Celebrated birthday and honeymoon
I had my birthday and honeymmon celebrated during the safari. My husband organized the surprise and it was too lovely. We loved hotels making our beds colorful, puuttting flower decorated in our room. Dancing and celebrating during bush dinner was the best moment. We received a special arrangement and plant a tree in Masai mara. Eveything was so amazing, thanks to you all!

The experience was bravo! Communication I would rate 10/10. Value of money is 9/10, driver guide 10/10, hotel 9/10, food 8/10. We did not enjoy the food much because there was not many vegtable options, and too much calories in the diet. The safari was excellent, we saw all animals we expected to see. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to travel to Kenya and Tanzania.

Best Tour in Our Life
We were a group of six, booked a tour with Sino Africa Safari. We exchanged a lot of emails before we confirm with them. They made our safari memorable and unforgettable. Everything in details were organized so well. Our vehicle was so new, the driver was speaking excellent English and driving skill. We saw different types of animals including Big Five (we saw lion families so many times). We had good time with giraffe kissing and boat safari. The safari was perfect! I would say it was the best best tour!

Craig & Bianca made my tour amazingly memorable.
I cannot express how incredible Craig & Bianca made my trip to South Africa & Zimbabwe. The level of communication leading up to and during my trip was stellar. Their overall level of service was awesome. I had a spectacular time and won't hesitate to book with them again. I did a semi-private tour and they made me feel more like a friend than just a client. It was worth every penny.

My husband and I visited Tanzania on Safari for two weeks to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was a trip that did not disappoint. We visited the Ngorongoro Crater, the Eastern and Northern Serengeti, and Tarangire National Park where we stayed at 4 different Lemala camps with beautiful accommodations, delicious food and wonderful service. We went on daily game drives with a great guide who knew the territory and shared interesting and informative facts about the animals. We saw so many animals, including several that are less common to find. Our guide had “good people sense” and could pace us according to our energy level on a given day and what we wanted to do. He also had good suggestions for maximizing the experience.
Our favorite animals were the cheetahs, elephants and the famous river crossing of the wildebeests (which we saw twice!).
The only thing we would change about the trip is to shorten it by 2 days. We saw so much during our time that we didn’t need the extra days. Overall it was a once in a lifetime trip we will always remember!

Amazing safari and beach holiday
We loved it and would highly recommend it. The communication from Classic Journeys was brilliant and Charles patiently answered all my questions and added an extra night on to the itinerary for us. Our guide, Sameer, was very knowledgeable, friendly and a great tour guide. When we told him we were interested in birds as well, ensured we saw many birds. He was great at identifying them including the LBJs. The camps were all great, especially the ones in the Mara and Amboseli. We are vegan and were well catered for everywhere, especially in the Maasai Mara where the chef would come out every night to chat to us about our meals. We can't wait to go back and will definitely use Classic Journeys again as they were excellent and very good value for money.

Tailormade has put together 3 trips to Africa for myself and my husband. Areas covered have been Rwanda, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, and Ethiopia. For each trip we have worked with Clyde Beaty, the founder or Tailormade, and he has provided us just the kind of trip we wanted. Having been a safari guide in Africa himself, he has a very deep knowledge of the country and the travel resources that are available. In every case we have had the type of accommodation we wanted, whether it was mobil camping or a luxury lodge. The in country guides he has provided have been absolutely the best. In addition to that, Clyde is always available in case there is anything unexpected that comes up during the trip. I mean it...really, he is just a phone call away to straighten out whatever you need help with. I can't say enough about the service and the product.
We returned from our most recent trip in November of 2021....In other words, we booked this trip and completed this trip during the Covid Crisis and it was one of the best decisions we have made travel wise. Our trip to Madagascar was postponed twice because the country is not open for international travel, so Clyde suggested we go to Zambia and Botswana who were open and safe to travel. In fact, I felt safer than at home. Absolutely all the staff and all the guests at the lodges were fully vaccinated. The guides were all fully vaccinated. Aside from the time spent in our individual rooms, all the meals and all the safaris are outside. We couldn't have been safer and the additional upside is, aside from the wildlife, Africa is currently uncrowded. We will never see Africa like this again. It was a unique opportunity. I know people are hesitant to travel because of the Covid testing that needs to occur between countries and when one returns home. Clyde arranged all of that. Everybody arrived on time to administer our test in a way that did not interfere with our travels and the results were all delivered even earlier than promised. Really, I mean these folks even met us out on a game run one time to administer the test! Clyde monitored all of this from afar and made sure that everything went smoothly.
If you are ever thinking of going to Africa, Clyde is the person to book your trip and now is the time to go.

Superb
We used Alex/EA for our honeymoon. Originally booked for November 2020, we finally managed to go at rather short notice in November 2021. Even without COVID, our trip was beset with (enitrely blameless) rotten luck, including a last minute safari lodge change, the Blue Train literally derailing and a red list change meaning we had to get home urgently. Throughout all of this Alex was sensational, ensuring that we had the best possible time. Judging by the way we were treated, we are convinced Alex's hidden hand was there to make sure we were especially looked after.
Alex was a certain 5* across communication, service, value for money and reliability. The trip itself was magnificient and one we will remember for the rest of our lives.
We have had no hesitation in recommending Alex to friends and using her again. Indeed, our trip was so fantastic we fully intend on going back, and will be using her again for sure!
