: Manyara-lake Easy, Ngonrongoro- Central Serengeti-North Serengeti to spot the migration-Lake Natron- Mto Wa Mbu - Tarangire - Chagga area close to Kilimanjaro
I would only say Manyara is not top, but not bad if it is your first park and Chagga area is not woth the 6 hours drive (3+3) from Arusha. All the other places were incredible and hot spots you cannot miss, especially if you want to see more than just animals: tribes (and not only Masai), local culture and live.... Morever Gundua organized wonderful experiences: nice treks to waterfalls, eating with local people, visiting plantations...

Beautiful green lush country with friendly people
After spending some time in Kenya (dry and rough in most places), it was refreshing to travel through Uganda for a few days. The landscape was breathtaking, so many green hills - not to mention the incredible Bwindi Forest where we had the opportunity to see Silver Back Gorillas in the wild! The roads were much better than in Kenya, and the people were friendly - especially towards women who seem to be well respected in the Ugandan society. The amount of wild life can't compete with Kenya's huge & abundant national parks though. Overall I had a lovely time in Uganda and I'd be happy to return!

He was helpful and patient
Got great views of the animals and was very happy with the mid tier lodging. They also were far more reasonable on pricing compared to other operators.

Fantastic trip
It was our first safari and this company did not disappoint. The people were so great at making sure all of our needs were met. The booking agent Edward was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate us. The driver/guide Jackson was fabulous and told us so much so much about the parks and the animals. Great value for our money, we did the mid range and it was wonderful. Highly recommend.

100% recommendation
We did a 3 day tour to Mikumi National Park.
We felt very well advised and taken care of in advance. Isaya helped us in advance with all the questions we had (visa, hotel recommendations, etc.) and we also received support with our onward journey (ferry to Zanzibar, taxi driver).
The tour/safari itself was very well organised and planned, but also left individual wishes open.
Isaya and his brother Godfrey were very eager to tell us everything about their culture, the animals and their country. We felt comfortable and welcome from the very first second. They were always on time and very concerned about us.
We can recommend Kihindo Tours 100% because we had such a fantastic time.
Hakuna matata.
