You know a tour company is customer focused when they can set up a safari within hours of contacting them - even for a single person like I was. The overnight accommodation between Ngorongoro and Manyara they booked was world class.

Unforgettable service with Noel kindness and helpfull.
The Safari itself is a real nice experience. It is worth to drive so many Kms to see all the best big 5 and Frederik guide and Ben cook were really kind. Ben s food is delicious and Frederik was really nice and with knowledge about the wild life.
In terms of service what really surprised me was the attitude and sense of customer service of Noel. I never find such a person with so much care about clients and he was really helpfull. I needed a balance for a SIM card, he did it for me, I lost the contact ofy taxi driver after dinner he picked me up in the city, always I felt Noel was doing everything to offer us an exceptional experience. Noel was over performing and paid attention to us as I never had felt before. I feel really grateful for his polite, kind and dedicated attitude. For sure I will never forget Noel personal service and hope to meet him in the future.

Golden Rwanda provided an unforgettable experience in a beautiful country!
We had a great experience with Golden Rwanda. First of all, the communication ahead of the trip (via email) was smooth, quick and efficient. Frank was always very responsive, and provided an experience tailored to our needs. He was able to arrange everything for us on a relatively short notice. Upon arrival in Rwanda, we felt very well taken care of by our guide Joana. Unfortunately, one of our bags did not arrive when we landed, and she made sure that we got it still the following day, before we left Kigali. In that sense, we were barely affected as we then had everything we needed for the rest of the trip, particularly the hikes. Throughout the entire travels, Joana was a great host and always offered flexibility to respond to our needs. Overall, we had an amazing experience in this beautiful country, and we appreciated not only seeing all the breathtaking beauty it has to offer but also learning more about the history and the impressive development that has taken place there in recent years, to which our guide also provided a lot of information. Our favorite part was definitely the Volcano National Park - an unforgettable experience, in particular seeing the mountain gorillas and visiting the Dian Fossy Gorilla Fund (Museum) - a must visit! Another personal highlight was the great food, in particular the soups! :D Rwanda is a top spot for all soup lovers ;) We will definitely be back sooner or later and would highly recommend everyone to visit!

Best guide and driver ever !
King Solomon is the king of the Safari for sure but also the best driver ! You feel confortable being almost all day in the car. He is very good to spot the animals and he will do his best to not miss any.
Everything was well organized, the food is great. In our last day in Arusha our flight was delayed and he took care of us showing us around before dropping us at the airport.
I fully recommend him for any person who wants to have the best safari ever in Tanzania.

The safari was lovely
We really enjoyed our safari. Our guides, David and the intern Denis were professional and accommodating. Denis was very knowledgeable about the animals and eco-systems. Denis was also very helpful. We would definitely use this company again and request David and Denis as our tour guides.
