A brilliant experience
It was a pleasure to travel with Bison Safaris for our Amboseli Safari. There was an ease of quick and smooth communication at every point of the process from discussing tour options to booking and arranging specific plans with Maggie. The tour itself was organised and we felt informed and consulted throughout the experience. Paul our game driver was a pleasure to work with, a great conversationalist and knowledgeable whist always ensuring we felt safe at every stage of our journey. Our accommodation at Kibo Camp was clean, comfortable and well organised. Overall a fantastic Safari experience and we look forward to many more tours with Bison Safaris.

Everything was just great and perfect organized by Faraja. Our safari trip was enjoyable and wonderful experience thanks to our tour guide/driver Mr. John who has a passion for nature.
John is very intelligent, friendly, incredible knowledgeable, experienced, able to answer any questions about the animals’ species, Bird species their habits and wildness in general.
He is pleasant and smart guide who has absolutely perfect vision to spot animals (Egal Eyes).

We’ve just finished a 13 night safari with Easy Travel through the entire Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. What a wonderful experience. Being in another life from Africa and having done several safaris through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe before, this Tanzanian safari exceeded all of them in animal numbers, experiences (lioness carrying her cubs to safety, wildebeest migration already at the end of May! etc) and how close we’ve got to the animals. Our guide Abisai!! His experience with previous film production and ballooning companies gave him an edge when lining up for the perfect photo. He was thé ultimate safari guide. Driving us safely the whole time, with his extensive knowledge about all animals, birds, plants and Tanzania in general and the ability to do most animal and bird calls, what more could you ask for!
If you want to do a safari anywhere in Africa, this is the company. And ask for Abisai!

Excellent service
We had a couple of hours in Johannesburg and decided to visit the Lion Park. Easy booking process and we are so glad we did. Keith came to pick us up - comfortable vehicle and he was so lovely. The Lion Park was amazing and we got to feed the giraffe which was just incredible! If you have a couple of hours to kill in Johannesburg , I highly recommend this tour. It’s unforgettable and totally stress free!

They try to impose the time to travel a few months later.
Then agreed to a refund.
The refund neve came.
The company don't have a moral compass. Their words are worth nothing.

Wonderful bucket list safari
I am so glad we chose Morningstar tours for our safari. Joy was so professional and responsive and worked with me on all my needs to make my dream trip to Masai Mara possible. The itinerary she provided was clear and the breakdown of charges was reassuring. She checked in with us every day to make sure we had no problems on the trip or hiccups were handled easily. After the trip, she made sure we made it home safely and encouraged us to return soon.
We went during the wet season at the end of April, which we actually preferred because it wasn’t too hot and the rain came mostly at night, bringing beautiful thunderstorms to watch. Also, we felt we had the place to ourselves and didn’t have to compete for facilities or game watching.
Alex Masila was fabulous driver. He was a bit quiet on the drive out to Masai Mara but in the park, he was very informative when we saw big game. When I asked him specific questions about the animals or the locals, he always had a lot to say, so make sure that you ask a lot of questions. He’s a wealth of information about both animals and birds! He was also connected with the other drivers and the park was like a second home for him. He knew where to find the animals in their territories, which made our first day super exciting as we saw four of the big five. He was always prompt and ready to go. He always took care of our needs, even though he has the bladder of an elephant.

Excellent family-friendly safari with plenty of variety and all the Big 5 (and the ugly 5!) spotted!
Having done plenty of research, based on the reviews, variety offered and value, we chose Safari Line Defender for our family 7-day safari of Masai Mara, lake Nakuru, lake Naivasha and Amboseli.
Rose was outstanding in organising and communicating throughout. She adjusted our itinerary to suit our children (age 10 and 8) including family rooms throughout and 2 free upgrades to hotels with pools for them to enjoy. She arranged our transfers to and from the airport at an excellent price as well.
Clinton our Safari guide was friendly, organised, professional and a brilliant driver. We always felt safe, and he got us closer to the animals than any of the other tour cars!
We saw all the big 5 (including the rare leopard) and enjoyed a boat trip, a walking and cycling Safari as part of our tour for a pre-agreed extra cost. We were well-fed throughout, and made friends with the other tourists sharing the van on our tour.
The only down-side were a couple of long drives between national parks (so bring plenty of car activities if you have kids). Our kids were fine with this, and it was definitely worth it to see the best bits of Kenya.
We would highly recommend this safari to any other families!
