Super Reliable & Efficient Company!
My family and I went on a 14-days-customized private safari from Nairobi and ending in Mombasa. Claire as my main contact proved to be a very efficient and reliable organizer who patiently answered all my questions and made adjustments and changes wherever necessary. Our driver and guide was Joel who I would recommend him for any safari. He is a very experienced and reliable driver as well as a great guide for game viewing. Everything he did was very attentive and efficient. He really went out of his way to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. We enjoyed his company very much and would go with him to the remotest corners of Africa. I can recommend Ravina Tours to anybody as a very trustworthy company. It is always a bit awkward to send money ahead of one’s trip without know what to expect. In this case – you are very safe and in good hands!!!

Everything taken care of
Great experience with Aron as our driver. Everything was taken care of in terms of meals, lodging, transportation. Just had to show up and have a good time. Communication with the owner, Hillary, to adjust the schedule and coordinate was very fast and responsive
Aron was a hero for getting the car out of some pretty gnarly mud gullies! He did a great job of getting us to all the animals we wanted to see. Fun guy with a good sense of humor too.
Two things to improve:
- I would have loved if Aron was more talkative when it came to educating us about the animals and the region. Often I had to initiate questions to him.
- The group (including the guides) got a bout of food poisoning at the second lodge (Ngorongoro Tortilis Camp) due to some bad fish. Maybe no more seafood or other risky meats for the lodging meals…

We had a 5 days Safari. Everything was well organized. The guides were professionals and we saw good games because of that. Would recommend this company strongly. It’s runt by a local named Hamis. We did the 3-day tour with a group of 10 friends from Boston. It was incredible! I would definitely recommend anyone doing it, it is worth it. Our tour guide was amazing and made sure we saw all the animals. He was very friendly and very accommodating to meet all our wants and needs

There are so many companies in Tanzania to book a Safari or tour, but we were so glad we found this one! It made our honeymoon unforgettable. After the Gombe tour, we also booked a 5-day Safari and a day tour to waterfall/hot spring here. Everything is arranged well, always a good guide, good food and very nice locations. The communication is excellent. You know your holiday is in good hands. I would recommand this to everyone.

Perfect, beyond all high expectations
Wonderful experience in Uganda due to the professionalism and enthusiasm of Pamoja Tours and Travel. Thanks to them we had two wonderful safaris, one in the South West at Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park and Lake Bunyony, the other at Murchinson Falls N.P. and at the Ziwa Rhinos Sanctuary. We were able to easily meet a family of 13 mountain gorillas with two silverbacks, enjoy beautiful lake sceneries, thrilling waterfalls in an amazing natural setting, incredible safaris meeting the 5 Big Five and so much more. The guide/driver was knowledgeable, attentive and unobtrusive. The organization of the pre-arrival trip, impeccable, with continuous communications and updates. Excellent value for money. I can’t describe because our son was in touch with the tour operator
I can only write about our two amazing guides- Paul and Issa. All the communication was done by our son. But the tour itself was very well planned. Paul and Issa became our dear friends who succeeded to make our trip - the best experience ever ! We really hope we’ll come back one day and will FOR SURE choose only Paul an Issa again. Well organized tour with an amazing guide
We booked a 5 days 4 nights tour to Kenya with Hyrax through safari bookings. It was a very well organized tour across Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara. Since this was our first African Safari we did not book the tent experience inside the Mara reserve, which in hindsight we feel we should have done. That is the only crib I have with the tour. We were able to cover the big five within 2 hours of the game drive in Mara. Mara is a must in a lifetime experience for all and it is the closest that one can get to nature.
A big shout out to our tour guide Ben was very friendly, knowledgeable and was very accomodating with requests from our side. Roselyne who was managing our bookings was extremely supportive.

The experience I had with CBS on my short trip to Nairobi National Park is out of this world.
Starting from the comfortability of the vehicle to the amazing Driver who can spot animals a mile away and all their affordability and convenience is something else.
